Bienvenidos! Bienvenido a La Palapa 501.

Sé uno de los primeros en hospedarte en este condominio completamente renovado en el famoso edificio La Palapa. Todo es nuevo para la temporada 2019-2020.

Esta propiedad está frente a la playa. Período. Siéntate en el patio, contempla la resplandeciente Bahía de Banderas, escucha las olas y observa cómo se balancean las palmas. El icónico muelle de Puerto Vallarta parece casi al alcance de la mano.

Aunque todo es nuevo, sabrás que estás en el viejo México. El condominio está bellamente decorado con obras de arte locales y muebles hechos a mano. El espíritu de Puerto Vallarta vive en 501.

El servicio de limpieza se brinda todos los días excepto los domingos y feriados mexicanos. No hay nada como regresar de la playa para encontrar el lugar ordenado, las camas hechas y toallas limpias en los baños. Hay una nueva lavadora / secadora en el condominio para su uso personal. Si no quiere molestarse, hay un servicio de lavandería a solo unos pasos de la calle.

Otras comodidades para su total comodidad incluyen aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo. Disfrutará de Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y un sistema de sonido Bluetooth. Hay TV en la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. El contenido es a través de Roku, que es un proveedor basado en Internet. La cocina está totalmente equipada, incluyendo agua filtrada.

La Palapa is one of my favorite places in the world to be and this was my second time in this particular unit. This condo is beautiful, clean, has all needed amenities and amazing ocean views! The owner is friendly, responsive and helpful. Nothing beats going down stairs, for an amazing breakfast, followed by a relaxing day on the beach. Be sure to catch the beautiful sunsets from your balcony and then enjoy dinner and live music downstairs at the restaurant. Even as a single woman, I felt very safe here, because of the 24 hour security and video surveillance of the property. I absolutely will be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo. From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was ideal- close to great restaurants (we loved Coco's and Dee's), shops, and just a short walk to the beach. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the balcony, enjoying the peaceful view and ocean breeze highlighted by dolphins playing in the bay. Then spending long afternoons soaking in the sun paired with cooling off in the rooftop pool. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations for food, activities amd travel. We felt taken care of throughout our stay. Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or a base for exploring the area, this condo is a fantastic choice. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Great time at La Palapa

We had a wonderful time at La Palapa! It was our second year to stay at this property and we will definitely be back! Everything about room #501 was perfect. The unit was decorated beautifully and clean. Lots of cabinets and drawers to keep your stuff organized. You won’t regret booking this condo!

Best Location

We go to Puerto Vallarta a couple times a year and this condo/location is our absolute favorite place to stay. The location is exactly where you want to be if enjoying the city’s amazing food is on your to do list. Most places are within walking distance from the condo. The amenities are top notch. Matt and Brian definitely do not cut any corners. And that view, you will not be disappointed. This is just such a wonderful and relaxing place to stay when in PV.

Fabulous stay!

My family of four stayed in Matt's condo over a long weekend. The setup of the home offered each bedroom a lot of privacy, and the beautiful kitchen/living space/balcony was just beautiful. The balcony looks out right to the beach with a clear view of the ocean. His home has everything you could ever need, and Matt has provided really clear instructions in the home manual preempting any question you could possibly have. Loved the 24h concierge who was so helpful and friendly in the lobby. The daily maid service made our stay have the benefits of both a VRBO and a hotel. Home is in a perfect spot, just a short distance from everything (and no hills necessary). Would 100% try to stay herr again if we are back in PV!

Fantastic!

The condo is beautiful. The front desk team is super helpful and Matt communicated regularly as needed. The location can't be beat. Easy walks to many great restaurants and activities. Matt and Brian's welcome book and wonderful touches throughout were all lovely, useful, and much appreciated. The housekeeping team is also so helpful and the condo is bright, clean, and has a fantastic view of the bay. Highly, highly recommend.

Flawless stay in PV!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Matt, the host, could not have been more accommodating and welcoming! The property is spotless and a joy to spend time. It is walking distance to scores of restaurants, bars, and the beach itself is directly in front of your balcony. There is a secret passage for La Palapa residence to the beach, but you may not make it to the beach because you have to walk through La Palapa restaurant and the temptation to stop for a meal is very hard to resist! La Palapa also offers use of its beach chairs and beach service. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. A wonderful place to relax. The property itself has extremely comfortable beds and linens, tasteful designer furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen should you care to cook at home. We hope to return again very soon! Thank you, Matt!!

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Matt & Brian's condo! The place was beautiful decorated and had everything you could need for your stay. The condo was extremely clean, well appointed, and very comfortable beds. The location is probably the best in town! You won't want to stay anywhere else after visiting Matt & Brian's PV getaway. I have stayed in many places on Los Muertos, and this is by far the nicest. The owners have given attention to every level of detail. The condo is beautifully modernized and decorated and has everything you might need. The location can’t be beat. Matt was a pleasure to communicate with.

Fab time in PV

Excellent stay in an excellent condo. Everything was perfect and Matt was very attentive. Easy check-in and checkout. The "staff" were also lovely though less like staff and more like friendly neighbors, all so sweet and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was also great. Treat yourself to a beach day at La Palapa (on Open Table) and take in some lounging around for a few hours. A wonderful restful time. Thank you!

Paradise in PV!

First off, the location it absolutely perfect. The La Palapa building sits right on the beach just south of the Las Muertas pier in the center of old town PV. The beach is beautiful with easy access to water activities accessible from the pier (dinner cruise, fishing, etc) and many great bars and restaurants right on the beach. You are also within a few blocks of 'restaurant row' with more great choices for food, drink and live music. The condo itself has everything you need and more! From the handmade wood tables and bedframes, to the exceptional beds and showers, this condo provided such a comfortable stay for my daughter and I. The hosts provided a detailed, humorous packet of information about the city's best spots and how to find what you wish. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful PV condo for all the fun and relaxation you need!

Great place best location

This condo was better than the pictures. It was very comfortable and nicely docorated. Great location, it was perfect to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. Walk right out to great restaurants and the beach. We will be back!

If I could give more stars I would. From day one of booking, the communication was exceptional with Matt. The condo was was impeccable and had everything you could need. Not to mention the view. Clearly we didn't want to leave. Thank you Matt for sharing your home with us.

Fabulous Stay

What a fabulous stay! We stayed here for 11 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and immaculately clean, and the views are stunning. We will forever dream about sitting on the patio, having cocktails, and watching the sunset. Matt went out of his way to make us feel comfortable - he was quick to respond when we had questions, shared detailed information about the condo and area, and really looked out for us when Hurricane Roslyn took a turn towards PV (thankfully all was ok). We hope to return some day as this is truly a special place to stay.

Pristine and well appointed

The unit is impeccably clean and organized with all of comforts of home you can think of. A lot of vacation rentals have the bare minimum of items like dishes, towels, cleaning products, toiletries etc but the owners of this property conscientiously made an effort to provide everything beyond the kitchen sink! Most vacation rentals don’t include daily housekeeping services either but this one has a dedicated daily housekeeper that is familiar with the unit. The other reviews are correct in that the beautiful views and curated style of the decor and design of the home is even better than the pictures in the listing. We didn’t use the pool but we did go up to take plenty of sunset photos!

Wonderful Accommodations, Great Location!

We went to PV for an extended weekend to celebrate my partner's birthday. We had a great time! The condo was amazing. The location was perfect. Secured gate monitored 24/7 made us feel extra safe. Staying on the beach was awesome, going to sleep at night with the sound of the ocean. Great restaurants within walking distance including La Palapa just downstairs. We were there for 5 days and only needed a cab for one evening dinner (plus to/from the airport). Otherwise, everything we needed was walking distance. The condo itself is amazing. The furnishings are great, the beds super comfortable. Well furnished kitchen. Housekeeper every day. Thanks to Matt and Brian! They responded quickly to any questions, or needs. Would stay here again and again on our return trips.
