Los condominios de La Palapa arriba y conectados a La Palapa, el restaurante de fama mundial, es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar del placer de la playa de Los Muertos de Puerto Vallarta infame. Estamos ubicados en el corazón de la zona más hermosa y deseable de la Ciudad Vieja de Puerto Vallarta (Zona Romántica). La zona está llena de calles adoquinadas que son abundantes con acera y cafés frente a la playa, junto con una profusa variedad de mercados y tiendas de artesanías cerca.

Ofrecemos dos dormitorios, ambos amueblados con lujosas camas king-size (se puede dividir para dos camas individuales) con aire acondicionado y cuartos de baño mexicanos contiguos. Tenemos una cocina totalmente equipada moderna, junto con un amplio comedor. Nuestro balcón tiene vistas a la playa de Los Muertos y el muelle nuevo. Uno puede observar a menudo delfines y ballenas en la bahía. Nuestro favorito es ver descender las puestas de sol espectaculares.

Nuestra zona de recreo en la azotea está equipada con salas de descanso, solarium, zonas de descanso a la sombra con una hermosa piscina privada con una increíble vista panorámica de la playa, las islas de Los Arcos y todo Puerto Vallarta.

En nuestro pedazo del paraíso tenemos poca necesidad para un vehículo y utilizamos raramente un taxi. Como la mayoría todo está a poca distancia a pie. Si es necesario, puede recoger un autobús a cualquier parte de Puerto Vallarta.

NOTA: Servicio de limpieza está incluido con su alquiler seis días a la semana excepto los domingos y días festivos. No cobramos un cargo por la limpieza. Le rogamos que pida al ama de llaves al final de su estancia. Sugerimos $ 3 USD por día por persona. Además, las 24 horas de seguridad y el hombre de la puerta. Así que su tiempo se llena de puestas de sol relajantes, refrescos y arena entre los dedos de los pies. Saludos a sus vacaciones!

Nice property; second bedroom larger than other second bedrooms we have rented in the past. Great location; walked most everywhere. Front desk staff very helpful. Person(s) who cleaned did excellent work. Property manager quickly responded to messages. Would suggest an updated coffee maker and a new showerhead for the second bathroom. We plan to stay there again.

Great Location in Romantic Zone but Needs Updating

We love the location of the La Palapa condos. We stayed at another unit in the building last year and loved it (higher floor and remodeled). However, this unit needs some "love". We were aware of the location on the 1st floor (nothing can be done about that) but this unit is also very dated. The kitchen appliances are old (microwave and fridge), the Wi-Fi (and therefore TV) never worked, the pool towels were tattered, the toilet in 2nd bedroom old, the 2nd sink had a slow drain, the dressers were old and janky, there was NO SAFE for valuables, and the closets were dirty. The price was adjusted due to the location on the 1st floor but still not worth the price.

Good location

If you want to be right in the action of the zona Romantica area this is a great location. However it is very, very busy and loud. The front desk checked us in and was always available. However they are not the property manager. The condo itself is located on the first floor directly behind La Palapa restaurant. There is an ocean view which was nice. However the unit is very noisy due to the restaurant and people coming and going through the lobby, so be sure to bring ear plugs and a sound machine. Also, the exhaust from the restaurant kitchen filters directly into this condo. The unit asks you to tip the maid daily . We did this however the unit was still quite dirty, both upon arrival and each day after the maid/housekeeper had been there. They did replenish towels which was nice. Pool area is great. Overall we would not stay here again until the cleaning issues are fixed.

A very comfortable and secure condo. Everything you could possibly needed is included, in the bathrooms and kitchen. Our housekeeper Araceli was just wonderful to us, always cleaning and taking care of details. Thank you

Great location!

The condo is in a great location in the Romantic zone. On the beach with multiple bars and restaurants near by. The condo itself is fairly dated. It was a bit dirty when we first got there, but after the first day of the house keeper it was much better. The first floor is convenient, but it feels very dark and closed in while inside. The security gate on the slider door was really hard to open. The information book in the condo is also dated and lacks information about what to do to get clean towels or linens. There was no kitchen soap or hand soap in the bathrooms. One of the bathroom sinks had very little water. The showers were great with lots of water pressure and nice hot water. It’s a cute place, just could use a little love. The pool upstairs was nice, people and staff were very friendly. We had a great time and I would stay at La Palapa again, but I might choose a different condo.

La Palapa Getaway

Having stayed in this property in the past, we were pleased with the owners upgrades to the property from 2 years ago. I will be returning in January of 2023. There were also some nice upgrades on the pool deck area, new furniture and a fresh floor coating.

Beautiful Property

We had an amazing stay at La Palapa 101! Debra was very accommodating with our requests. The front desk security was so helpful and very friendly. They all greeted us with smiles, and were such a delight to visit with. We felt very safe and our stay was amazing. Perfect location. We plan to visit again soon!

Location was perfect and so was the view from the room and upstairs hotel…only bad thing was the noice coming in from the first room to the right…could hear all things late at on the street and elevator and morning convos… was really hard to stay asleep…other than that, space was great!

Great building in good location, but

Overall good stay. Condo is clean and very well equipped, comfortable beds etc. good water pressure and tons of hot water, good aircon. Right on the beach and easy walk to old town and sites. Building is well run, very clean and great 24 hr security. Pool deck on the roof is excellent, with great views. The down side, this unit 101 is on the ground floor right beside the lobby. The bedrooms, however nice, are quite noisy. The master faces the beach but is right behind the Pallapa restaurant. So it is noisy when it is open and also after closing during cleanup, as the kitchen is right below and you hear banging. It also has the exhaust vent close by so the cooking smells blow into the unit pretty much all day and evening. The second bedroom backs onto the lobby and is by the elevator, so can be noisy depending on foot traffic. We were there during the Xmas, New years, so quite busy. You definitely cannot sleep in either bedroom without ear plugs. This all being said, we had a great stay. Enjoyed the building etc. Just cannot give 5 stars because of the noise and cooking smells. Personal chioce as to how much this will bother you.

Great location

This was a great three bedroom condo close to lots of everything in the romantic zone. Bars, food, entertainment all within a short walk. The condo itself was perfect for what we needed for 4 people. The check in process was very easy and it felt very safe at this location. The property owner was responsive to any messages we sent. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends.

Perfect Location

We SO ENJOYED our stay here. The property is comfortable and quaint and lovely. Beds are comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is absolutely PERFECT! The beach and excellent restaurants are just down a few stairs. We also enjoyed the pool on the top floor. Beautiful breezes and views. The gals who cleaned daily did a great job and we’re not at all intrusive. We all were sad to leave and look forward to our return.

La Palapa Getaway

Having stayed in the La Palapa building before, I felt like I was coming back home. This unit is easily accessable being on the first floor. Great view of the bay from the balcony. Kitchen was fully equipped. Maid service was excellent. Would love to rent this unit again.

It's all in who owns it!

This property has all the amenities and the views. The pool on top is perfect. The staff was wonderful, the owner of the next condo decided to do LOUD construction on their condo while we were there. Or owner went way out of her way to make it right when management wouldn't respond.. In my book that's where this owner excels in everything. I would recommend her condo anytime and will come back again. It's beautiful.

Would definitely stay here again!

This condo has a great location in old town Puerto Vallarta. Very close to the beach, walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops, and small markets. The complex is gated and has a great front desk staff. I felt safe the entire time and even felt comfortable letting our 18 and 21 year old kids wander around town by themselves.

Just like home

Having the same name and initials was just a sign from the start. We enjoyed your home so much we can't wait to return. You were so sweet answering all my questions before our first trip to Mexico, it really put my mind at ease. I wish I would have gone before. But now we are hooked. We will definately be back for our vacation next year. I'm going to need another pineapple margarita as soon as I can. Thanks for everything.

It's the best!

We're just back from our second stay and it was as delightful as our first. Be advised, the condo sits right on top of The La Palapa restaurant so it can get a bit noisy early in the day but you soon get used to it. The accommodations are very comfortable and the staff is top notch. I highly recommend!

We are Debbie and Marvin from Denver, Colorado. Lived in Denver most of our lives and raised two wonderful daughters. We own our own construction business. But most of all we love enjoying one another and having a good time. We first came to Puerto Vallarta in 1997 for a family vacation during Thanksgiving holiday break and feel in love with it immediately. We have traveled up and down the Mexican shores but keep returning to Vallarta. No other place has the same feel. The people are so friendly, the food and drink is so wonderful, so many things to see and do. Vallarta is truly a magical place for us.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Like most travlers who visit this beautiful place we started staying in the 'Hotel Zone'. The more we came the further south we would explore until we finally found the 'South Side'. Once we found this area we never wanted to leave it. The beach is beautiful. All the restaurants, lounges, and bars within walking distance. Just steps away from the beach and a block from our favorite watering hole we knew we found home.

20 minuets from the airport. 15 minuets from the Marina. 5 minuets to Centro/Malecon.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are literally steps away from the beach. Steps away from restaurants and bars. A block away from a small grocery store. An elevator ride to the rooftop pool. Two blocks from the pier. A Taxi stand is across the street. Two blocks away from the best coffee shop in town (Dee's!). Above the famous five diamond star restaurant La Palapa. The best smells of every thing they prepare find their way to your nose. Soft music from the restaurant below always puts us in a good mood.
