Canaveral Towers Unit # 408 es orgullosamente propiedad de 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', el propietario más grande de alquileres de vacaciones premium frente al mar en la Costa Espacial.

Realmente un lujoso condominio frente al mar directo que lo convierte en el hogar perfecto en la playa lejos del hogar. ¡Esta unidad muy espaciosa (1,200 pies cuadrados) cuenta con una espectacular vista de la playa y el océano desde la mayor parte del interior de la unidad y desde su balcón privado! Ya sea que esté acostado en su cama king size de mármol, preparando una comida en la cocina completa o disfrutando en su balcón privado, ¡nunca perderá de vista la playa!

¡El interior del condominio es espectacular! Una renovación agregó encimeras de granito y gabinetes de madera en todo, ¡incluso en los baños! Una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos y una mesa de comedor hecha a mano son perfectos para quienes cenan. Para su entretenimiento, hay 2 televisores de pantalla plana grandes (ambos de 50 "), así como WiFi personal de alta velocidad (además del WiFi del edificio). Hay una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo en la unidad, junto con accesorios de playa completos.

* Las canchas de tenis y la pelota de raqueta son solo 2 cuadras
* Lugar perfecto para relajarse, pero a poca distancia de las atracciones de Cocoa Beach Pier.

La ubicación es lo mejor de ambos mundos: estar a 1 milla al norte del muelle proporciona privacidad en la playa, con la acción del muelle y Ron Jons a un corto paseo por la playa.
Política de mascotas: se permiten 2 mascotas (hasta 30 lb cada una) caso por caso.

Great stay in Cocoa Beach

We enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoyed the beautiful view each morning and evening from the balcony! The pool was fabulous and the very short walk to the beach was incredible! The kitchen had everything needed and it was so nice having beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. The only thing was the beds need an update as the mattresses are pretty uncomfortable! One suggestion would be a beach wagon. Thank you for a great stay!

Property needs a lot of updating... When we first arrived I had to put in a complaint due to them not changing the air filter and there was dust and all the events and black mold in the vents they did come and change all that and cleaned all that and everything was fine throughout our stay other than that but it does need some updating It did have a nice view and the people there were pretty nice we didn't really run into a lot of people was pretty quiet. It wasn't far from the beach and overall was a nice stay of 11 days but we probably would not come back for one because we're not planning on going back to Cocoa Beach as it's pretty boring and also probably wouldn't come back to the place we stay just because we're going to look for something a little bit more updated next time. But overall it was a great stay in the people were really nice and she also gave me back my cleaning fee since I had the issue of all the issues and beginning doing with the air filter and all the fence being dirty. My kids had a great time and love that I can connect my Netflix to the TV at night time. Lol

Family Spring Break

We had a great stay - the facility was nice and the beech beautiful. There was plenty of room and the place was clean with the best view of the ocean. Pictures advertised carpets in each room but there were none at all. A photo indicated tennis courts nearby for a nominal fee - the attendant next door said they don’t do that. We loved the area - safe and quiet.

The condo was not as pictured as far as furniture (no rug, no pictures on the walls, no end tables in the living room), cooking items (one pot and pan, no baking sheet, no casserole dishes). Otherwise, it was fine.

So Relaxing!

Place was super clean! Even smelled clean when we walked in. Getting the key was a little different, but easy to manage. Host was quick with responses and very helpful.

Great beach location

The unit was very clean and was such that one was easily able to keep it clean throughout the stay. It was also a great location to observe launches from Kennedy Space. Enter. We observed two launches from the sixth floor of the condo.

Great place on the beach

We just vacationed with our family of five and had a great time. There were no surprises and everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was fully equipped with everything you need. Just bring your clothes and toiletries. Right at the beach and pool. This was an amazing vacation. Pictures looked exactly like the rooms. A very nice place to stay.

Inconvenient key retrieval procedure and virtually no ability to control temperature.

Even though it was inconvenient and kind of sketchy (neighborhood) to drive off site to retrieve the key for the unit ... and then take it immediately back after gaining entry to the unit; I'm not penalizing the property for that in the star rating. The reason this unit gets 2 stars is because it was hot in the unit, with no ability to cool it off. The thermostat is literally locked into a scenario that restricts the guest(s) to live at 72, 73, or 74 degrees. We needed to have the ability to lower to 69 or 68 to keep the unit comfortable. During the day, we pulled all of the blinds closed in an (futile) attempt to lower the temperature which did away with the beachfront view that we paid for. When we emailed the owner (he doesn’t communicate via phone), it took him two days to get back to us only to tell us that our options were 72 - 74 degrees. On a positive note, you can easily and quickly access the beach, and there are bathrooms on the ground level that you can access with your key. Also, you are within 1.5 miles of basically anything you could need on vacation: restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores (Publix), etc... All of these places are along N. Atlantic Ave. If you do venture out to buy groceries or get gas, finding your way back to the unit is simple. All you have to do is turn off of N. Atlantic when you see Lido Caberet a Gentlemen's Club (Cleveland Ave) and it’s pretty much a straight shot back to the unit. Anyway - if the temp range on the HVAC went from 68 - 74, I would definitely give it a 3.5 star rating ... if half stars were an option.

Property is Gold, Service is Tarnished

The condo is really very nice. However, the trip was ruined for me by the owner and the convoluted and unsafe check-in procedures. Here is the list of the gold & the tarnish. Gold: Oceanfront Property appears to be mostly occupied by residents so there is not a lot of noise or a lot of people on this portion of the beach. For those who prefer the pool over the ocean, there is a nice size available...not crowded because the beach is steps away. The housekeeper came late but is very nice and did a great job. Nicely decorated. Spacious. Blackout curtains. Beach accessories available. Tarnish: Check-in procedure is ridiculous. The keys are located way off premises a car trip, NOT WALKING DISTANCE in a lock box (inside another lockbox) in a desolated area which is a SAFETY ISSUE. Woe, to any vulnerable or guest traveling solo who arrives late at night. I encountered some unsavory characters while trying to locate the lockbox. I was blessed to have family nearby monitoring everything. Can you imagine traveling to the condo at night, tired then having to deal with this offsite fiasco?! Furthermore, even though we checked in hours beyond check-in time (8:00 pm), we were greeted by the housecleaner who informed us that the property had not been cleaned! She was a very nice woman, but that is beside the point. When we contacted the owner he did NOT respond immediately. When he finally called back he said he was in the clinic. I informed him that we wanted to be compensated for having to wait for the cleaning--which was not completed until 10:00 pm! The owner said he'd call back the next day, but he didn't. It was a lot of back & forth, but he finally agreed to reimburse us for the day. Elevator-small and key operated...beware of heavy bags, no luggage carts obviously no staff to assist with luggage because again property appears to be mostly residential. Temp is set to 72. No ceiling fans in bedrooms (boxed fans available). Mbr bed was hard. Twin bed in second room slept well. It is pitch black in the trash area, so throw the garbage out during the day.
