Este estudio está situado en uno de los barrios más bonitos de la Coeur d 'Alene zona. Es una cuadra de Sanders Beach, muy cerca de la colina de Tubbs Área Natural, sobre bloques l0 al centro de la ciudad ya una cuadra de el curso de Ironman Triathlon.

El apartamento está situado encima del garaje de nuestra residencia privada. Tiene una entrada privada escalera exterior. Hay un aparcamiento exterior privado justo al lado del estudio. Todo en el estudio está impecablemente limpio, acogedor y muy habitable. Wifi está incluido. La doble tamaño de la cama Murphy se hace con un colchón de Sealy Posturepedic para la comodidad y colcha de plumas para el winter..If usted no sabe lo que es una cama Murphy es por favor vaya a la parte de la página web de las 'Fotos' y verá cómo un Murphy cama justo desciende de la estructura de madera para sentar en el suelo con un colchón y base de resortes dentro de la cama Murphy !!

Lovely studio stay near the lake

We left the location one block away from Sanders beach enjoy the beautiful hike just down the road the studio was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come here again.

Gracious hosts

My stay in Couer d'Alene was so wonderful. The apartment was centrally located in a great neighborhood only one block from the lake and an easy walk to hike Tubbs. The owners were friendly and kind and the apartment was immaculate and comfortable. I highly recommend a stay here and will look to reserve it when I come back in town to visit my family.

Wonderful location in charming neighborhood

We found the guest space above the garage to be clean and in a great location. The Murphy bed was quite comfortable & the twin sleeper chair worked well for my 18 yr old. We were missing sheets for the twin, but hopefully those will be added for future guests. Overall good spot for one or two people.

Rustic studio in a most beautiful location!

Clean and great location. We had access to beautiful beaches, hiking and biking trails! The studio was comfortable and had everything we needed supplied for our use.💕

Quiet Studio, Great Location

Quiet studio apartment over the garage with all desired amenities. Hosts are very friendly and pleasant. Desirable location near Tubbs Hill and a small beach, about a mile from downtown. Great stay in a wonderful place!

Fantastic Location!

The studio apartment was in a fantastic location. It was clean, well organized and looked exactly as pictured. Cute neighborhood, walking distance to many places. The layout of the apartment worked well and was plenty big enough for the two of us. The kitchen has everything you need. Check in went smoothly (I received emails and texts from Zach) and he responded quickly to my questions. It was my first time in CDA and this cozy apartment helped to make my visit extra special! i highly recommend staying here!!

Fantastic stay in Coeur d'Dalene

Beautiful studio apartment that felt like home. Wonderful hosts and accomadations. Would love to stay here again. A quick walk to the beach and a nice stroll to Sherman st. CDA is a wonderful vacation spot. I highly recommend it!

Location, location, location!!!

This was my first visit to Coeur d'Alene and I couldn't be more pleased with my stay! This place is just one block from the lake and cute little Sanders Beach. There are beach chairs available for you to bring down to the beach. I highly recommend the short 1 minute walk to check it out. The place is also super convenient to town. We rented bikes for the 5 days of our stay and could easier bike to town! We biked to lunch and dinner (loved Crafted, Honey Eatery, and Whispers - the bar at the Resort). It was an easy bike ride to the Tubb's Hill hike which I highly recommend!! Another day we biked to Riverstone area and enjoyed brunch at Le Peep and dinner at Bardenay. That's a longer ride, but worth it! But enough about the area - the stay was perfect. The place is a studio apartment above the garage of the owner's home. There is a private entry stairway and a parking spot in the driveway. The pictures are precise. There is a small living room with a loveseat and kitchen table for 4. The murphy bed is a full size bed that folds up easily. My partner is 6'4 and had a hard time getting in and out of it because it rests low to the ground. The kitchen is completely set up with everything you need - dishes, glasses, cookware, silverware, coffee maker, etc! The bathroom shower is a little tight, but all in all, everything you need is there! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful accommodations

Centrally located only 1 block from the beautiful lake and Sanders Beach. The studio loft had all the amenities that one would need for everyday living. It's a beautiful and quiet setting. Thank you and we definitely will stay again when visiting Cd'A. Bruce and Rebecca Hutty

Perfect little gem for two

We stayed here for 6 nights while I waited to participate in the Coeur d'Alene Ironman. Location was great, right along the run course, made it quite easy for my husband to go and have a nap during the day and then wait for and watch me during the run section of the race. Easy walk to downtown, with all the restaurants and shops. Darilyn and Paul were fantastic hosts, and incredibly helpful. The studio had everything you could want, it was very well maintained and looked after. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Best kept secret in Coeur d' Alene!

My wife and I are very picky where we stay. We want the best deal for the best price. Tubbs Hill Studio was just that. Location is everything. The lake is a block away with a very cool trail into town that winds around the mountain; with lake in view the whole time. The studio is quiet and cozy and situated in the nicest, safest neighborhood in Coeur d' Alene. It's a perfect place for two! The owners are really awesome people.

Perfect get-away

I am a sucker for clean/ upscale/inviting /well maintained/ CHARMING studio stays. The space is lovely and all the appointments; bath towels,bed linens, kitchen wares and coffee maker, made me realize how much upgrading I need to do at my own house! I felt as though I was staying at a resort. The gardens surrounding the home of Darilyn and Paul were ablaze with color and fragrance. Fun to sit outside in the am and have coffee surrounded by all that beauty. Easy walk to the beach and wonderfully quiet and lovely neighborhood. Darilyn is a good communicator, and easy to work with. All paper work and $$'s easily managed. I hope to return---my stay there was delightful. Thanks so much Darilyn and Paul!

Could not get much better!!

Very clean, well maintained studio! Kitchen comes stocked with every tool one would need to cook, even some spices. All you need is the food. A great way to stay in Coeur d'Alene. Walking, bike riding...everything within easy reach. So nice to come "home" to a quiet well appointed place. Definitely would recommend anyone going Coeur d'Alene to stay here.

great location

The studio is very cute and has a comfy cozy feel.It has a lot of closets. We loved absolutely everything about it! Everything was within walking distance. Darilyn was wonderful about communicating with us every step of the way. We'd love to come back here next year.

Much nicer than a hotel!

This studio apartment is in a great location in a very nice neighborhood. The property is 1 block from a public beach, less than a mile walk to the downtown area, and a few blocks from the Tubbs Hill Trailhead. The rental had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and cozy. The owners were very easy to work with. We hope to come back and stay again!

Comfortable studio in beautiful neighborhood

This is a nicely done and very clean studio apartment over a garage in a lovely neighborhood. The property is just a block from Sanders beach. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, beautiful historic homes right along Coeur d'Alene Lake, friendly people out walking, swimming, paddling, etc. The apartment itself is very comfortable, including the Murphy bed. Owners are great to work with. North Idaho is beautiful and offers wonderful recreation opportunities. We also enjoyed walking the waterfront, beach and park area over by the Resort.
