Amplio refugio de montaña, a 15 minutos de esquí de clase mundial en Alta y Snowbird

Te encantará este cálido y espacioso apartamento en el sótano. Hay una entrada privada a través del garaje donde hay un lugar de estacionamiento designado para su automóvil. En el garaje hay un amplio espacio para esquís, tablas de snowboard, bicicletas y cualquier otra cosa necesaria.
Dentro del apartamento encontrará un amplio dormitorio, lavandería, baño completo, una cocina totalmente equipada y una sala de estar cálida y cómoda. Hay una bañera de hidromasaje familiar disponible para su uso.
Hay todo lo que necesitará para una maravillosa experiencia de montaña.
Nuestro refugio de montaña está ubicado en la base de Little Cottonwood Canyon, a solo 15 minutos de las estaciones de esquí de Snowbird y Alta de clase mundial. Estamos a solo 30 minutos del Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude y Brighton). Estamos a una hora de Park City. Está a 30 minutos del aeropuerto y Salt Lake City. El estacionamiento es razonable.

Lovely place to stay, convenient to skiing

This was a very nice place to stay. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and spacious and the kitchen was very nice. We were able to leave our skis and boots in garage and they even had boot dryers. It took us 20-14 minutes to get to Alta parking. There were dinner suggestions and they were good ones!I do want to mention that this is more like the other "home-owner is with you" set up as the owners are living upstairs and you are aware that they are there. There is no key to lock your area when you leave, which is unlike any VRBO I have stayed at and we have stayed at many. That being said, I did not feel like our things were unsafe while we were not there.

Ski trip to Alta

Accommodations were perfect for my wife and myself. Area is beautiful, close to Alta and all other cottonwood ski resorts. Quick drive to park city and DeerValley. Very friendly host couple that own property. Great pointers on where to eat and shop if necessary. Wife and I had a great time and would come back next year

Wonderful Experience

Such a great place to stay. Felt like home away from home. We had everything we needed and the owners were very nice. Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. Washer/Dryer, Kitchen, Fire Place, etc... everything was perfect.

Business trip

My husband and I came for a business trip and spent the evening hiking and climbing in Utah. Place was great, clean, as described, thoughtful touches, easy to check in. Host was very responsive and sweet. Would stay again!

Great location for skiing

We stayed 3 nights and skied three different ski areas. It was easy to drive to each of them. The owners of the apartment are skiers too and gave us great information about the different areas. The apartment was downstairs in their home and it was nicely furnished and easy to access through the garage where a parking space was available. Dottie and Steve were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again on another trip to ski at Snowbird and Alta or even the other areas which are a longer drive.

Cottonwood Ski Trip

My wife, son, and I had a fantastic week-long stay in Dottie's downstairs apartment. It is nicely furnished, just as shown in the photos, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. Dottie and her husband Steve are exceptionally gracious and welcoming hosts. Both are avid skiers who shared excellent advice about the various ski resorts in the area. Snowbird and Alta are an easy 15-20 minute drive up Little Cottonwood Canyon, and Brighton and Solitude are about half an hour away in Big Cottonwood. We also made the drive to Park City one afternoon which was about forty five minutes. Their Jacuzzi is a nice bonus after a day on the mountain. They also gave us a garage door opener and a parking spot in their garage, which is appreciated in the snow. You access the apartment directly from the garage. One thing we also appreciated was that the home's elevation at approximately 4,500 feet meant that we never felt any effects of the altitude, unlike when you're staying at 7,000 or 8,000 ft. Overall, this is an ideal home-base for skiing the Cottonwood Canyons, located in a very nice residential neighborhood right at the base of the Wasatch Mountains.

Wonderful Stay!

My wife and I wanted to get away for a weekend and have time to simply relax. The property owners were very accommodating in allowing us to bring my wife's service animal with us. The hot tub was wonderful, and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. It's very close to the mountains and some trailheads. The only thing we didn't love was the bed. We would gladly come back again.

Ski getaway

This property was perfect for my husband and I to do some skiing at Alta and Snowbird. Location is easy access to the ski hills and in a beautiful area of Sandy. Lots of space in the unit, very clean and the bed was really comfortable too.

Excellent base to ski Big and Little Cottonwood canyons

The location really can’t be beat… it took us less than 20 minutes to get to Alta/Snowbird from the house. Dottie is very nice and parking in the garage is very convenient. Be aware that this unit is a basement apartment with the owners living upstairs… so there will be the normal aspects of downstairs living (walking and talking above you.) The unit is spacious for two people and the kitchen is well equipped. Laundry in unit is also very convenient. We would recommend that there be about a dozen more hangers for the walk-in closet, as well as a few more hand towels for the bathroom. There was a spa and bathrobes available for our use, but we didn’t avail ourselves. The welcome chocolates were a nice touch.

Unbeatable location for skiing -- and sparkling clean to boot!

This very clean and roomy basement apartment is a great home base for skiing Snowbird/Alta. Snowbird is a very quick trip up the canyon! The hosts are very friendly and fun -- and made it a very easy home away from home.

Wonderful property to stay in. Indoor parking so no need to scrape the windows before heading up to the slopes on the return a boot drier is all set up to use. Kitchen is full sized and well equipped, laundry in the unit and a cozy gas fireplace to keep you toasty.

Excellent home in an excellent location

Dottie's rental was really fantastic! Great communication, super clean and comfortable and easy access. We stayed here to go skiing at Snowbird, and it was the perfect location for that! It was located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood about 10 miles from the slopes. Thanks for letting us stay in your home and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Good location

Good location, nice quiet neighborhood at the base of the mountains. There is easy access to both canyons, but it's especially easy to get to LCC for Snowbird and Alta. Parking in the garage right outside the unit's entrance made hauling our gear painless. The unit was clean and quiet but there is no television service. If you want to watch tv be sure to bring your own Roku, Chromecast, HDMI cord, etc. Hot tub was available but we did not use, I'm sure it's nice though. Overall, this rental was a good value.
