It was beautiful! Everything just as described. There were a lot of dead flies around but I guess it’s the season. The woodwork was amazing. Enjoyed the hot tub under the stars.

Beautiful surroundings. Views of the park and surrounding area are incredible. Only complaint is that the listing claims the two top bunks are big enough to sleep 2 people each but that is unrealistic even for kids.

This property is amazing & the host is phenomenal. We loved staying on the east side of Glacier because every area of the park, as well as Waterton Lakes was way more accessible. The property is exactly as advertised & the host does a fantastic job on helping you get to the location, as well as helpful tips for your visit. If you’re going to Glacier you’ll find it hard to land a better spot than this. 10/10 & we hope to visit again sometime soon.

Home Base For Wedding at Glacier

My son was married in Glacier at Sun Point in early June. We were looking for a location for a home base for 17 people and rented Glacier Ridge, Quarry, Outlook and Quarry and were very happy with our decision. It provided us privacy yet we were able to spend the evenings together outside of Glacier Ridge around the fire. All of the houses were well stocked. Quarry served as our main host house. The bride and women got ready upstairs in Quarry the day of the wedding. The first look pictures were beautiful outside with the mountains in the background. We ordered pizza from Rising Sun one night and it was very good. We ordered a whole Huckleberry pie from Two sisters and enjoyed it also. We used the grill alot. The neighbors horses made an appearance at sunset and we were able to get some great photos. The East Side did not disappoint with lots of wildlife in the park and some on the host’s property. The property was close to both the St Mary and Many Glacier entrance. The location is gorgeous and we all enjoyed staying in the homes.

Million Dollar View

The pictures don't do this justice. The views are incredible, we spent a lot of time on the porch, hot tub and fire pit enjoying the awesome views. The interior worked out great for the 6 of us. The upstairs living room(seating area) is spectacular. The location worked out well for us providing access to two of the entrances to Glacier National Park.

We loved this house as our base for the Many Glacier and St Mary entrances into Glacier NP. After strenuous morning hikes, it was wonderful to come back to the house and relax in the hot tub watching the sunset. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Property in perfect location

We would 100% stay here again when visiting GNP and were sad to leave! It's super convenient to get to the Many Glacier area of GNP from here and the property itself is gorgeous. We had a black bear visit us one morning & deer every evening. Jon is an incredibly welcoming host and the beautiful house has everything you could possibly need and more. The views from the living room & upstairs bedroom were incredible. The only thing to be aware of (if this is something that would bother you) is that when we visited in early August, there were quite a few moths in the home which is something the host said he does his best to address but is tough to do in a cabin. We didn't care but thought I should mention it in case someone is sensitive to bugs. But honestly, other than that minor thing, the cabin is awesome and I'd absolutely recommend it!

Glacier Ridge Honeymoon

My now wife and I honeymooned here, it was the perfect stay! Great view of the mountains, wonderful spending time in the hot tub after long days of hiking. Great location in relation to Glacier National Park! Plus some awesome restaurants very close by! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone!

Love the house and the quietness of the location. 35 minutes to Many Glacier and 10 minutes to St Mary’s. The house is a great place to recover after hiking. Grill worked great and lots of area to prepare your own meals. Really enjoyed our stay!

Incredible—a new favorite

We stayed last week at this cabin and I’m not sure what I was expecting but it exceeded that ten fold. The views from inside and out of the cabin are amazing. Driving up to the property I couldn’t believe the views and it only got better from there. The host was friendly, respectful, and a joy. Cabin had anything you could need. East glacier is where we would stay any future trips and will try for this cabin every time. Peaceful, beautiful, and magical. I can’t say enough great things!

Wake up to the Rockies

We needed a one-night VRBO for our family on the east side of Glacier. We found this cabin listed, and it was perfect. The setting is great for access to St. Mary Visitor Center and Many Glacier, and the cabin was perfect for our group of 10. (Just a warning to anyone on the east side of Glacier during the off-season. There are limited amenities and stores; food tends to be limited and expensive, so plan ahead.)

Exceptional View of the Area

Glacier Ridge provides a perfect location to visit St. Mary’s, Many Glacier, and Waterton areas. The view from the property is exceptional. The property is well maintained and has all you need for a great stay. Would highly recommend!

Flies in Heaven

5-star views. Grill was very good. Lots of house flies dead and alive. Literally hundreds. We vacuumed them up for an hour first day. Only half hour second day. And 15 mins day 3. Place had a stale smell to it. And a weird cubby hole in one bedroom covered by a towel. The two lower level bedrooms were tiny with bunk beds. Upstairs was nice but stale and flies. Even with this we had a very good stay.

I am an outdoor enthusiast whom fell in love in both Glacier and Waterton National Parks when I was a child. I jumped at the chance to purchase this unique property when it came available from a grand child of Jack Wagner, a historic pioneer of this area.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The home is located on a scenic overlook meadow on land settled by Jack Wagner in early 1900's. The land is has numerous natural springs which supply small ponds and creeks a natural wildlife corridor.

The East side of the Rockies has extensive wilderness. I enjoy the ability to fish, hike, kayak within a few minute drive.

Amazing peace can be found here away from the hustle and bustle of Glacier Park.

The panoramic views of the Rockies and Babb/St Mary corridor has no equal to any other vacation home in the area.

The Glacier Ridge acreage is peaceful with beautiful view of the Eastern Rockies and incredible dark sky for sky gazing. The property is almost like staying inside a zoo. There is resident moose, bears, deer, fox, elk, in the forest in and around the acreage.
