This is a really neat property on Duck Lake close to all east Glacier National Park entrances. They provided breakfast foods, a well thought out coffee bar and a really great suite of cooking ware and the host was very proactive on communications. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a beautiful stay and was perfect for us. It is convenient for visiting the park and has a beautiful view right in the backyard. The huge, fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to GNP!

This was the perfect stay for our family of four! The location is fantastic for exploring the east side of Glacier National Park and getting to all the best hikes and activities. The property is incredibly well thought out and truly felt like a home away from home. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation. Highly recommend!"

We really enjoyed our stay. This quirky quiet property is ideally located for day trips to Waterton Lakes NP in Canada, Many Glacier and Two Medicines sections of Glacier NP. It makes a very relaxing base to come back to.The kitchen is especially well equipped and the coffee maker is excellent. The host is also very helpful.

The place was perfect for our family of four, plenty of space to spread out with the two bedrooms and one and a half baths. The portable twin bed cot was a bonus so my kids didn’t have a share a bed. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners, including spices for cooking and a propane grill with the grilling utensils. the coffee station was awesome and provided everything we needed for our morning coffee, including k cups and purified water for the coffee maker. it’s location near Babb was convenient to both Many Glacier (30 min), St. Mary’s (20 min) and Logan‘s Pass. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to explore the eastern part of Glacier NP and have space for the family. Duck Lake and it’s views were a bonus!

The host was very nice and thoughtful. She suggested a cool local event. The furniture was very comfortable. Our dog loved the huge fenced yard, as did we.Beautiful setting. Great sunsets. Plenty of paper towels, and towels and washcloths.Nice bedding. The beds were a bit hard. No central AC but with the fans on and the back door and windows open we were fine even on hot days. Well stocked. The water had a slightly metallic smell and taste. But there was plenty of filtered water provided for the coffee maker. The host sent lots of good information several days before arrival. Great stay. Thanks Diana!

The location and scenery at Duck Lake are beautiful, but our 9 night stay was significantly impacted by a rodent problem. We personally saw mice on multiple occasions and found numerous traps throughout the property. Most troubling, we found a live mouse caught in a sticky trap under the kitchen sink and had to take care of it.There were also issues with no hot water in the guest bathroom and an unpleasant smell from the water. The shower stall in the master bathroom, we were sharing with another couple was small, dark and wasn’t very clean. Our greatest disappointment was how the rodent issue was handled after we reported it. Owner acknowledged they were aware of the issue from the previous guest but neglected to let us know. Rather than accepting the seriousness of the problem, responsibility was placed on us for not reporting it sooner. We tried to work with the owner afterward regarding the disruption, but felt there seemed to be little interest. We take no joy in writing this as our trip was still amazing. We have rented dozens of vacation properties throughout the US over the years and have never experienced anything comparable. The location is beautiful, but future guests should be aware of the rodent problem and our experience before booking.

We were very sorry you experienced this unfortunate situation. Our country atmosphere does create this chanlge from time to time and we take it very seriously and go at it aggressively. The previous stay had informed us that they experienced evidence of a mouse so right away we set out to catch the culprit. Hence the traps and such. we caught nothing in the 1 day in between stays so were hopeful it was gone. We did ask to come in halfway through the 9 day stay to refresh linen and check our efforts wich was declined. We were unaware of any further issue until days after the stay when a text to us informed us of a growing problem. Right away we addressed the issue and hired pest control, and happily have had no other sightings. We do have hard water and are installing a triple filter in our cabin for next season. Assuredly all issues have been addressed.

Great location for anyone exploring the East side of Glacier National Park. Since this area has fewer lodging options, this spot stood out for its convenience. The rooms were clean, check-in was smooth, and they provide basic cutlery and utensils. The view from the yard is absolutely beautiful! It’s only about a 30-minute drive to Many Glacier, making it easy to start your day early. While there aren’t any restaurants or grocery stores right nearby, there are a few choices about 15 minutes away.

Home is spotless! Very nicely decorated. Comfortable beds with very clean sheets. Whole area is fenced and our fur baby enjoyed running around the big yard! Perfect location with awesome view and is close to everything. We absolutely loved the coffee bar and the kitchen is packed with everything we needed. The host (Diana) responded to all our questions and concerns very promptly! The only issue we had was there was no cell reception and wifi was also slow unless it is past midnight and before 6am but this is an issue for most areas. Home has a landline you may be able to use in case of emergency. Overall,we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home. We would definitely stay here again if we ever have a chance to go back to GNP! Attached are some photos taken from the lake

Lovely lakeside spot to relax after a day in Glacier National Park. About 30 minutes from East entrance or Many Glacier. About an hour from Two Medicine. Well equipped kitchen. I fixed most of our meals and everything I needed was available. Diana was very helpful. She responded right away when I had any questions.

What an incredible home! In addition to the obvious (clean, spacious, etc), my family of 4 enjoyed sunsets on the lake shore with beautiful views of Glacier NP. The perfect base camp for exploring all parts of Glacier National Park and great to be able to cook meals and relax at the end of the day, and close enough to eat out if we didn’t want to cook.
