Be the first to stay and review this family home! Your Babb adventure begins at this 3-bedroom cottage. Inside, guests find 3 bedrooms two with queen beds and one with twin beds, perfect for families or friends. The cottage features two bathrooms, each with a refreshing shower. This awesome retreat offers a peaceful spot to relax after a day of exploring. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Its been our family retreat for 30 years now we would like to share it with yours!!!

Property was very clean and had a nice interior for being very far removed from larger cities. The morning/evening view from the lake was very pleasant and outdoor patio was a nice bonus.

This house is perfect for hiking all the East Glacier parks. Minutes from Many Glacier, St Mary's and not far from Two Medicine. Its open layout was great for the four of us and had everything we needed.

Everything was clean and family friendly. Micheal and Heidi were so easy to communicate with. The kitchen was well equipped. They made our stay easy and comfy! The location is fantastic!! Nice quiet spot. Owner was good at replying to email beforehand, but once there, there was no signal, so we felt on our own. Would have appreciated a packet with info about turning on the heat, operating the tv remotes, where to put garbage, spots nearby to get groceries or dinner, etc. If there was wi-fi there was no password posted. Kitchen was missing basics like sugar for coffee, but we were far from anywhere to purchase necessities.

Glad you liked the quiet location. Wifi was working for last guest but we will check on it. Password is posted on checkin information with gate code and entrance lock info. Sorry we don't supply any perishable food items. We are working on a guest book with all the local information posted for the house and the area.

The price is definitely worth it! This is a beautiful lakeside house with complete amenities that made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The host was very responsive, accommodating to our requests, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and complete bathroom essentials, so everything we needed was readily available. The location is also a huge plus since it’s very close to St. Marys Village. We had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful views even with the low lake level affected by drought. Awesome back patio! Close to (30 min) Many Glacier and St Mary entrances. Comfortable beds. Good shower water pressure and plenty hot water. WiFi worked great for us with AT&T iPhones. TV was great with our logins to Netflix and Prime on bad weather days. Kitchen adequately stocked (could use a couple more frying pan options). Large kitchen table. Many activity options for kids in the house (games, easel for drawing, etc). Easy, prompt communication with owner via text. Cons for some people may be that gate at entrance is tricky to operate and open. Back patio is only about 25 feet from neighbors back deck (not shown in photos), but only saw the neighbor once. Water has a slight sulphur smell even though there appears to be a whole house filter in place. Baseboard heaters are finicky. Apartment sized stackable washer/dryer is small. Large step down to enter master bedroom. Overall, this place was a great option to stay on the east side of Glacier and be close to the most beautiful hikes and views of the Park!

The kitchen was well equiped which was nice since we cooked most nights. (There aren't many restaurants.) The only faucet that had filtered (drinkable) water was the kitchen and it was fine. There is no dishwasher. Be sure to buy most of your groceries on the west side of GNP - things are 2-3X more expensive at the markets in St. Mary & Babb. The furniture in the living room was comfortable but the beds were firmer than we like. The master bedroom had about a 10" step down into it. The room with twin beds doesn't have any outlets. Baseboard heaters allowed for individual rooms to be as warm or cool as the occupants wanted. There was plenty of hot water for the 6 of us to take showers and do laundry. The W/D are very small but fine for keeping up with dirty clothes. We enjoyed having the lake and mountains to look at out the wall of windows in the back. We even got to see a cute black bear cub walk through the back yard one morning! There was also a pet Bison in a fenced yard down the road! The cleaning crew could have done a little better job with the dusting in some areas but most were ok. We had to launder wash clothes everyday b/c we only had 1pp but when asked, more were provided.The house is fairly close to the St. Mary entrance of GNP and only an hour from the Waterton Lakes NP in Alberta, Canada. Both parks are exceptional! We liked being on the east side because most of what we wanted to do in GNP was there.Heidi communicated well.

The house is spacious and in a great location for the east side of glacier national park, especially for St Mary and Many Glacier. We really enjoyed our stay. Biggest problem is the WiFi, very weak and spotty and sometimes didn’t have internet at all. If you need to be able to work remotely or even place an order it doesn’t work.
