We could not have chosen a better place to stay for our first trip to Maui. We loved everything about this property. So easy to go walk the beach and watch the turtles swimming around in the waves. We enjoyed the breathtaking view and sounds of the ocean from the lanai every morning(and night). We definitely will be coming back and hope to stay here again.

This property was perfect, clean and enjoyable! The Hosts were very responsive when I asked for info. Staying in an ocean front condo is perfect! Enjoyed the sunsets, eating (and drinking) on the lanai….. saw turtles, dolphins and a canoe race! I’ll stay here again!

Such a great relaxing stay. PERFECT LOCATION. Couldn't beat the view.

Very clean. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. It was great having chairs and snorkle gear. We saw turtles everyday from our room and sting rays. Super cool.

The Mahana is our favorite place to stay on Maui. The views are impeccable and it’s much less busy/crowded/noisy as the resorts next door. I thought the bed was quite comfortable too! We had a garbage disposal issue when we got into the unit and it didn’t get fixed for almost our whole trip, so we couldn’t use the kitchen sink or dishwasher. The owners were very quick to respond and did compensate us, we just wished there was more follow up on their end rather than us having to follow up. They offered many towels/linens, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and one noodle (we bought two and left them so they should have three now!). Also loved the yoga mat; we used that every day. Overall I would say the unit needs a good dusting of the lamps, mirror, headboard and a mop on the floors as things were a bit dirtier than I expected. Once that gets done along with giving a sponge to wash dishes, this would be a five star review.

Just got back from a magical week away in Maui. For my girlfriend and I it was our first time travelling to Hawaii, and I lucked out by finding this gem on VRBO. It's close to black rock which is the main hub- you can walk the beach and board walk there as mentioned. Right next to dukes restaurant which is super convenient for great food. The public beach with tons of sand and amazing snorkeling is 100 yards south of the building - nice part is the elevator is just around the corner from the unit so you're at the pool deck or beach side within minutes. Pool was super private and hardly busy for the most of the time, it has an outdoor cooking area which we used a lot. The unit pretty much has everything you need, but if you need anything more there's a grocery store across the street which is about a 5 min walk. They provide tommy Bahama chairs, beach mats, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and snorkel gear (masks, snorkels, flippers). We had issues getting a seal with the masks so we just walked across the street to snorkel bob's and rented some better masks for 8/day, no big deal. Snorkeling was amazing just out front of the building, we saw turtles and even manta rays. If you rent a car you can drive to many nearby beautiful beaches for the day. Lastly, views from the patio were fantastic - especially the sunsets. It was tough to leave. For the price compared to nearby busier resorts, it is well worth it! Recommend this VRBOto anyone wanting to discover the magic of Maui!

The owners kept in touch and communicated very well. The space was perfect for my daughter and I. The view from the lanai was amazing. Perfect for sunsets. We even seen a few whales. The grounds were also great. We spent alot of time at the pool and hot tub area. The grills were also nice for cooking our own meals. The beach right in front are a little rocky, but a very short walk gets you to a beautiful beach area. There is plenty of food and shopping within walking distance. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We hope to be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. The room was both comfortable and beautiful and the view from the balcony was stunning. The neighborhood was great - lots of places within walking distance and being able to hop on the beach walk was great. We would definitely book again!

Great Stay in Maui

We loved this unit, had everything we needed. We saw whales and turtles every day from the balcony. The unit has chairs, snorkel gear. anything you could need and plenty of utensils and cooking items to make all your meals if you want. Thank you for an amazing stay, We loved it and will be back again!

The view!

Property was very clean. Can’t speak to how well the kitchen was stocked as we ate in very little. The location was great. The view was spectacular and made the while trip wonderful for us. Watching turtles swim next to the beach from our lanai. Waking up to rainbows in the morning.check in was a bit difficult for us.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. The view of the ocean and the condo grounds were spectacular. The condo's location was convenient making it easy to access adventures and items we needed in the area. Nice place, would stay again

This place is as pictured. Great view, clean room. Check in was easy. Location is just outside the hub of things making it very chill. We did have a small issue with checking out. The door code was changed an hour before checkout locking us out. We sent a message to the host and it was fixed immediately making the issue no big deal. It’s nice to know the host is VERY on top of things. We would stay here again.

The space is absolutely beautiful and the lanai can’t be beat! The private beach sure beats fighting for chairs at a hotel. I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else in Maui. Highly recommend!

We enjoy the town for everything it has to offer; snorkeling, strolling on the beach, playing in the surf, golfing, shopping, dining, exploring the neighboring towns of Lahaina and Wailea, playing shuffle board and of course sipping mai tais! At home in California we enjoy spending time with our daughters exploring the great outdoors, flying and running our girls to their various activities.
