Loved our stay!

This was the most well stocked home we’ve ever stayed in. Bedding, appliances, furnishings all were high end!If you’re lucky enough to reserve it you won’t regret it.Beautiful home in a lovely peaceful setting on the water!

Great Place to Stay in One of the Best Areas Around Phoenix

From the check-in and check-out to the cleanliness and convenience this is a great place to stay. Location is outstanding, mid-way between downtown Gilbert and downtown Chandler. Close to bike trails that can take you as far as Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale and Queen Creek as well as all over Gilbert and Chandler. Plenty of great restaurants and breweries within a few miles. Sandy, our host, was super responsive when any little issues came up. This is our second year staying at this location and we would highly recommend.

Clean and Convenient

This property was amazing. We've been staying in VRBO listed properties for several years and this was the cleanest, most well stocked rental property we've had. Great location and amenities. We really enjoyed being centrally located between downtown Gilbert and downtown Chandler. It was a short drive to all our grocery shopping needs and there was a Fry's within walking distance. Easy access to bike trails as well. We look forward to returning!

Awesome Find!

We were looking for a place in Gilbert and found this gem. It’s everything we were looking for and more. The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved everything about it! Very clean and so spacious! The owner thought of everything we might possibly need to make our stay so enjoyable. We especially loved the pontoon boat. We cruised every night! Highly recommend this place!

Best vacation townhouse ever!

Our townhouse was beautiful and comfortable. We went with friends and enjoyed the entire experience. Our host had things that our other VRBO hosts didn’t. Coffee, detergent, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and much more. We even had a couple of visitors, birds, tiny lizard. Dogs welcoming us and even their owners. Lol I would come here again. I could stay here and just bask in the sun all week and do nothing else. That’s just how nice it was.

It was a great retreat and fabulous location.

Beautiful relaxing views. Loved the pontoon boat too. I do cook so the kitchen needed a few more essentials like a ladle, garlic press, lemon squeezer and some bowls with lids on.

Perfect Home!

This home was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed and was a great place to relax and unwind while visiting AZ! We especially enjoyed being able to sit out by the water. Thank you again for everything! We can’t wait to come back.

A slice of Heaven in Gilbert, AZ

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Communication with the owners were responsive and detailed, from the inception to our departure. The amenities were fantastic! Lovely, modern decorated space. attention to detail was evident. The bathrooms were updated and had a Spa Like feel. Many mornings started off by sitting on the deck, overlooking the waterway. Pontoon boat was the cherry on top. We even had the rare opportunity to meet the adjacent neighbors, and had a blast meeting and socializing with them. I am a (former) Diamond Hilton member, I travel often for work, this was an eye opener, the cost of this rental versus the amenities is a game changer. Shopping close by, great restaurants, friendly town. I promise we will come back, if they'll have us ;-)

Totally enjoyed our stay

We totally loved the spaciousness and great amenities of this waterfront townhouse during our stay. It is easy walking distance to the nearest stores and was always a peaceful place to return to after visiting our son and his family. We would love to stay here again!

Relaxing Time Spent on the Lake

I have stayed at this property multiple times now. I always enjoy my stays there and taking the boat out on the lake for a relaxing evening. The home is well furnished and very comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants close by too.

Nice property with a great location in Gilbert

I really enjoyed my long term stay here, and have renewed another stay. The property is clean and well furnished, and how can you top being on a lake in the Phoenix-metro area! Sandy is also very easy to deal with and gets back to you right away.

Loved it!!

My wife and I stayed 2 weeks. The location is excellent. Close to everything. Nice area. Felt very safe. Kitchen well stocked. Directv was great. Nice bed. It was all very comfortable and just a real nice place. The water access was nice and included a pontoon boat which unfortunately was not working properly and we did not use it. Overall, we loved it! And one other thing - the owner was very nice to us and very responsive.
