We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was extremely clean upon arrival, and I was pleasantly surprised by how many cleaning supplies and household essentials were provided—it made everything so convenient. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach, and we had such a great time throughout our stay. We would happily book again!

Condo was spacious with plenty of furniture and room for 6 of us. Beautifully decorated but also kid friendly. Well stocked kitchen with all we needed. Quiet area , Great swimming pool area. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Poor customer service.

This condo was clean and in a great location. However, the customer service at Vacasa was subpar. It took us over an hour to get into our location, because we were given the incorrect code to enter the unit. Then, we were told that a parking pass was required. After we made several calls to them, they asked us to drive 45 minutes to their office to pick up the parking pass. We then got a call back about an hour later indicating that a parking pass was not required.

Great place! Only minor inconveniences

The place is great! It's a 12 minute walk to the beach. Cvs, wawa, and many stores are closeby and at walking distance as well. The space was very clean and they have many things on hand for you that you might have forgotten. I had no issues with the stay just with miscommunication. The title says pool included, but it is misleading. Due to covid they are closed. My first email from management said it might be closed, the second one said there are 2 pool cards, but only one was by the door, so I decided to text them to figure out if it was open and they said yes it was open but they were unsure of hours. So to our surprise the sign on the pool gate says otherwise. The price wasnt really a great deal for a place with no pool especially if you're trying to getaway from the crowded beach and relax so I did take one star off. Can we find a cheaper place that's closer to the beach and has a pool? Absolutely. We booked a hotel for half the price since we extended our stay in ocean city by one day. However, Do I regret booking this place. Not at all, It was still comfortable and served its purpose.. just a bummer we anticipated having th the pool as an option too.

Cleaning was an issue

We stayed here last year with no issues. This year the bathrooms and floors were not clean. We had to clean to our satisfaction. We are coming back Labor Day weekend and really hoping for a better experience

An outstanding vacation experience

We would definitely book here again. The beach (very clean and just a 5 minute walk!), the pool (literally across the street) and the nearby restaurants make this location ideal. The apartment itself is surprisingly bigger than the photos make it look, and was clean and well furnished. We're so happy with this rental and highly recommend it.

Great stay- would highly recommend

We were very impressed with this rental. 3 moms and kids ranging from 7-13. The rental was VERY clean and provided multiple check in's throughout our stay. The pool was amazing and the surrounding area was safe and peaceful.

Great stay

Condo was very nice and well stocked. It was in a very nice area. We really enjoyed the covered porch. There were 3 pools available and were a short walk away. Kiddie pool was great for our kids. The family pool was huge and had lots of chairs available. It was never full. The condo was about a 10 min walk to the ocean.

The best quiet shaded private pool in OC MD!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely 3-bedroom condo! The condo is an end unit so it is very spacious inside with a large outside covered deck. The unit is located directly across from the private gated pool so not far to walk at all. The pool that is associated with this community is the best you can get in OC MD with two large pools, a baby pool and shade options. It is perfect for a quiet relaxing family vacation. We brought my newborn son with us so the shade was necessary. Pool is open until 8pm so we even went swimming after dinner which was a nice treat. The condo was very clean when we arrived and had plenty of cooking utensils. We loved the welcome bag with a few starter items like the mini dish soap, sponge and dishwasher pods. It was very helpful to have those few extra things that didn't cross our minds. The couches could use a replacement and the beds are very uncomfortable and loud. We are not picky with beds generally but they seem very cheap. It was hard to climb into the bed next to my newborn without waking him up. My gripes are mainly with vacasa. The unit is handled solely by vacasa representatives and not the condo owner so there was not any specific information given such as where the trash was located. When I did call vacasa, they did not know and then called me back with inaccurate information. Before we arrived, I asked about the blankets on the beds because it said they were not provided. Vacasa responded and basically copy and pasted what was in the contract that I read stating they were not provided. We therefore packed comforters only to arrive and there were in fact light blankets on the beds (like in the photos). This was annoying because we could have saved that space in our car. There was only one pool key and I alerted vacasa when we arrived because I did not want to be charged. They said no problem and that a second key would be dropped off but no pool key ever came. Not a big deal for us but just another example of poor communication. The personal touch was gone a little bit without communication directly to the owner. I wouldn't have this stop you from renting though. This is a wonderful little spot with an excellent pool. I would rent here again.

Fun getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. It was very spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to everything. The only advice I would give other people booking the property is to bring an air mattress if you are counting on using the pull out couch. However, I wouldn't let this deter you from renting this property.
