Welcome to The Baywatch complex! This family-friendly complex grants guests access to incredible shared amenities, including two outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, and tennis courts! Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

OCMD great private Bayside community

Beautiful 3 BR 2 BA condo on the lakeside of OCMD. We had a great stay and we love the location on Bay and closeness of beach. The place was clean and nice. Just a couple things. The sliding glass door is tough to handle and the coffee maker was not clean before checking in. Overall a great rental experience and I would rent again.

Good location, clean, equipped….

Was really nice. Beds were comfy, balcony was nice. The 2nd balcony was off limits for some reason. Beach theme decorating was super cute. Good area for relaxing in living room. The pool was great, never overpacked. Down sides, tub in shared bathroom needed some draino, very slow, lr balcony door was very difficult to open & close, private bath shower door was hard to close. Was not as close to beach as I thought, but was a quick drive.

With a little attention to detail this could easily be a 5 star experience. We loved the location and my sons enjoyed fishing from the docks, It was quiet also which was nice But there are a few concerns that really should be addressed The closet door was off the tracks, the tub water didnt drain for hours, the large slider to the deck was very difficult and heavy to open. Wallpaper is peeling in the hall bath, paint is chipping on the kitchen cabinets and the vent on the wall near the door has screws making the vent almost to fall off the wall. One other big thing is that I didnt realize there is NO elevator and we were on the second floor.. Finally- pulling dishes out of the cabinet, we found food stuck on a couple.

Bayside Weekend

The unit was spotless and location very good. The problems that I had was no cable nor could we stream. Called Vacasa and someone was sent out but to no avail. So, a long weekend with no TV. We also received two keys for the unit but only one worked. They left the group always having to travel together. Also, the patio door was very difficult to close I stopped in at the 64th St office after checkout and reported these concerns. I was told someone would get in touch with me in a few days. So far, I have not heard a word from anyone. For the rate that I paid, I feel I should receive a refund or at the very least, a credit.

Disappointment with unit

We were all please with where we were staying, but the stairs was a problem because most of us were seniors. Their were some maintenance issue that need to be taken care of; such as commode leaking in first bathroom; towels had to be put down due to the leaking water. The balcony door was hard to open and close. The master bedroom lights wasn't working and the place was not cleaned or sanitized properly. We loved it there, but the maintenance items must be taken care of. Oh I forgot the furniture need cleaning bad and dirty linen and towels were left in the unit. People pay too much money to stay in a place like this and you have to put up with such things.

Overall stay in Baywatch III

I love the area, parking, pool, close to a lot of things. Only small thing was the heavy stumping upstairs early in the morning and late at night.
