Sea You Soon en NatureWalk 30A 3 camas king, carro de golf de 6 plazas y 4 bicicletas.

Este alquiler de playa no es como los demás. Es nuestra casa de vacaciones personal que hemos decidido compartir con todos. Nos encanta pasar todo el tiempo que podamos en NatureWalk y queremos que otros puedan disfrutar de la zona como nosotros.

Nuestra casa de 4 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños tiene capacidad para 13 y viene con un carrito de golf de 6 plazas. Hay 2 master suites, la principal arriba y la jr master abajo. 3 dormitorios cada uno tiene una cama king y el cuarto dormitorio es una habitación litera con literas dobles con una cama nido. Hay una sala de estar en la planta baja con un sofá cama queen que cuenta con una gran televisión sobre una chimenea de gas. En la parte superior de las escaleras, hay otra sala de estar con un sofá cama que es perfecta para que los niños pasen el rato y vean la televisión mientras los adultos se relajan en la planta baja.

La casa cuenta con 2 grandes porches seleccionados. El balcón de arriba tiene un área de descanso que es perfecta para jugar juegos de mesa o cartas. También tiene un gran columpio donde puede sentarse por la noche y disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la comunidad tranquila. El porche de abajo es como una extensión de la sala de estar. Puede sentarse afuera en la mesa del comedor y disfrutar de un almuerzo o cena relajantes después de regresar de un día en la playa.

NatureWalk en Seagrove es una comunidad de 155 acres, planificada de forma maestra, rodeada por el bosque estatal Point Washington y ubicada a lo largo del corredor Scenic Highway 30A. WaterColor Crossings está a solo unos pasos, donde puedes alquilar bicicletas eléctricas en Pedego, hacer tus compras en Publix y comer algo en Pizza by the Sea o The Perfect Pig. Ubicado dentro de este tranquilo santuario natural, NatureWalk está a solo un corto paseo en bicicleta de las impresionantes playas de la Costa Esmeralda, así como de las comunidades vecinas de Seaside, Seagrove y WaterColor. El NatureWalk Gathering Place está ubicado aproximadamente a .3 millas de Sea You Soon y cuenta con 2 piscinas, jacuzzi, parrillas y parque infantil. Dé un corto paseo en bicicleta o pasee por Lilly Lane a través del bosque estatal hasta el acceso a la playa de San Juan.

Si no desea andar en bicicleta, caminar o llevar el carrito de golf a la playa, el NatureWalk Beach Shuttle funciona todos los días desde Memorial Day - Labor Day: 7 días a la semana (9 AM - 4 PM).

4 bicicletas Yolo estarán presentes en la casa para su uso.

El estacionamiento está limitado a un máximo de 2 autos en la casa. Otros vehículos deberán estacionarse en uno de los espacios abiertos ubicados en los alrededores. No se permite estacionar en la calle.

Tenga en cuenta que la política de requisito de edad es 1 padre o tutor mayor de 25 años debe permanecer en la propiedad por cada 3 huéspedes entre las edades de 15 y 25.

We absolutely loved this property. The attention to detail and items provided were above and beyond the other rentals we have stayed at. The home was so clean, we had everything we needed. Our kids LOVED the bikes. Our only issue wasn’t at all related to the home but how busy the area was with high school Spring Break crowd. Nature walk was nice because it was away from all the spring break craziness that was along 30A and seaside. We definitely will come back to the area but we might avoid the Spring Break timeframe.

Beautiful home for a wonderful family vacation!

We had the best time at Sea You Soon! Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was very clean, beds very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook many meals throughout the week. The swing on the porch was amazing! Our kids loved the golf cart and it made getting around and parking a breeze! The bikes were also a nice touch, especially with the various sized kids bikes. We loved riding our bikes to the beach through the Naturewalk trail and taking bike rides each morning around the beautiful neighborhood. The close location to Seaside and Seagrove was perfect. We also loved all of the beach gear.... chairs, wagons, umbrellas..... we had everything we needed for a perfect beach day. Thank you so much for a wonderful week at the beach, we can't wait to return!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Sea You Soon. We were three couples that are friends since High School. This is our second stay at this lovely house and it won’t be our last. This house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly want during your stay. The screened porches are wonderful to relax on after a busy day on 30 A. The Golf cart and bicycles were an added treat. Kerri and Rafael have done a great job to make your stay special.

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay at Sea You Soon! The house was extremely clean and had everything you could need. We have been to 30A a few times but this was our best stay yet. The location of NatureWalk is perfect for biking and using the golf cart daily to get to the beach. We loved the pools and the playground. The owners care about the house and want you to have a great stay. We will definitely be back!

My family had such a wonderful time at See you Soon. The golf cart was large enough for all of us , making for fun trips to dinner and the grocery. The kitchen was well equipped w everything we needed and the knives were very sharp! We enjoyed the porches every morning and evening as well :))

This was our second year to stay in Naturewalk for our family of 10, and this was the best yet! We would definitely stay here again! Everything from the bikes, golf cart, and many more amenities and details have been included to make this a wonderful and memorable experience. We had the most incredible week at Sea You Soon beach house! Kerri communicated with us promptly and answered all of our questions before our stay. When we arrived the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could want. The golf cart made getting around so easy, and we loved having beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon ready to go—it truly made beach days less expensive and a breeze. The location was perfect because it was just outside the business of seaside. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!

Another fantastic Stay!

This was our 3rd year in a row staying in this house over spring break (2 families) and we love it! The house is in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed playing pickleball in the neighborhood, as well as riding our golf cart and going swimming at the pool. Kerri is fantastic to work with. Whenever I had questions, she responded immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again, or any other house that Kerri is managing.

Beautiful home

We loved our time at Sea You Soon! The beds were all super comfortable, plenty of space for the kids to play. It is a distance (about 1.5 miles) to the closest public beach access where you can park a car or golf cart, but otherwise a great experience. The owner, Kerri, was very quick to reply when we reached out about various things. 10/10 recommend this house as a place to stay if wanting to visit the Sea Grove/30a area
