Welcome to Bella Beach. This beautiful home features TWO master bedrooms! Located in the small gated community of Palmeira Villas, it’s perfect for your getaway to the beach. Bella Beach is located within a 4-minute walk to the nearest beach access and features your own, private plunge pool. It is also within walking distance to the local restaurants and shopping. Palmeira Villas is surrounded by profuse evergreens and Palm Trees! In addition, the entryway to Bella Beach has a beautiful archway that leads into your newly decorated living room. Your kitchen is connected to the living room featuring beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you may need. In the evening, relax on the private patio with a plunge pool. Bella Beach will have you wanting to come back year after year for its family-centered community and its welcoming pull.

1ST FLOOR:
• Living Room: 1 Full Sleeper Sofa, dual-reclining couch
• Kitchen: stainless steel appliances, gas stove, granite countertops
• Dining Area: farmhouse table with seating for 8-10

2ND FLOOR:
• Master Bedroom: hardwood floor, 1 King Bed, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa, master bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower
• Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, private full bath

3rd Floor:
• Master Bedroom: Travertine floor, 1 King Bed, large sofa in the sitting area, master bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower
• Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, private full bath

*ONLY 2 parking spots available on-site.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was clean and perfect for our stay. Great location! Beach access was just a short walk away and was convenient. Make sure you take trash bags because there was only one. The driveway was a little tight for two vehicles the angle that it’s at. So parking is a little challenging if you have a large SUV or truck.

Each family has their own floor. The location is excellent. Cross the street and you are at the beach. There is a small shopping center next door that we can walk right out the back door and be there. It has the best nail place and we love both the Mexican and pizza place there. There is also an urgent care there if you need it. The house itself has everything you need. Kitchen has everything you would ever need for a week at the beach. Toys and games in the living room were appreciated by my grand kids. The pool is small but enough to get wet and the grand kids always have a great time in it.

Our favorite house

We've been taking a family vacation now for five years along 30A with our adult kids. This house is by far our favorite. It's roomy, has a dipping pool and is in a great location. We need four bedrooms for all of us and this home has two master suites with king beds and two additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds. The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of pots, pans, plates, glassware, etc. It's situated in Seagrove, close to many restaurants, shops and a nearby Publix grocery store. We wish they included a few bikes in the rental as we always rent six bikes to ride when we go to the beach, visit Seaside and Rosemary Beach and ride to dinner. All-in-all, this is a really comfortable home in a nice neighborhood and we will definitely be renting here again next year. Thanks for the hospitality!

Good Location

Walkable to different restaurants and ice cream places. Close drive to other areas. Water in the fridge stopped working randomly, had mold in ice/water area of fridge. Grill needed a good cleaning. But we liked that each room had its own bathroom. If fridge issue is fixed, we would stay again!

Relaxation at it's finest

Another great stay on 30A. Second time staying at this property and it is under Blue Swell now and we could tell! Super clean and just as I remembered. Washer sounds like it’s on its last leg and the beds were softer than we’d have liked, but overall, very happy!!

Spacious and close to beach

This home allowed us, our adult children, and their guests to spread out in comfort. The home is as close to the beach as advertised. The pool was nice after returning from the beach. I wish the kitchen was more organized and better equipped for cooking annd that there was a little more room to park. Overall, it was a great place to stay because it was spacious and close to the beach.

The small pool was perfect for our group and we used it every day. The frogs serenaded us the first night and then were gone. The manager reached out upon our arrival just to check to see if everything was fine and I appreciated that. I recommend breakfast at "The Perfect Pig", its within walking distance. I would rent this property again and will definitely look at other Blue Swell properties in the future.

The house is very conveniently located to the beach, bike rentals, and restaurants, etc. It’s nice to be able spread out and the private bathroom for every bedroom is a nice plus. The pool was a great size for our group of five. I would not recommend paying extra for heating the pool. It didn’t seem to make much of a difference in the water temp and I was charged twice as much as I was quoted over the phone by a Blue Swell representative. There were a few small things like old dingy towels and dirty mildewed dishes that had to be throughly washed before use, but nothing that would deter my group from renting the property again.
