The condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and fun. Carmen was also incredibly responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and great host

Wonderful room. My grandmother enjoys sitting on the lanai and watching great grandkids in the pool and grass area. The owner is very communicative and accommodating. Had no issues, and booked again for next year.

Maui Stay

Our stay at Kahana Sunset was everything I expected. The property was clean. For years we have met up with our friends in Maui. Kahana Sunset made that possible for our get togethers. The common lanai was big enough to entertain our huge group of friends.

Wonderful gem in Kahana!

Had an amazing time staying in this beautiful condo on the ocean in Kahana. Fully stocked, newly renovated, very clean and easy communication with the owner and property management company. Would definitely come back again!

Perfect!

We have stayed in several short term rentals and this was by far the best. Well equipped and super comfortable. The host left all the items we needed and several we didn’t even know that we needed! The condo is updated, clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and ac works well! The property site Is beautiful. We loved the privacy and calmness at the beach and pool! We hope to stay again in the future!

Duncan Family Trip ~Kahana Sunset ~ Spring 2022

We stayed in C3C for 3 weeks this Spring! We can’t say enough about it! Carmen was so easy to work with! The condo was clean and beautifully remodeled. The king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of dishes, pots and pans and sharp knives!! We could see the pool and ocean from our lanai! We can’t wait to return to C3C! Thank you Carmen

The condo unit is tastefully updated, clean, and had many extras we utilized during our stay. Carmen was a gem to work with and the pictures and description were exactly as advertised. The Kahana Sunset property complex is a quiet and quaint resort that is well-maintained and beautiful. The pool area, outdoor grilling space, and access to the small sandy beach were amenities we enjoyed. Exceeded our expectations. Thank you for sharing your condo! Mahalo 🌴

Great stay!!

This was a surprise visit to Maui for my kids and my husband who had never been to Hawaii before. We left very early Christmas morning and I forgot to check if we could check in early since we had arrived so early and were extremely tired. I sent Carmen a message and she got us in early which was a gift. I realize that can be am inconvenience and sometimes not possible for hosts to do so thanks Carmen. We were so happily surprised when we arrived. The condo was very nice and perfect for what we needed. Our boys were elated that the pool was out front. They spent a good deal of time there. It was never too busy or loud. We used the BBQ’s a few times and brought our food to the deck by the waves. In the morning we watched turtles swimming in the waves and even watched whales in the distance. It was pretty magical. The pull out bed was perfect for my 15 year old and 7 year old. Our bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and we cooked there every day. We also had access to some beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella. I can’t say enough about this place. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect Paradise Getaway!

The condo is clean and modern. It was comfortable and has everything you’d need for a party of two. If you are bringing more than two people I’d recommend finding a larger condo. The pullout bed in the couch is very uncomfortable. My daughter is 21. She made the joke that if she were over 25 that bed would have ruined her vacation. A mattress topper stored in the bedroom closet would have made it 100% better for her. The private beach is so cute! Everyone was friendly and kind. The property is not very convenient if you are disabled. My husband rode around the paths in his motorized scooter. Some parts are very steep and narrow. Turning a corner his back wheel went off the path and into a hole and the entire scooter tipped over. Luckily, he was unhurt. We knew in advance that this property wasn’t a great fit for the mobility impaired but it was so gorgeous we couldn’t resist!! Thanks to Carmen and Lloyd for sharing their beautiful condo with us.

Absolutely wonderful

Aloha! My partner and I enjoyed a beautifully quiet week in Maui in this updated condo with access to a small private beach. Everything from check-in to departure was seamless. The condo has everything you could possibly need, and the kitchen is well stocked. Loved having our morning coffee and meals on the porch, and perfect to watch the sunset over the water. The grills were handy for cooking fresh fish we caught and fish we bought at the market. My family has been coming to Kahana Sunset for 35 years, and we would love to stay here again. Mahalo for sharing your beautiful home!

The location of the property and ocean access were amazing. The upgrades to this condo are great!

The decor was stylish and kitchen amenities were great. It would be nice to have olive oil for cooking and an extra box of Kleenex. The door code initially did not work, but that was quickly fixed. The bed was comfy but pillows just ok. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back! Mahalo!

Simply wonderful.

It sounds trite to say "everything was great," but it really was. The unit has been beautifully updated — fresh and light. Our friends who have been coming to Kahana Sunset for 20+ years were very impressed by it, too. We would absolutely stay there again.

Everything you want for a stay in Maui

This is a beautiful condo group with everything you could want for a stay in Maui. Private beach with turtles and snorkeling opportunities - check. Lush lawns with shade trees - check. Sparkling, well maintained pool at perfect temperature - check. New gas BBQ's to grill dinner - check. Perfect sunsets - check. This property is newly modeled, with a sleek, modern style. We have been coming to Kahana sunset for 8 years and fell in love with it so much we decided we had to buy a place here.

We love the beauty and peace at this condo complex and yet still only 10 minutes from Kaanapali beach if we want to people watch.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Private beach for this complex, no high rise buildings, minutes to Napili plaza with almost everything you could need. Last time we were here turtles beached themselves for the night 4 of the 7 days. Turtles hang out in the bay every day.
