Gran casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños completos (6 camas) un poco más de 2200 pies cuadrados. Dormitorio privado del segundo piso privado con baño. Al otro lado de la calle de la playa pública. A poca distancia de famosos, St. Armands Circle (tiendas, restaurantes, helados). Nueva cocina actualizada. Patio trasero privado, terraza del segundo piso (se puede ver la playa y el agua desde ella). Facil de obtener. Sin mascotas. El arrendatario debe tener 30 años o más. Gran casa familiar. No hay equipos deportivos. Horas tranquilas de 10 p.m. a 7 a.m.

Sibling Reunion

Plenty of room, house is fully stocked with all the necessary things for cooking and going to the beach. Great location for shopping and dining at St. A. All within easy walking distance.

A delightful place for family stays, very close to the beach

We took our 2 daughters, their husbands and our granddaughter and found really great space for everyone on this lovely home. We are all foodies, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to chef up our meals. We knew it would be close to the beach but were very pleased to see it was so very close, just across the street. And an easy walk to the amazing shopping and restaurants was a bonus. And paddleboarding through the mangrove trails was icing on the cake!

The owner was there to greet us with household products and plenty of suggestions for restaurants and things to do. We found them to be very accommodating for us and the place felt like a home away from home.

This was our second stay on Lido Key with VRBO. The home was very spacious and beautiful. The location is fantastic. It is across the street from the beach and walking distance to many shops. Unfortunately many businesses were shut down from previous hurricanes so check if there is a favorite spot before visiting. Items were available to use for the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms also had items available for guests. This was appreciated. We purchased an umbrella to use and left it for future visitors to enjoy. Complaints for us were very uncomfortable pillows, lizards in the home daily, ants daily in the kitchen. We kept all food away and sealed cleaning up after eating. I contacted the number listed in the welcome binder and had no response the entire time we visited. The binder was helpful but outdated documents and certifications. It was not clear how to use the door lock. Thank you for sharing a lovely home overall.

Amazing home!

Our family loved staying here, especially with a short walk to the beach and being within walking distance of the circle. The island itself is beautiful, and this house is in the perfect location with a great setup for families.

A fine place to stay on Lido Key

Rob's Lido Beach house was immaculate. He prides himself on delivering a house that is well stocked, and when he realized the cleaning crew had not restocked papergoods, a relative made a special trip to deliver them! The house is exactly as advertised and is perfectly located for those who want to be on Lido Beach. A short walk to the beach. A short walk to St. Armand's Circle. We were 6 seniors (2 couples and 2 singles) and were comfortable in 3 of the 4 bedrooms; the single bedded room could use some new mattresses! But the house is well equipped, comfortable and perfect for our one week stay. I recommend it. He's a good landlord--high praise for me.

Great location and excellent property management!

We loved the location of the house and all the amenities . The property manager was amazing . The only constructive feedback is that the house is dated in its furnishings . And the twin beds in the guest room were not the most comfortable. This trip was all adults, and the bathroom shared by the 4 people staying in the 2 guest rooms off the living room was very small and not ideal. We had a great trip . And we were grateful to have this house available to us. Just wanted to share some feedback.

Great Location/Zero Internet/TV

The property location is excellent. My daughter and I would walk on the beach every morning and head over to St Armands for fresh donuts. The house was clean with maybe the exception of too much open food in the fridge, but it was a minor thing. I slept well, but a consensus was the beds were not very comfortable. The biggest issue overall was that there was zero working TVs and zero internet. We notified the property manager immediately, but it was not resolved for the 6 days we were there. We were never offered a discount for the inconvenience, although we never asked foe one. Maybe I should rate them a 3 because of the issues combined with the price but the location seemed to be a bigger positive to help offset the problems some. I would stay there again.

Family get-together by the ocean always recharges your batteries.

This home was so beautiful and comfortable, it was exceptionally clean and well-stocked, all amenities were at our fingertips. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you would need and more, as for beach necessities, this house had it all including two bikes! Lido beach is just across the street and you can see the Gulf of Mexico from the large deck off the master suite, this was a wonderful spot to sit at night and enjoy the ocean breeze. There is a nice cozy fenced-in area out back with a grill And outdoor seating. St. Armand's circle is within easy walking distance and is a fabulous place for walking, coffee, ice cream, delicious dining and amazing shopping. In closing we were so happy with our choice. The house is beautiful and being so close to the beach made it easy to make sunset every night and early morning walks with two little ones in tow. We can't want to go back!!

Amazing!

This house was very comfortable for our family of 5. Less than a block to beautiful Lido beach and a quick 10 minute walk to St. Armands Circle.
