Beautiful house - amazing getaway in

Everything was as advertised! The amount of space here was incredible and very accommodating. The hot tub overlooking the lake was just the cherry on top. We would definitely come back here in the future! Thanks for the wonderful time .

We had 19 people in the house, and everyone was comfortable and really enjoyed themselves! The owner went above and beyond to check in and was very accommodating. Having the place right on the water was extremely convenient and a game changer! Highly recommend!

Great place for a birthday bash!

We had 18 adults for a 60th birthday celebration. The house had plenty of space and bedrooms for everyone. The location gave us access to enough wineries and breweries for a long weekend. We were able to take advantage of a nice walk on the Keuka Outlet Trail. It was a great weekend!

Nice house with some issues

House was relatively clean and perfectly placed on the lake. However, there was mold in the bathroom closet downstairs. Lots of it. While there were tvs in all bedrooms, not many of them worked.

Keuka is a great lake!

Property needs better cleaning and upkeep. Kitchen (stove) too small to accommodate large crowds and the 3 burner grill was also too small. Wifi was inadequate - especially in the bedrooms (and cellular was one or two bars tops). No dock for swimming or fishing (unless you break the rules).

DO NOT rent this home on Keuka Lake!

The property has so many health and safety problems that it should not be rented to anyone else. The MOLD and MOUSE DROPPINGS throughout the home were indications of a lack of careful cleaning and was unsafe. Overall, the home was dirty, outdated, worn out and needed so many items fixed. This property will need the owners to seriously spend money to get it right. Do not be fooled by the online photos... sure, the location and view are great, but the home has so many issues that I do not ever want to come back with my family.

Really poor experience and customer service, ill never use Vacasa again

All of us (Group of ladies ages 28 to 69) were extremely disappointed in the experience staying at this house. I will list below all of the issues we experienced from most disturbing to least. I will also quote the horrible responses we received from the rental property management company as NONE of the problems were resolved during our stay. 1. The 2 sliding glass doors DIDN'T LOCK at all. It actually appeared as if the locks were removed at some point, and there wasn't ANY way to secure the entry to the house which is wide open and directly visable from the lake and boat dock. (The boat dock was being used all day by various people who could see directly into the house and note that we were all females) 2. The front deadbolt did not lock, was damaged and they claimed they knew about this (?!?!) before they rented to us. 3. Several of the bedrooms had BLACK MOLD growing visibly in the corners of the room. Which isn't a surprise since it rained during our stay and the roof leaked in SEVERAL areas. We have photos of the black mold. 4. As stated above, the roof and ceiling were leaking so bad it was creating a giant puddle on the hardwood floors. It appeared that someone placed packaging tape (?!?!) on top of the leak to attempt to solve the problem. We have photos. 5. The house was FILTHY... (i tried to write more, but there's a character limit for reviews on here and i have A LONG LIST of cleanliness issues we experienced....)

Phenomanal location for a large group that enjoys boating!

We had a very large group that used every space of the house. The game room is a delight! Awesome location if you love boating. The property manager was very responsive once I was able to get her contact information. Vacasa gets a huge fail in being responsive to our questions leading up to our stay. When planning for 20+ people it's important to understand what we need to bring and Vacasa was useless leading up to our stay. I texted, I emailed and I called and all forms of communication were very unsatisfying. Once I got the contact information for the property manager everything went better and it allowed us to have a very enjoyable stay.

Family Reunion

We recently stayed at this property with 9 adults and 9 children ages 10 months to 12 years. It's clear that many have shared lots of enjoyment here. The Master suite is beautiful and the gathering areas/living rooms are spacious and welcoming. The game room is a fun bonus. It is also clear that there has been some deferred maintenance of the property. Updates and a deep clean would be very helpful. Renters need to be aware that there is no grassy lawn for children to play and there is a busy public boat launch next to the house. The support staff for the Marina and the rental were excellent and very accommodating. Many thanks to them! All of this being said, our family had a wonderful reunion and enjoyed many laughs and special moments. I think this would be a great place for a large group of adults to gather and enjoy. It's not really a kid friendly place.

Needs serious updating and new mattresses. Paid for a cleaning service and there was a note on the refrigerator to clean the house and vacuum. Sorry I’m not vacuuming on vacation👎

Great spacious house

A group of 11 ladies stayed in this house for the weekend and it was more than enough space. It has a great location on the lake and the hot tub has a nice view of the lake. When we had some questions, the property manager responded promptly. There is a dining table however it can fit about 6 seats so for a house that can accommodate 24 people, it would be nice to have an extra table and chairs to be able to eat together. The TVs are old and even though there was a roku, it would lag. Overall, very nice stay at this house.

Entire family get away

Enjoyed are short stay at marina vista, accommodated our entire family very well. Younger ones enjoyed the lake an boating. The staff that we talked with were very good an would stay here in a minute again.

lakefront relaxation

Relaxing on the deck and watching the boats go by was wonderful. We enjoyed the picnic area as well as the ease of putting canoes/kyaks/paddle boards into the lake. Rented a boat from the marina; great staff, great boat, extremely convenient. Plenty of bedrooms for all and the balconies were enjoyed, as was the lakeside hot tub. Overall the house was clean, however, the furniture needs to be updated, and there was no indoor space for all of us to come together for dinner or 'game night'. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the master suite was huge. Very nice owners, beautiful lake, and spacious home.

Great location, easy access

Marina Vista is a beautiful property. We stayed for a week with 16 family members ranging in age from 10 to 80. My number one priority when booking the house was location. I wanted something on the lake with swimming access. Marina Vista did not disappoint. Another criteria included enough space to comfortably accommodate multiple families. The house is spacious. Access to the house was a concern. Many rentals have steep stairs to enter the property. Marina Vista has a steep driveway, eliminating any stair climbing to load/unload. A huge plus with older parents. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and there were plenty of bath towels. The air conditioning worked fabulous. Communication with owners and caretakers was wonderful. Very helpful. However, the house does need some work. The beds are truly awful in every room. The furniture is in desperate need of replacement. A garbage disposal and working toaster are little improvements. One of the sliding doors on the main floor did not lock. Even with the uncomfortable beds, we had an amazing vacation and would stay again, possibly bringing mattress pads!

We loved the spacious house and being right on the water. Was perfect to have a boat dock right there to be able to get in our boat whenever we wanted to. House was very spacious. Enough room for our big family. Just wish the master bathroom had a door on it for privacy. The kitchen could use some mixing & serving bowls. We hope to be back next year.

family reunion

The house fit our needs and we had a wonderful week. The location right on the lake with very easy access to the water, meaning no long steep steps to go down which was important to us. The kitchen was well equipped and the fact that there were 2 refrigerators was great. We loved relaxing in the hot tub with a view of the lake, and had plenty of fun in the billiard room. We replaced 2 of the pool cues since the others were broken. Good house to catch up. Downsides, a/c was loud in the bedrooms but we had a 90 degree weather week which is not normal and No one big table to eat all together at. Not a big deal.

Fun Times in the Finger Lakes

Great location and very spacious and fun. Just what we were looking for for a weekend getaway! Only reasons for not 5 stars was the water pressure was a bit challenging in some of the bathrooms, there was no TV in common areas, and we got creative when doing a formal meal with group in dining area. Would highly recommend for a group of friends or multi-family getaway.

Great place for a large group

We had a great time spending the weekend at this house. There were plenty of beds for guests to stay on. The game room and deck were excellent areas to hang and socialize. The hot tub was located by the lake & fit a good amount of people in it at once. The grill was pretty dirty, everything else was kept tidy. There were a lot of cleaning rules posted on the fridge considering the sizable cleaning fee that associated with this property. All in all we had a great time & didn’t have any issues with neighbors being bothered. The house is a great property and we would certainly stay here again given the need for a group getaway!
