Ubicación perfecta en el corazón del lago Pickwick. Justo en la calle de Aqua Marina y Aqua Grill y al menos 4 restaurantes más y una tienda de comestibles a 4 millas de la casa. Aterrizaje público de botes a menos de una milla de la casa, así como alquiler de pontones en Aqua justo al final de la calle. Mucho espacio para estacionamiento de botes y varios vehículos. Dos grandes terrazas que se abren desde la sala de estar del piso principal y la sala de estar de la planta baja con vistas al lago. Entorno muy tranquilo con mucho espacio para varias familias, cada familia podría tener su propio piso en esta casa de 3 pisos hecha para baños entretenidos y completos en cada nivel. Asar al aire libre junto a la hoguera y disfrutar de los enormes árboles y la impresionante vista después de estar en el lago todo el día. NEVER STAY HERE! You will be wasting your money! This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at! The Ac didn’t work. We contacted the host he kept saying someone was coming but they never did! The house was filthy. Nasty sheets and a moldy smell. The floors were so filthy our feet were black! It was extremely hot it stayed about 75-80 degrees. The host was not very kind either! He didn’t fix any of the problems when we told him about them! Also the grill was falling apart and the patio furniture was so nasty! Do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

Awesome stay!

Property is beautiful. Very clean and plenty of room for our whole family (6 adults 2 kids). Amazing lake view on back deck. Boat ramp was 1/2 mile away. We had the best time celebrating grandson’s birthday. Everyone wants to come back to this house next year. Thank you!

Just a few housekeeping suggestions.

We loved the location. The beds were comfy. The main shower was the best. The basement rooms were warm due to no vents or central air. The kitchen trash can was filthy. And the outside dumpster was overflowing with trash that had been there awhile. We did have a great vacation overall and would return.

Large home, A/C was not working good

We have stayed around Corinth several times. We enjoy the area. The view of the lake is great, but there is a highway right in front of the house that takes away from the peacefulness. The kids enjoyed catching lightening bugs. The A/C could not keep up with the hot and humid weather. It would get up to 80 degrees in the daytime and never cooled past 75 at night.

Worst VRBO rental I’ve ever encountered. Pictures on the VRBO site was the only positive about this rental. The entire property didn’t smell or look like it had been opened/aired out in months. Furnishings, linens and towels were old and thread bare. Beds were lumpy and old. The downstairs area had cobwebs everywhere as you walk down the stairs. Everything smelled musty and damp. One of the beds had mouse droppings in the sheets and the comforter had been eaten through by a mouse or small critter. There were only 5 thread bare towels and nothing in the bathrooms. We had to buy towels, wash rags and additional toilet paper for a 2 day stay. The AC was locked and couldn’t be changed. The refrigerator and freezer didn’t work. Everything cold was kept in coolers with ice. The was an over-priced camping experience .Renter beware. Not a recommended place to stay.

Pickwick stay

Dishes were not clean. Utensils had grease and food on them as well as the pans. Satellite did not work. Spent hours getting it repaired ourselves. No washcloths for bathrooms. Sheets were questionable on upstairs bedding. Overall would not stay there again.

Parking for boats

We had 8 trucks pulling boats and was told parking would be ok. When we got there each truck had to back the truck and boat trailer straight up a rocky road then two other trucks had to park down the road. As you all know fisherman would like to keep their boats in possession this did not happen. The fire pit was to close to the house and was literally centerblocks and the grill was not up to standard. Beds were comfortable and the house could have been updated with paint in bathrooms as stains from water were running down the walls As I stated the parking was total crap

So not clean!

When we got to the it was late. Ready to go to bed and the sheets were not clean the stove was filthy. We knew the garbage can was dirty but when took the bag out it would make you gag. Doors dirty. Wanted to sit on the front porch and there was no way we could. Does not look like anyone cleaned this summer. They said we are suppose to get a credit. I wash and cleaned the whole time I was there. It was cleaner when we left then when we got there. I have pictures if you need it.

Convenient location but needs some TLC

We had three boats and trucks and knew the parking would be a little difficult, but really had no issues with parking. However, the entire house is in desperate need of a good cleaning & some updates. Dishes appeared dirty, there were dirty towels in the washing machine upon arrival & sheets in the dryer. The tack strip for the carpet going into the main level bedroom was exposed (due to the carpet being wore out), and at least two of us stepped on this without shoes. This is not only a safety issue, but a health issue as the tacks penetrate the skin. There were numerous other issues that could be resolved with some general maintenance/housekeeping. We never contacted the owner as we accepted the overall condition of the place and decided that we simply would not stay there again.

Overall a decent place to stay

Over-all everything was pretty good. One thing we didn't like was the fact that all the rooms didn't have tvs in them and that the grill didn't have a bottom in it so we found an old grill around the side of the house and put it in the other one to use it. The beds weren't that comfortable but not horrible. The down stairs section of the house had a moldy smell to it and the little roll around air conditioner just didn't keep it cool enough for me. With that said we had to keep the door open on the room to stay cool which then in the early morning the sun come straight though the big door windows that didn't have any blinds on them which made it really bright really early in morning. Not a good place if you have multiple couples going seeing there is only one big bed Good things.. Plenty of plates, utensils, and cook wear. Easy entry.

We were there for a funeral. So, we were not your usual vacationers. However, the view was beautiful. Watching the sunrise was peaceful and what we needed.

We want to share our home with other families and friends to experience a taste of Pickwick lake and enjoy all the things god has created for us.

The house is in the perfect location close to Marina, grocery stores, convenient stores and just up the street from public landing. The space is perfect in this home for several families to have their own space or congregate to the middle level or the balconies for entertainment.

Great Views and so convenient to everything! Three levels on this home provide perfect space for separate groups to have their private time and enough room on each level to entertain and fellowship. Great parking too!
