Summary:
Discover our unique oceanfront two-bedroom condo. Enjoy a spacious interior with the charm not found in typical condos, all at a non-oceanfront cost. Moments from the Oceanside Pier, experience easy access to top dining, breweries, and shops, making your stay unforgettable! New kitchen, new windows, same amazing location!

The Space:
Two bedrooms, a renovated kitchen, and a bathroom giving you all the room you need for a comfortable beach vacation. Some of our reviews mention the rough shape of our windows and screens, well, good news - all brand new windows and screens!

Other Things to Note:
Large vehicles (pick-up trucks, vans, etc.) will NOT fit in the small garage. You will need to find street parking. The condo also does NOT have an expansive ocean view. Please review the photos to see the ocean view from the condo. The view may be small, but just walk out the front door and the whole beach is yours :)

Great getaway

This location was perfect for having kid friendly activities. The condo was more than accommodating. We were able to walk to many places that kept the kids entertained. We would definitely stay here again

Nice, Cool and Close to Beach

The condo was clean and well-supplied. We had trouble with the washer-dryer combo but got our clothes out. All was nice and just steps away from the ocean. Right on the boardwalk. Two parking spots was amazing! I would definately stay again! We were just there two days but we surely enjoyed our stay!

Beach front cottage

Cute little cottage with perfect decorations.Small but perfect for four.Across the syreet from the rocky part of the beach, but easy drive to sand.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this little gem of a place. Small, clean, cute and perfect for our needs. Even though it doesn’t face the beach, it’s right outside your door! Easy instructions to get in. Will definitely come again!

We booked this for myself my wife daughter and her boyfriend sadly he broke his ankle so could not make it. Place was great easy to access clean great location! We also loved the game game Sorry that was there we played this ruthless game and laughed out hearts out. Great place Nick!!

Was visiting a friend in Oceanside and found this property right on the beach. Everything about the property was great. Nick was very responsive with any questions. Be aware, this unit is not one of the units that has access to one of the three decks facing the ocean but it was a 30 second walk down the stairs to have direct beach access. Next time I visit Oceanside, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Value - Wonderful Host

Stayed with my two boys before they deploy as I have family in Oceanside. We normally stay with family inland but I wanted this to be a special trip. The location is fabulous. Walking distance to the pier, grass and playground a hop, skip, and a jump away if you are taking kids. Walk out the side door, down the driveway, cross a boardwalk street (Very slow speed limit and lots of pedestrians so not dangerous, great for people watching), over some beach stones and toes in the sand. I drive a Traverse and it fit in the driveway. Anything with a long bed though, you may not fit. There is a washer/dryer combo but hang your towels and suite and shirts from the patio for quicker and a natural dry. Water pressure is fabulous, plenty of fans, pots/pans and standard dishes available. Bring your own cooking needs (spices, oil, beverages, etc). The grocery stores are convenient. Ignite coffee is the best and only a few minutes drive. I had a special situation and the host was extremely accommodating and understanding. Very responsive. Would love to visit again.

Good but not great

Spiders in dark corners in hall leading up to the apt. All the stove ( electric stove) burners were tilted. The stove's right back burner gave my brother a shock, and threw sparks. I didn’t know we had to walk over yards of river rock that dipped down to get to the beach directly across from the condo. It was a few min walk to get to easy beach access. Our 1st time on the strand. Won’t be back. Other than that we loved the beach. The condo was fairly comfortable. The floors were Sandy, and there was no hair dryer. Glad I brought my own

Great location and cozy getaway

My kids and I loved staying here, the location made it perfect for teenagers who want to sleep in on vacation, and a mom who does not! We did a lot of back and forth and it was so easy. The condo was cozy and the owners were very good at communicating. Having a dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus!

Better area than expected.

The home was lovely, just enough space for our family of six. The listing is as advertise no surprises besides. Hows close it was to the beach and the road its on is a one way road with a large walk and bicycle way. And the beach near it is not so big so is doesnt get as packed as larger beaches. A park on the shore a 5 min walk. Its location was better than expected. A lot better

Beach front property!

Our family had a great time using this beach front property that was just about a 15 yard walk to the water from the parking garage. Easy access to the property with entrances from the beach or street above. Plenty of options for dining that are both adult and family friendly. Will be staying again in future family trips.

At least the location was great.

Mold was on the ceilings and has been painted over. One bed had sand between the sheets and the other bed had a busted glass underneath it. Windows were kept closed with duct tape so there was no ventilation. Definitely did not want to hang out in the apartment but location was great.
