We’ve stayed in #226 before and loved the close proximity to the beach! And now that it’s been remodeled it’s even better!!! We loved it and our stay was awesome! The condo is so pretty!

Beach view was fabulous!Parking safe and easy. Always very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. We have stayed here several times and love it. Updates were great! Host does a great job communicating and making sure everything is perfect.Only one suggestion. Need better instructions for tv. We could have used our own streaming service however wouldn’t allow us access.

The beach view was stunning and the condo was perfect other than one bathroom issue. We would definitely book the same condo again. The free beach chairs were icing on the cake.

This is by far the best place we’ve stayed in Panama City Beach! The property was recently renovated with so much attention to detail. It was extremely clean and well cared for. Even the kitchen was stocked far better with great cookware and anything we could imagine. The owners were very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. This is a large building but the check-in process and access to the beach made it not feel that way at all. I would 100% stay here again!

We loved our stay at Kokomo!! We were so close to the beach. No need for elevator (even though they were close to room and fast) because stairs were close and only 1 and 2 flights for lobby and beach. Room was very clean, loved the large tv. Owner and manager were quick to respond with any questions we had. We were disappointed that Starbucks was not open for most of the week until Thursday before we checked out. We would highly recommend and would love to stay in this unit again. It will definitely go in our favorites list.

This place was perfect, I almost hate to rate it so high because it will be booked next time I want it! I had a problem with the tv and I text the owner and they responded almost immediately. Very clean, all the amenities you could need when away from home. Except toilet paper, ! Great place and thank you Ed for allowing us to use you place and a great vacation.

Bed was comfortable. Plenty of cookware/dishes. Condo was as pictured. Right on the beach and on the second floor so very convenient when elevators are busy. Plenty of beach toys on the balcony to use. Starbucks on site along with nice pools and a tiki bar.

Perfect Spot for a Chill Escape

This condo was exactly what we needed—a perfect chill ambiance with beautiful views and a clean, comfortable space to unwind. Everything was just as described, and once we got familiar with the layout of the building, it was super easy to navigate.For anyone staying, a quick tip: the walkover from the parking garage connects on the 3rd floor. When unloading luggage, you’ll need to take the elevator down to the 2nd floor to access the unit. After that, it’s just as easy to take the stairs—no elevator wait needed.We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway!

It’s so good!

Love the second floor location. The view could not be beat. The decor was coastal and beachy, but not overly done. Having a parking garage and the coffee shop and the gift shop was very handy. We will definitely be back so happy we came across the spot. They even sent someone to help when we couldn’t operate the TV. So nice. Hope to stay here again next year.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

Property was recently updated before our arrival. It was beautiful with a modern beach vibe. The condos location was perfect conveniently located on the second floor near the stairwell right down to the beach. The beach was beautiful with turquoise water, white sand and the two provided chairs and umbrella were an awesome bonus. We will definitely be back. The only thing the condo needed was a few more curtain panels in the bedroom window because it faces the inside of the resort and has bright hallway lights that never shut off so it makes it seem like daytime in the room at night.

PCB - Spring Vaca

This rental was nicely located within walking distance to many places. It was nice to not have to wait for elevators since they were not all operational. A short flight of stairs away from the parking or beach. Overall our Spring Getaway stay at the Kokomo was the relaxing getaway that we needed. Thank you for the updated space to call home for a week!

Great location. Close to shops and great restaurants. Beautiful sandy beach. Second level condo was wonderful for beach access and view. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided which was great. Would definitely return !

Walked Right In

Our first night was interrupted by an intruder around 10:00pm. We were asleep and we heard the door opening. I shouted and they left. I phoned the owner and he said it was probably the cleaning crew. Very unnerving. The property is very confusing. I think the two buildings were built at different times and the floors don’t line up.

This is our 2nd stay. Has everything we need. Clean and comfortable. Only issue they are using a deodorizer that stinks the first day and then gradually goes away.

Good for the money

The condo is ok. It’s outdated and needs some repairs. The bed is comfortable and is a king size. The elevators in the building are terrible. You will be waiting forever to get to the beach and to the parking garage. For the money I would say it’s good.

Great stay!

My sister and I stayed here while we attended a wedding in PCB. The Wyndham is SO nice. The unit is close to the end, so I felt like we had a good bit of beach privacy, which is rare for this area! The view is gorgeous. It's on the second floor but not close to the pool, so it's quiet. It is close to the elevator, but we had no noise problems at all. They have a huge TV. The bed was comfortable (even the twin bunks were very soft). Checking in, checking out, and getting the beach rental chairs that come with the condo were all super easy. Very responsive hosts! We wanted to stay longer. It was great for the two of us. It would be the perfect stay for a family with two small children.

We've been married 32 years and have five children, and 5 grandchildren and we're still honeymooning:-)!!! Trips to the beach are definitely part of our 'magic.'

Ed's mother moved 35 miles north of here around 1994 so our five children grew up coming to PCB and Shell Island for family vacations. We absolutely LOVE it here and love sharing the experience with others.

We purchased a one-bedroom condo in 2009 for Ed's father to spend the winters and for our vacations, and for sharing too. We now have more than 220 reviews in our four condos with a 4.8-star average in each condo.

We added a two-bedroom in 2015, vrbo.com/815352. We have more than 88 reviews with a 4.8-star average. We added a four-bedroom condo in 2018, vrbo.com/1328254 and we have 57 reviews with a 4.8-star average.

Yulia is our daughter-in-law. She immigrated from Ukraine in 2008 and married our son Spencer in 2016 and they a four-year-old son and a newborn son (April 29, 2021). They currently live in Meas, AZ where Spencer is attending his fourth year of dental school. They've been to the condo many times and love the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You get to work with Yulia, our daughter-in-law. Yulia is an immigrant from Ukraine. She put herself through college in a foreign land and our son was so lucky to meet and marry her. Yulia goes the extra mile because she LOVES making your family trip successful. She LOVES getting to know our guests and she often does extra things for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. She's wonderful and you'll love her and come back again and again like sooo many of our other regular guests.

Wow, where to even begin! I traveled here with three of my friends to celebrate graduating college. Knowing this, Ed and Yulia left us a very thoughtful graduation gift, complete with a balloon and card! This was just the icing on the cake of a wonderful stay. Unloading and parking was very easy, and the resort staff was friendly and helpful. The building is very clean and we had no issues with elevators being slow. The beach was so accessible and the chairs and umbrellas were an amazing part of our stay. The condo itself is GORGEOUS. Seriously, we felt so pampered. Everything was super clean and homey, and the decor was delightfully beachy. The view from the balcony is incredible!!! The weather was perfect too which just added to the stay. From start to finish, our trip was so easy. After seven hours of driving the smooth check in process and stay was much appreciated. Would love to come back as a reunion!
