Easy beach access

It was perfect to spend our mornings at the beach (<10min walk with 2,4,5yr olds walking) and then home for lunch by the pool. The pool had some sun but mostly indirect and we found that to be most enjoyable on hot summer days.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home had everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach. Word of caution- pool isn't heated and pretty cold- it doesn't get much sun back there. We were there during a cooler rainy week and just couldn't really get in. We had a couple of concerns and things were handled the following day. The stove was a little tricky to figure out but that only lasted the first day. More than enough dishes, glasses, silverware, pots/pans etc. 4 separate refrigerators for food and beverages. Lots of storage in the kitchen and 2 king bedrooms. No real storage except the closets in the 2 rooms joined by the bathroom. Overall we had a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect location! Loved the layout and newly updated features. You can tell the owners put a lot of money back into the house to update it. My only negative feedback would be the vents/air filters that look like they have never been cleaned. I think this often gets overlooked at rental properties...but thought for the price we paid it should be fixed regularly. Also, the biked in the garage that look like they come with the house, but after trying to utilize them, they do not come with the house. Being more descriptive on the rental language to help someone understand that would be very helpful. Everything else was wonderful!

Also, something new as of October 2022, our guests staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 credit that can be used towards bike rentals with a company called VayK Gear. Cozy Home Close To The Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have an annual vacation in Sea Pines. We have been visiting the island for almost 10 years now and have stayed many different homes. This home is very cozy for a small family of 5 and pets. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, which was wonderful! The home was clean upon arrival and provided almost everything you needed for a week at the beach. Great location-Only about a 8-10 minute walk to the beach! Only issue we had was the Keurig did not work - we just went to the store and bought a cheap coffee maker for the week. Overall, very pleased with our stay and the booking from start to finish was very smooth! Would highly recommend!

Great location! Great Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was in a great location, only a 5-6 minute walk to the beach and was clean and comfortable. The best house in all our years of renting in Sea Pines. A couple of very minor items to note. The first is that the water pressure on the upper level showers were weak but the first level one is excellent so we took turns in that one. A word of warning to those visiting in the near future. There is construction directly next door and caddy corner across the street so noise was an issue a few times (but not enough to not rent here again). Finally, it would be helpful if the management company left a quick one pager on how to operate the TVs and stove - figured it out but I think it would be helpful to have it spelled out. Overall a great house that I would gladly rent again and recommend to all!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of five adults and three kids had one of the best weeks ever staying here! The house was beautiful, better than pictured. It had everything that we needed. We rented bikes for our group from a local company and were able to use a discount code provided by the rental agency. An easy walk to the beach made for some great days and great memories! We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 13 Bald Eagle W. The location to the beach is great, just a short walk. The kitchen is well equipped. It had everything we needed. The pool furniture showed some staining. It could have been in better shape. The pool area was shaded, which was great. But as a result, there was a lot of tree debris in and around the pool. The interior of the home was showing some age. All in all, this home worked well for our group of six adults.

Perfect Family Vacation

Loved the house. Very clean, close to the beach. When we weren’t at the beach everyone enjoyed the pool, Quiet neighborhood. Large dining room table that fit all 8 of us. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely stay again,

Nice property

My family of 6 stayed, kids loved having space in the bedrooms upstairs. Sectional and chairs just enough room to sit and watch movie. Liked the JennAir stove with a bottom drawer over gave me more space to make meals. 2nd refrigerator in garage was helpful too! Cushions on chairs in screened porch and on pool deck are worn, stained and moldy. If you want sun in pool area, this isn't the house for you. The pool water stays cool as a result. 6-7 minute walk to beach, do have to cross busy sea pines drive.

Sea Pines Perfection

We had a wonderful time over Christmas in this cozy house! It was well laid out and updated. Proximity to beach was great and nice to have an unobstructed marsh view across the street. The weather was chilly so we didn’t get a chance to take total advantage of the pool and screened in porch area but was all very nice. Pool was heated so some did enjoy taking a dip. Nice gas grill adjacent to pool area. The property management was fantastic and very responsive to our needs. Overall a fantastic choice for us - we would definitely go again - hopefully when warmer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a nice location within Sea Pines. It is about a 6-10 minute walk to the beach (you do have to cross the main road). Overall the home was nice. but what you cannot see in the picture is that the house right behind the pool is on top of you. You can see into their house and they can see right into yours. You can also hear every single noise made by each other, which at times can get very noisy.
