The property was great spacious for our group of 7. I would update the balcony view picture, pretty sure another house was built since the photos were taken. View was still amazing and very short walk to beach.

We had a small issue with the AC and contacted Cobb real estate and it was fixed by the time we returned from the beach!

Great Location

We had so much fun! The house was so close to the beach it was a really easy walk. We still rented a golf cart to haul our stuff to the beach to claim a spot in the mornings, but once we had our spot it was an easy walk. Since we have a toddler that naps, it worked out well as the men would stay back with the baby and the women and kids would stay on the beach. The men could sit on the balcony and see us, which made them feel good about the whole situation. The house was nice and clean and the few problems we had, the property manager fixed right away. The AC worked great and kept all the rooms nice and cool. I would absolutely book this house again.

Blue Crab beach Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When first arrived we checked out the downstairs shower. It was very dirty. It had 3 old nasty grills and a card table with junk on it. It had about a 1/2 inch of sand all over the floor. When we went upstair the freezer door was opened a little and there was water all over the floor. A door knob feel off the upstairs bedroom door. There wasn’t a dust pan. Everything else was clean. The beds were comfortable. We did enjoy our stay there. We loved sitting on the deck.

Reviewer Comments: Good Morning! First of all, we have rented from Cobb's at least 4 times previously and had a wonderful experience. However, not so much in this cabin.First of all, there were hamburger patties left in the microwave that had molded. When we opened the microwave to heat something up, we were shocked! It stunk to high heaven and we had to deal with throwing them out. It made us wonder if the cabin had even been cleaned so we went through and disinfected the whole place. I'm saying this, to tell you this, 7 out of 11 of our party came down with some sort of terrible virus. It probably wasn't from this microwave fiasco, but it could have been spread. I just find it funny 7 out of 11 people got violently ill.Secondly, one of the bedrooms was hotter than blazes, and I know someone must know this because there were two portable fans left in the room. There was a sign on the ceiling fan saying it was an ornamental fan. So, no one could stay in that room. One had to sleep in the recliner and we went and got an air mattress for the other one.So for the good.....the view of the beach was AMAZING. That was the best part of this cabin. However, I would definitely not rent this one again. We will, though, continue renting from Cobb's because we've NEVER had any issues. I'm telling you all of this to be helpful and not hurtful!!!!!

This was our 2nd visit to Port Bolivar, and we plan to be frequent guests here! This home is lovely! Wonderful views and beautifully decorated. The entire rental process was seamless and stress free.
