We always look for houses not too close to beach but has a view and there is a great view from this house. The days were cool and the water was great and the house did not disappont.

Great place to stay.

House layout is great, plenty of space. Beds are comfortable. Shower/toilets are separated from vanity for multiple people getting ready and sharing space. Walking distance to the beach. Area is quiet. Vehicles can drive on the beach here but I would suggest renting a golf cart.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was nicely decorated. However the cabin smelled old and of stale smoke. The golf cart beach access was not maintained and we constantly got stuck. Internet access was spotty and frustrating. Dealing with Cobb Real Estate is always great!

Not dissappointed

The property was cute. Clean and decorated in a boho style. It had everything we needed. No wine opener but that was an easy remedy. I would definitely stay again.

Memorable Memorial

Our family stayed in Beach N inn over Memorial weekend and had a great time. It was close enough to the beach that we were able to walk easily to the beach and able to watch the fireworks that were shot off all three nights on the beach, from our front porch (a safe distance). The rooms were all large and pretty much as illustrated on line. It would have been nice to have an elevator to transport our belongings upstairs. We would definitely consider this rental again in the future.

Good but could be better

My main issue was the smell of the home. It smelled as if there was a strong pesticide sprayed in the house and the house was left un-ventilated. Fortunately we had family staying at a different location so we were not in the house a lot. As an aside, all of our clothing and bags wreak of that smell now. The house was nicely decorated and the rental process went relatively smoothly. It was a bit inconvenient to have to get a physical key for the property before the office closed but the office staff was super nice and very professional. The house had some supplies left over (spices, paper cups, cleaners, etc…) but all of it was very old and many of the spices were well beyond their expiration date. The cookware was ok but most was old along with the utensils provided. Both bbq grills outside were in no shape to cook on (very rusty inside and out/missing handles) so I did not grill as planned for the weekend. The garage had a mini fridge in it that I regrettably opened and it had spoiled food in it. The garage was dirty and should be cleaned. The property has great potential and was in a great location. We survived the weekend but I would not rent this particular location again.

We were there for 7days and never had any problems with the remarkable appliances or anything else in the house. The beds were very comfortable other furniture was as well. We played several of the games that we found in the storage area. The swings downstairs were very popular for all the grandkids. Looking forward to coming back in the fall/2024.

The house had the best AC, real good beds for kids and adults. Vey nice swings and shower area under the house for coming in off the beach and relaxing. COBB Realtor staff was wonderful, they were very helpful when the refrigerator wasn’t cooling and came out after hours to fix it.
