We had everything we needed and more for our stay. Instructions everywhere to make our stay transition with ease. They were no surprises. The room was clean, we had lots of towels and amenities. Beach towels and chairs were available. WiFi and network was readily available. Getting in and out the room was easy.

Perfect place for two. Short walk to Waikiki. Exactly as described. CAREFUL parking is NOT free. Clearly noted in rental listing. Would stay here again.

Overall a very good experience. The public parking multi-day ticket purchase and instructions is not clear causing unnecessary additional cost of 63 in the first two days. The unit could use an extra mirror outside of the bathroom so that the wife can apply makeup while bath/shower is in use. Kleenex in the unit would be appreciated. All other amenties provide is thumbs up!

Cozy, Comfortable, and Great Location

My daughter and I was looking to stay close to my other family members who had timeshare right next door at the Ilikai. So this was perfect! Upon arrival, we were unable to get in, because door code did not work, but it was quickly resolved. The kitchen had everything you may need, which we didnt end up using. The bathroom was great; long counter, big shower- more water pressure needed SUGGESTION: bigger shower head?? sink -had too strong of water pressure. The living space was perfect with so much storage space. One drawback was the bed was too soft for my daughter and I. Suggestion- mattress needs to be changed. We used the covenviences of laundry in the building, cooler, chair and body board in the condo for the beach. Overall , we would stay again, if the mattress is changed out.

Great location! Short walk to the beach & to plenty of restaurants and shops. Easy walk to Ala Moana Center. Clean & stocked with everything you need, including extra towels, beach chairs, travel cooler, and even a boogie / body board. Water pressure in the shower is a little on the light side, and due to each floor having access to a trash chute, there’s often an unpleasant smell in the hallways—not the owner’s fault, and the unit itself isn’t affected. Would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was very nice and comfortable. Location was great and convenient. Building had a major power loss the night before checkout and continued past my checkout time the next day. Security locked the trash room so I could not dispose of my trash during this power outage. Also the toilet leaked from a missing lock nut for the tank which suddenly appeared my last day. Overall a good stay and would recommend the unit as mechanical problems can arise from any building and unit.

Ilikai Marina

This is a great, small condo. It’s a quiet building in a fabulous location where the canal and harbour meet. Within a short walk to the lovely beach in front of Hilton Hawaiian Village, as well as Ala Moana park and beach which is beautiful. It’s nice to be a bit separated from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but still close enough to enjoy. The condo is very well equipped but I suggest they add a portable drying rack for towels & bathing suits. Would stay again!

I rent frequently at this location and this unit was exactly as described. The kitchen had the right amount of dishware, utensils and tools.The unit was clean, bright and comfortable.Will definitely rent this unit again if available.

Perfekt um Oahu zu erfunden

Es war alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und sind immer gerne in unser Apartment zurückkehren. Badezimmer würde eine Lüftung benötigt. Es hat sich leider Schimmel zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts im Duschbereich gebildet.

Excellent and convenient location

The only issue I had was the TV - seriously, it needs to come with instructions! There are 3 remotes and nothing makes sense. Had husband and maintenence try and nothing worked lol Watched tv on my laptop so no big deal...

4-Day stay

Nice studio-like unit adjacent to marina, Perfect for me. Easy load and unload. Chart house restaurant is in same building where many locals know and go. Very nice place

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The marina is disgusting with trash. The room has an ugly view of a a parking lot. Ali'i sent an employee in on my last day, unasked for. I believe it was to try to bust me for breaking smoking rules on account of I was out on the 'balcony' a lot. That was because the AC sounded like a jet engine spooling up (right next to the bed), so I didn't use it much.

Has everything you need

The accomodation has everything you need. Large bathroom area, good size shower, large pTio door to small balcony. Has all the tv channels you need but you are a short walk to the beach so may not be essestial. It is in a busy and noisy area. Building itself is on the Marina but it is an older building. As stated in the ad the condo does not have view of Marina but of the mounyainside. Although condo is clean the building is showong its age. The air condioner is very loud when running. Overall very good condo.

Excellent location and comfortable

The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy. Could not fault it. Location convenient to everything with amenities and restaurants close by. Host was very accomodating in extending our booking a day early so we could arrive early and relax before exploring. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

Great location, everything we needed!

Great spot, close to shops, Waikiki, restos. Out the back sliders we were reminded of Hitchcock's Rear Window, as no less than 20+ buildings are in view. Still, felt very private and quiet.

Easy walk to restaurants and public transit options. The small kitchen was well equipped. The property management company was particularly responsive. All directions for entry et al were exceptionally clear. The only down side of the building is that the Ilikai Marina has no pool. Then again, the beach is about a quarter mile away. The room had a fold up beach chair for renter use. Two would have been better.
