This is a great house! Very clean and centrally located between Carmel and Monterey so easy access to the highway and other things in town. The rooms are extra spacious and we had a wonderful time.

Best place to just hang out

Being an older womens golf group this place was perfect. We all had our own beds and in each BR we had a shower. Nice big living room to gather together and talk about our golf game

Just great!

Every linens were so clean. Everything was perfect except the entrance fee. I don't understand why only 2 cars were accepted. However, the house was amazing!!!

Beautiful home

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding weekend. Carmel was having a heat wave and the house does not have ac so that was the only complaint but after we opened all the windows it was fine. Beautiful home!

Ladies golf trip

Great location. Rooms very generously sized. Easy for group time and private time. Stove top a bit tricky, management provided guidance and removed the cook ware that did not work with the cooktop.

Review of Pebble Beach House

There is a big difference in renting a house for sale and one that is someone's home. The Pebble Beach house is for sale and there is only one television for a five bedroom house. Don't expect the warm and welcoming aspects that you have when renting someone's home. No extra coffee, or trash bags - or even reading material - barely enough to minimally satisfy the time allowed for renters.

We spent a wonderful week with our kids and grandkids and celebrated Thanksgiving and my wife’s 60th birthday together. We enjoyed the area and our time together so much. Highly recommended.

Great Space

Super large home that fit our large group well. Fantastic that each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and great rooms to eat. Wish their was a larger sofa to fit more people and this is beginning to be somewhat dated, but an excellent location and super responsive owner.

Fathers Day weekend getaway

We had a lovely weekend stay for 2 families. The layout of the house was great with bathrooms for each bedroom. Downstairs was perfect for kids and gave parents a nice break from “joyful noise.” Location great for quick drive to Monterey Bay Aquarium and beaches.

Pebble Beach

Great location. The house layout with 4 bedroom/bath combinations was perfect for our 4 adult couples. Some very minor fixes could help improve the property: outside Sliding glass door locks, blind repair, working light bulbs in all lamps and possibly some labeling of cupboards and drawers would make it easier to acclimate. Like I said minor fixes, but it would not prevent us from staying again. Everybody was pleased overall.

Our stay was fantastic. Brian our host was so accommodating! Very comfy home. Close to ATT ProAm and Uber was easy to access. Thanks to Brian for helping us out with some important stuff left behind.

It was perfect for us, as we had two litte ones, and 4 seniors! Good spaces to eat Thanksgiving, and close to the 17 Mile Drive gate so we could get to Carmel-by-the Sea, and Monterey easily!

Spacious home in Pebble Beach for a family vacation

We had a wonderful 3 generation family reunion in this lovely, comfortable home, ideally located in Pebble Beach. We hadn't been together in one house since childhood and if it got too noisy in the kitchen, we could go to a different room for some quiet time. The rooms were all very large, kitchen was well stocked with coffee maker, nutri-bullet, 2 microwaves, and an induction stove that required a bit of figuring out how to use, and whatever we needed for cooking in. We were there during the unusual heat wave in September 2022, so some rooms were quite warm during the day, but opening the windows in the late afternoon and evening cooled off the place, since there is no air conditioning. There were some floor fans available and the owner offered to bring more if we wanted them. The location was convenient to Highway 1, Carmel, Pebble Beach golf, and 17-Mile Drive. The owners promptly responded to requests for bedding for the sofa bed/futon and how to get our third car in the main gate. We all greatly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!

Spacious home in great location

We had an excellent week stay here exploring the Monterey/Carmel area. The house is situated in the pebble beach area making it easy to get to Monterey, Carmel and the beaches. The house has large bedrooms (suites) and allowed our party of 3 families to have our own space with community areas and kitchen. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here!

Getaway After Son's Wedding

Spent a few days here after my son's wedding to enjoy Monterey/Carmel. House was in a great location and served our purpose well. A bit dated and some wear and tear on the property, but was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Kitchen not as well stocked as some VRBO's I have rented. Overall, a great couple days.

Memorial Family Time

We stayed here so three families could attend a family memorial in Pacific grove. Location was great. The four cousins, ages 4-7 stayed downstairs and had a slumber party. Grandparents had a room and two adult couples also had their own space and rooms. The home is spacious and lovely.
