A perfectly located, very clean and welcoming condo for our visit to Poipu! From a very fast & easy check-in, to the the quiet & relaxing complex, everything about this place was excellent. Would definitely stay in this specific condo again!

Paradise Suite Kohala

Very convenient location and walkable to beaches and restaurants. It was clean and had everything we needed. It got a little warm in the afternoon as there was only 1 air conditioner in the bedroom, but overall it was tolerable with the fans. Would stay here again😊

The condo was in a great location w/ a distant view of the ocean. It was very walkable to Poipu Beach, where many green sea turtles were swimming in the surf or snoozing on the beach, and to other local areas. The king bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Clean place w/ plenty of amenties. Fortunately, we did not have to use the air conditioner, which was only a window-unit in the bedroom. Due to the low humidity during our visit, we were able to keep the windows and shades open, at varying levels to keep the air circulating and the place cool. There were multiple ceiling fans that we had going. We also noticed freestanding fans, which we did not end up having to use. The recommendations I would make for improvement are: 1) having velcro or some type of way to keep the curtains closed in the bedroom. Otherwise, they (especially the curtain on right) slides open at nighttime; 2) keeping a doorstopper available for bedroom door. Otherwise, the door will slam shut because of the wind. We solved the problem by using the front door's stopper; and 3) having Roku available. While there was a DVD player available, there were no DVDs available. Also, the only movies available were B movies and poor pickings at that. There was no way to purchase any movies online. Fortunately, we were out and about traveling around Kaui'i, so it was not a big deal for us. Would stay here again.

Another Poipu vacation in the bank.

Been to this same area many times and stayed in several properties. This one checked all the boxes and the management was easy to deal with. No complaints. Clean, quiet, well equipped.

Great Sunsets!

We love this location in Poipu. Walking distance to Poipu Beach and Kalapaki Joes is there for food and drink! Hawaiian breezes blow through this unit and make it very comfortable! We never had to use the AC in the master bedroom. Great sunsets from the lanai

The door to paradise

This was an absolute dream come true of a unit & location! More to discover and explore, and the after that dine to your delight. Incredible hot tub and fun outdoor gym that had the perfect slide to reward yourself after a long workout or pickle ball game. Over all it was an 11 out of 10!

This condo had everything needed to be comfortable. Internet was great. Property manager was prompt to care for little issues. Neighbors are friendly. Air conditioner in the bedroom is powerful. Only needed to use it for a bit just before bed time, then we were comfortable with the island breeze. Easy walk to Poipu Beach.

Overall, loved it. A few small areas of attention would make it a 5 star rental. Pros: Close to beach Good communication with property managers Dedicated parking spot Very private Large for a one bedroom unit Airy unit with lots of great light Sweet lanai with (distant) ocean view Functional kitchen Cons Road noise from bedroom Washer/dryer don’t work well (loud, need to be serviced) Toilet runs 24/7 The mattress, bedding and pillows are all old and need to be replaced

great place. check-in was late

Great space, large and clean! Can walk to Brennekes beach and drive to everywhere on the island. The only issue we had was check-in. Our check-in was almost 3 hours late and when we asked for a later check-out, we were abruptly told no. Other than that, the place was great!
