Very nice weekend. Great accommodations.The only thing there was one remote for 2 tv's in the Condo, the main bathroom sink the water drained slowly, and the safe didn't open. Otherwise a great weekend getaway. Thank you!

Great view and accommodations

Beautiful 4th floor ocean facing unit. This was our 10th time staying at FB and by far this was the nicest unit. Our only negative was cell service is very weak but not a deal breaker by any means. The washer is an added plus and the 1 bedroom is huge. There is a shower in the 2nd bathroom which was also an added bonus.

Nice spacious 1 BR apt. Having 2 full bathrooms was nice. Very good space for our family of 4. The pullout in the living area effectively made it feel like a 2 BR at night Right on the beach in mid beach portion of Miami Beach. Lots to do in and around hotel

Great Beachfront Condo

My family (wife, 2 teenage daughters) had a great time at the Fountainbleau, and this condo was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us, fantastic balcony and a view of the water. Having two bathrooms and two showers was a major positive. The check in was easy and the owner was very responsive to questions.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again and with Private Residencies. Good communication and answered all my questions. One thing I would say is that the carpet does look a little worn but this was a small thing.

Family vacation

Overall, the unit was great and met all our needs. Perfect location and super close access to the pools and beach. Beautiful waterfront view and overlooks the kids splash park. The washer and dryer were one unit so drying was a bit of a process (took a long time) as opposed to having two separate units one for washing one for Drying, not a big deal, but something to keep in mind if you’re planning on having much turnover with your clothes. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and we will definitely request to stay in this unit when we come back. Super spacious and well thought out layout.

We were there for 3 nights and all 3 nights we had to wait over 1 hour for our car in valley.. so much time was wasted. We had to open up our business hours later, lost money, and we had to pay extra for Ubers every night. The experience was terrible.

It’s a long story but I can tell one thing :The front desk guy who found my air pods and promised me to keep them on front desk he took them home with him.I called many times to hotel the answer is they don’t now nothing about and don’t like to talk at all.They don’t care about the clients at all.Very disrespectful!

My disappointing stay

I am extremely disappointed at my recent stay at the Fountainbleu Hotel. We had already unpacked when we noticed cracked and loose tiles in the guest bathroom and the shower head was leaking. Although we were offered a different room, (which was not renovated), because we had already unpacked, we chose to stay in the same room. We called the front desk many times and nobody came. We wasted our whole first day waiting for someone to come to our room. The next day, we saw that we had absolutely no service. We could not make any phone calls and nobody could call us. The person we spoke to just kept telling us that nobody has ever complained about this before instead of coming to check out the problem. This is an insult to us because we know when we don't have service and when we do. All in all it was a very disappointing stay and I won't be returning.

Early Morning Annoyance

The place is great!!! EXCEPT!!!!! for the grounds crew using leaf blowers and/or trimmers every morning at 6:30am outside the patio window…. If not for this, it would have been perfect; however waking up every morning to that…. Not Great!!!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

Went to Miami to Renew Wedding Vows on beach. Bad storm came day of wedding (NICOLE) so my husband and I had to have ceremony in condo. It was just us and the Official. Because of this Beautiful Condo the experience was more intimate than it would have been on beach. We loved the condo and all the perks. The Owners were very nice and accessible when needed. We loved EVERYTHING!!!

Great Extended Weekend

We have stayed at several other Residences at the Fontainebleau, but this was our favorite. Delay upon arrival getting into our room, but the owner made up for it on the back end by granting the request to the hotel for a later checkout time. Communication was timely and the entire process was very simple. Will definitely stay here again!
