Great home and location

Beautiful home in a great location with access to private beach. It was a wonderful family 10 day vacation spent at “All is Grayt”! Great access to beach, restaurants, ice cream, Publix and Seaside shopping. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Terrific Thanksgiving

Beautifully laid out house, with a huge table set-up for Thanksgiving with family. Management was very responsive to an oven issue (convection setting worked fine, just not the regular oven). We love this neighborhood with the pool and tennis amenities. Have already booked again for next year.

Great family place

Property was beautiful inside and out and just like the pictures! The neighborhood is fantastic. Wonderful family friendly neighborhood and house. My family had a great time. Access to the beach is a beautiful walk but it is a little long. From 30A probably 300 yards so be prepared. Person putting the chairs and umbrellas out was rude to my family making them walk to get out from in front of provided chairs and umbrellas. Kind of made you feel like others were better than you. That is the only problem we encountered the entire stay. Would highly recommend this property😀

Perfect!

We used this house for a bachelorette trip and it was amazing! We love how roomy it was, and it was very close to the beach with access to a large golf cart!

Good but could have been better

We booked this vacation months ago. We get called a hour after check in time with was around 5pm saying previous guest damaged furniture and needed to be cleaned and didn’t have enough time to clean it before we checked in. So when we arrived it was explained that the house was cleaned but the furniture needed to be steam cleaned. There were stains on couches and chairs and the showers has hair in them and under the couches has shoes and a bunch of random food. 3 days later a rouch was in the master bedroom. We said we paid a a lot for a cleaning fee and they said it was clean and nothing else can be done. After the person came to clean couches and furniture steam cleaning the stains out the cushions were left in a unorganized way and we had to re-organize them. We could use the couches for 3-4 hours. They said they would bring fans to dry for the in convince but it was a family vacation and didn’t need all these people coming and going in the house. They also offer to do the service after we left but who wants to sit in stained couches the whole time we rented for a week. I ask if there was any type of compensation that could be done. They said no. The company is very cut and dry not curtiese at all.

Beautiful home!

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. It was beautifully decorated and we especially loved sitting around the outdoor gas fireplace. We will definitely stay here again!

Grayt time!

Wonderful home. Clean and well stocked. Nice easy walk to the beach. Close to everything. We enjoyed our stay very much. Shout out to Blue Mountain Bakery for the best Thanksgiving dinner ever!
