Renovado Summerhouse Oceanview 2 habitaciones Flat Unit 148

Esta es nuestra vista al mar recientemente renovada de dos habitaciones / dos baños. Entras en el primer piso y no tendrás que preocuparte por subir escaleras. Esto hace que su estadía sea más conveniente sin la necesidad de subir y bajar equipos de playa. Encimeras de granito. La unidad tiene suficiente para dormir cuatro. Está amueblado con un rey y dos gemelos. Dos televisores, dos videograbadoras, DVD y videograbadora. Pisos de baldosas en todo lo que lo hace fresco para el verano y fácil de limpiar de la arena. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Tenemos dos áreas de parrillas y dos parques infantiles para los niños convenientemente ubicados en cada extremo de la propiedad. Nuestra área común alrededor de las piscinas está cubierta de hierba deliciosa y bien cuidada con un corto paseo hasta la playa. Nuestra unidad de alquiler cuenta con un amable personal de recepción y mantenimiento en el lugar para ayudar a resolver cualquier problema rápidamente en caso de que surja. Tenemos una pequeña biblioteca y un gimnasio disponibles durante el horario comercial normal para su comodidad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of our condo! The furniture was very comfortable and pretty. We could have used a bit more of an equipped kitchen as there was no large fry pan and a couple old teflon pans that should be discarded. The master bed had terrible sheets as they wouldn’t stay on the mattress. We would have liked an outside table instead of 2 small side tables but with the FL storms, I get it. I would return to this unit again!

We have been coming with a very large group for almost 15 years. I was disappointed with the very strict parking regulations concerning guests. Parking spaces were not an issue, but the two pass maximum is a joke. also the no drinks in the pool has got to go. I know it is a SJCHD issue, but it was really annoying.

Although Summerhouse was accommodating and moved us, we were moved to a 2 bedroom instead of a 3. The staff did everything they could, and luckily we had family there in other units and we had to pile up to give everybody a place to sleep.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were many things broken. The flatware had rust on them. The t.v. was horrible. The last day there was no tv. No fans in the bedrooms. My family and I have stayed at Summerhouse for many years. The master bathroom didn't have a real door. The shower door in the master bathroom didn't close. Garbage disposal didn't work. This unit was the worst any of us have ever experienced. Needless to say, I have a different one for next year.

We come every year with a large group and had a great stay this year. We enjoyed the amenities and the staff. The only issue was check in took a little longer because of the lack of staff at the front desk during the rush on Saturday.

July 24-31 Vacation

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The WiFi did not work. Looks like the battery backup failed. The main cable box remote in the living room was not found. The TV remote was extremely dirty. The bath tub stopper is broken. The coffee pot glass pot was broken. Some utensils are rusty. Sprayer in sink faucet has a leak. Overall the unit needs lots of maintenance. Popcorn ceiling is falling in several places. This is our 3rd stay at SummerHouse and this condo is our least favorite. Overall the decor is nice but other Summerhouse condos are decorated and maintained better. We love SummerHouse but we will not stay at SH148 again.

Wonderful Condo and Beach Experience

We were thrilled with this condo for our family vacation! It was clean and the check in/out process was very easy. The pool was just steps away from our patio and the beach was just a short pier walk beyond that. We drove into town once, but otherwise enjoyed our quiet and easy location at Summerhouse. I would come back here again for sure!
