Recientemente remodelado de tres dormitorios, dos baños frente al mar es una unidad de esquina. Entrada y salida fáciles para quienes tienen dificultades para caminar. Esta unidad tiene capacidad para 8 personas con una cama king en el dormitorio principal, una reina en el dormitorio de invitados del medio, dos gemelos en el segundo dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Hay tres televisores y dos reproductores de DVD. Suelos de gres en todas partes. Parrilla de carbón afuera para la conveniencia de poder asar en la unidad. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Tenemos dos áreas de parrillas y dos parques infantiles para los niños convenientemente ubicados en cada extremo de la propiedad. Nuestra área común alrededor de las piscinas está cubierta de hierba deliciosa y bien cuidada con un corto paseo hasta la playa. Nuestra unidad de alquiler cuenta con un amable personal de recepción y mantenimiento en el lugar para ayudar a resolver cualquier problema rápidamente en caso de que surja. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Summerhouse for about 40 years, on and off, so we have a good platform to rate this unit. It was a lovely unit - except for the mattresses and the living room furniture. The mattresses in two of the bedrooms were unlike anything I have ever seen soft you could not get out of them without help. I think someone put a pillow top on to try to cover up a bad mattress. The living room furniture looks good in the photo, but both the sofa and the loveseat have very little cushioning...on the sofa you can actually feel the hard metal support underneath. This unit would be really good if it were not for these two very important issues. Like it is, the unit was not worth the money we paid for it.

Has to be more organized with some system to let the office know when rentals are available and those people can go ahead and check in. In the past, we have been able to get in earlier and the office staff was very accommodating. Something needs to be changed by next year to make this a smoother process.

The only negative thing was initially when running the water a horrible rotten egg smell filled the whole place up. After the hot water was ran for awhile and time passed, the next day it was just fine. It was a beautiful vacation and we love staying at Summerhouse. This unit had everything we needed and we will stay here again.

Unit 166 was one of the most beautiful and well equipped units we have ever stayed in. We were disappointed that the dishwasher wasn’t working for most of our trip and that it took three days to get it fixed. Especially after being told it hadn't worked properly in eight months. For what we paid we shouldn’t have to worry about doing dishes on vacation. Other than that it was perfect.

The only issue i have is that the beds are really not comfortable, even in the master, although it's better than the others. Paying $2500 rent for a week, i really think they need to do better. Small guest bath to accommodate 2 bedrooms. Removing the shower/toilet room door would help. Queensize bedroom small with furnishings packed in there; no window. Kitchen well equipped. Love the dining area. More area rugs would be nice. Plenty of towels on hand. Beautiful countertops with new appliances. Overall a nice stay.

We loved the location and the beach, but this property needs a deep cleaning and spraying for bugs/
