Direct Oceanfront, ground floor flat unit, no stairs. Located in Crescent Beach at Summerhouse. Family oriented complex located on over 25 acres with four pools and large grass areas. Highly desired unit with assigned parking directly in front of unit. Living room and master have direct views of the beach.
Directly on the beach - just down the stairs, there is no need to drive.

Spring break 2024

The condo was very well equipped. Kitchen was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Large TV was great for watching basketball tournament. Loved the long walks on the beach. Our grandsons from colorado have been to summerhouse several times and requested that we spend their spring break there. They are 16 and 18. March weather could have been more cooperative but we did have some good weather days. Thank you.

Has everything you need!

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners are so thoughtful with providing everything you would need while at the beach. And they were generous with amounts such as a jar of 10 dishwasher, pods and 10 laundry pods, even though we were only staying for three days. It was also super organized and the kitchen was fully stocked. Highly recommend this condo.

Amazing beach front condo

We did a “staycation” to celebrate our son’s 10th birthday. This place was absolutely wonderful! It was so peaceful in a wonderful location and exactly what we were looking for. The sunrises are breathtaking! I’ve stayed in many rentals before and I can say this one was by far one of the cleanest ones we’ve stayed at! The host provides everything you can think of, including beach gear. We will def be staying here again!

A great location and view. Property was clean larger than expected (I’ve stayed in the upstairs townhouse version of these condos). Everything was provided with beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and fully supplied kitchen. Condo was steps away from beach access and pool. We can’t wait to go back

A Gem of a Place!

Truly a beautiful condo, location, and overall experience. Loved everything about this place. It was simply magical. The decor was impeccable, and we had all the necessary amenities. We loved having the BBQ right outside and the views of the ocean are simply stunning. Our host, Joslyn, was also wonderful. She was very responsive and even gave me ideas of things to do with the kids which I truly appreciated! It really felt like a home away from home in the most magical gem of a place, making our family's summer vacation a true dream. We will be back for sure.

A Beautiful Spot

We loved vacationing here. It was our second time here and we enjoyed it very much. The beach here is one of the best and the area is peaceful but close to St Augustine for city activities. We forgot to sign the guest book this time. But we had a really great time. And, last but not least, the owners are lovely.

Best vacation to date

Our stay was absolutely PERFECT!! We have stayed several different places but this place has been THE BEST!! This property has everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, pickleball, inside board games, the best linens, super comfortable beds, everything!! But the best thing is THE VIEW!!! It takes your breathe away. This truly is a home away from home. We are already looking into booking our next stay.

Everything about the property was as described on the website. Condo was very clean and uncluttered, plenty of space for 4 adults. Beach view and access were excellent. Owner provides everything needed so you don't have to bring/buy a bunch of supplies yourself. Beach had very few people on it during our stay. The condo complex itself was extremely quiet and low key. I would highly recommend.

The View!

We stayed at SummerPlace last year and fell in love. This one story ocean front condo was perfect for a family and provided easy access to pools and the beach. Property owner communication was awesome and the place was stocked well, with added bonuses for young kids. Will definitely be returning for year 3 next year!

Better than fantastic

The photos of this condo do not do it justice. This is a very clean, well thought out place. There is an unobstructed view of perfection. Easy to get to the beach. Plenty for the kids to use and build sand castles or just play in the sand. The options of pools, tennis and basketball court was a plus if you wanted to stay close to the room. Quiet complex. Lots of extra linens and towels. Plenty of kitchen items, including coffee. Most often when you go to a different place, it takes a day to adjust and get good sleep. Not here. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place. Owner is also very responsive and great to work with.

Doesn’t get any better than this:)

We rented four condos at Summerhouse for our children and their families over a long Easter weekend. Two of the units were from this owner who could not have been nicer as I tried to coordinate all the things. The location of these units is near the end of the complex which we preferred, and there is ample and convenient parking. . The grounds were immaculate, and while yes the beach was only steps away, I really liked just sitting in the strip of grassy area between our patio and the dunes with the beach laid out before me. The grands were THRILLED to see a good sized gopher tortoise strolling down the path, and we also spotted a large rabbit in the dunes the day before Easter! I am not exaggerating when I tell you that many magical family memories were made here. We also loved the playground so close by, as well as the pickle-ball courts. The pool was comfortably heated, and had tables with umbrellas that provided sufficient shade for this fair-skinned Nana. Both units were updated, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed. These units are on the first floor and that was a HUGE plus. How much did we love staying in these particular units? During our drive home I booked both of these units (361 and 461) for next year:)
