Beachfront with Pool - Tropical Oasis Directly on the Beach

Amazing Beachfront 4 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom home which is completely under A/C. Our home is newly renovated (as of December 2020) and features amazing ocean/ beachfront views directly from the huge windows in the dining / living room and kitchen areas. Has a nice swimming pool in the backyard that has a shallow sun deck to sit on while soaking in the warmth of Puerto Rico. More pictures to come as landscaping and seawall have been updated. Open floor plan and a spacious design. Enjoy barbequing and eating freshly caught fish bought from the town pescaderia while being outisde under the gazebo or the covered patio. The patio and gazebo are a great place to soak in the Puerto Rican sun and sea breeze while watching the waves crash onto the beach just steps away. Enjoy sleeping or lounging on luxurious foam beds and linens in all bedrooms while being able to watch your favorite show on TV. The house features an inside laundry room with both washer and dryer. Being that you are in Puerto Rico - sometimes power outages may happen on the island. That being said, for the comfort of our guests, the house is completely backed up by an automatic generator as well as a cistern water back up so you may enjoy all the amenities without a glitch. There is never a lack of warm water either as the house has a tankless water heating system. Be sure to take a look at all of our photos.


We follow and exceed all mandatory measures of sanitizing Casa Bellissimo prior to your stay, in accordance with recommendations guidelines established by the Center for Disease Control(CDC), World Health Organization, the OSHA 3990 report, and the Puerto Rico Department of Health

The house is located off the main highway Carr # 3 on the southeast side of the island of Puerto Rico. Carr #3 is known for it's numerous kiosks known as "chinchorreo" to grab a delicious appetizer and a drink. Some of the chinchorreos boast some of the most amazing beachfront views.

San Juan Luis Muiz Marin International Airport is a approximately a 90 minute drive mostly on highway to the house.

We had a wonderful time staying at Stephanie's place. The views were breathtaking. The location was excellent with so much to do nearby, the house was well-equipped specially the kitchen had everything we needed and very clean. Hector was very helpful through our stay. Wish we would have booked it for our whole stay in PR. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend this place to others. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful house and surroundings. Lots of kitchen items if you want to cook. The best part of all is the back yard!! Pool and basically your own private beach. Hector is very responsive if anything is needed. Can’t go wrong with this home!!!

A Gross Misrepresentation of Owner Dan's Listing vs. Reality

This property is a scam. The owner has digitally staged it. What you see on the pictures is NOT at all what is actually in the house. Along with not having the same furniture and atmoshpere, upon driving up to the house, it is obvious that the owner Dan does not include neighborhood pictures becuase it woud provide you with an unsafe/unwelcoming scene. There was no running hot water in the kitchen. There was a bathroom window that never shuts. There is no air in the kitchen or bathrooms. There is a door that locks but does not seal completely. There was a propane heater hooked up the dryer.Originally, I believed 3 days after my initial booking that Dan was not a completly reliable homeowner when it took me days to receive an answer to my questions. Only after I contacted VRBO several times, did he respond. He would not let me get my money back and VRBO assured me that if I was unsatisfied with the proerty for ANY reason, they would take care of me and my family and friends. However, they lied as well. They told me that it is okay for a kitchen to not have hot running water as long as there was hot running water in the bathroom. They also said that it was the owner's right to change the furniture. There motto "Book with Confidence" is a lie. I booked this place based on the 8 members traveling with me to have a safe comfortable place to stay in Puerto Rico. This was not the case and I recommend never staying here OR believing that VRBO will help out a customer in need.
There was no hot running water in the kitchen. VRBO said this was okay because the owner said there was hot water in the bathrooms.
This bathroom window would not close. It was very hot, not safe, and noisy because of this.
While this door did lock, it does not seal. Someone could have easily kicked it in.
We had 9 people in our party and part of the reason we rented the house was the couch they have dipicted on their listing.

Beautiful beach stay

Loved the pool and beach access. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. the property manager was extremely attentive and helpful with great advice as to where we could get a birthday cake

Postcard Perfect

Our family of five had a wonderful week-long vacation at this tropical retreat. Without question, it was as advertised, and the vrbo photos are accurate. Highlights: Hector, the property manager!...when I say proactive and responsive, I mean it! He messaged us ahead of our visit with recommendations and advice. Something as small as AAA batteries for a TV remote, and he was literally in-person at the driveway in under an hour! Couldn't have been better. Other highlights: the house is well-appointed and comfortable. Excellent A/C, nice beds, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, hammocks, pool was the perfect temperature. TV's in every bedroom and a huge TV in the living room, ready for sign-in with your own streaming accounts. Plenty of opportunities for sun or shade, depending on what you are looking for. One thing that other reviews don't emphasize as much is the reef right outside the property. Serious snorkelers will want to bring their own equipment, but the tropical fish and coral were incredible. BRING WATER SHOES or CROCS...it's a secluded rocky beach. Yes, there is street noise at night, but the hosts provide earplugs and sound machines, and you do get used it it. Patillas is not a tourist trap: you are soaking up the best of local culture, so enjoy and make the most of it. Way more restaurant options available Thursday thru Sunday, so plan your meals accordingly. Try the Frappés...you won't regret it!

Amazing

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay their again. The home is well furnished and equipped and the proximity to the sea is amazing. It is right beyond the wall. There is a large, covered veranda to sit on in the shade and listen to the crashing waves. The property manager is incredibly helpful. Two things to know about. They did not affect our enjoyment and our rating, but future renters might want to know about them. The driveway is very narrow and enters the street on a curve so you need to be careful entering and exiting. Fortunately this is a common occurrence in Puerto Rico so most drivers are very courteous. Also the two largest bedrooms are in the back of the home near the street. At night you can hear street noise from the bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with white noise machines. I am a light sleeper and I slept just fine. Don't think twice about it, book this amazing home.

Beautiful house, beautiful location!

Highly recommend this rental home! Our grandchildren loved the pool. The house and the location on the beach were lovely! Hector was really helpful and gave us great recommendations. We would love to go back sometime.

Beautiful

I can see why it’s called CASA Bellissimo. The whole place is wonderful. Me and my family had a wonderful vacation. The pool and beach is where we spent most of our time. The house comes equipped with a lot of things that were very essential to eliminate a lot of trips to the store. Hector the property manager was very helpful on places to go and things to do. We did a boat trip with Paseo a La Bahia it was great time. Lots of places to eat on the same street. Definitely worth the time and money to visit!! Will recommend to my friends and family. Magical vacation

We were blown away by how fabulous this place was. We were so sad to leave! Hector is the best property manager I’ve ever encountered! He checked in with me every day and answered questions immediately - we really appreciated his time and expertise! The house is beautifully appointed. Great linens and towels, comfortable beds, every kitchen utensil/appliance you could possibly need, a bunch of board games for the kids, and - best of all - world class view. The house was spotless. We spent hours walking the beach and snorkeling - saw sea urchins, puffer fish, parrot fish, lion fish, lobster, and crabs! Part of the beach area is really rocky - there are some water shoes at the house for you to use, but bringing your own would be a good idea if you plan to spend a lot of time in the water. My family loved this place - many thanks for all the great memories!

Overall positive

Our group stayed for a week and enjoyed the amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool and beach access were awesome. Overall the experience was very positive. The one negative I have to say about the property is the noise. The property is very close to the main road. We were able to hear traffic at all hours, and the lack of curtains meant that lights from emergency service vehicles and motion sensor lights were constantly coming through the bedrooms. The doors to the bedrooms are not solid and made of slanted slats. This did little to block out conversions, snores, and noise from the adjacent rooms. The host did provide earplugs and eye masks, but it was difficult to get restful sleep.

The property was beautiful, though it was quite treacherous parking in the carport and getting out of it. Overall, our stay was fantastic. Especially waking up the crashing waves on the sea. And Hector was phenomenal!!

Perfect stay

Casa Bellísimo was perfect for us. We were a group of 8 adults. Very comfortable house. Very well kept and equipped. The view from the inside was a treat each morning. And the sound of the ocean while outside as well. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool a plus. Hector, the property manager was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely come back!!!

Beautiful Property

We had a great time. We loved the beach in front of the house. The snorkeling was pretty good and we found lots of shells and sea glass. Punta Tuna was also really nice. Hector was great to work with and the beds were really comfortable. Also there were plenty of kitchen items and spices. My kids also loved the pool. We had a wonderful time.
