Beachfront with Pool - Tropical Oasis Directly on the Beach

Amazing Beachfront 4 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom home which is completely under A/C. Our home is newly renovated (as of December 2020) and features amazing ocean/ beachfront views directly from the huge windows in the dining / living room and kitchen areas. Has a nice swimming pool in the backyard that has a shallow sun deck to sit on while soaking in the warmth of Puerto Rico. More pictures to come as landscaping and seawall have been updated. Open floor plan and a spacious design. Enjoy barbequing and eating freshly caught fish bought from the town pescaderia while being outisde under the gazebo or the covered patio. The patio and gazebo are a great place to soak in the Puerto Rican sun and sea breeze while watching the waves crash onto the beach just steps away. Enjoy sleeping or lounging on luxurious foam beds and linens in all bedrooms while being able to watch your favorite show on TV. The house features an inside laundry room with both washer and dryer. Being that you are in Puerto Rico - sometimes power outages may happen on the island. That being said, for the comfort of our guests, the house is completely backed up by an automatic generator as well as a cistern water back up so you may enjoy all the amenities without a glitch. There is never a lack of warm water either as the house has a tankless water heating system. Be sure to take a look at all of our photos.


We follow and exceed all mandatory measures of sanitizing Casa Bellissimo prior to your stay, in accordance with recommendations guidelines established by the Center for Disease Control(CDC), World Health Organization, the OSHA 3990 report, and the Puerto Rico Department of Health

The house is located off the main highway Carr # 3 on the southeast side of the island of Puerto Rico. Carr #3 is known for it's numerous kiosks known as "chinchorreo" to grab a delicious appetizer and a drink. Some of the chinchorreos boast some of the most amazing beachfront views.

San Juan Luis Muiz Marin International Airport is a approximately a 90 minute drive mostly on highway to the house.

Absolutely beautiful house and surroundings. Lots of kitchen items if you want to cook. The best part of all is the back yard!! Pool and basically your own private beach. Hector is very responsive if anything is needed. Can’t go wrong with this home!!!

Beautiful beach stay

Loved the pool and beach access. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. the property manager was extremely attentive and helpful with great advice as to where we could get a birthday cake

Beautiful house, beautiful location!

Highly recommend this rental home! Our grandchildren loved the pool. The house and the location on the beach were lovely! Hector was really helpful and gave us great recommendations. We would love to go back sometime.

Wonderful Vacation

Had the best time in Puerto Rico! The house was wonderful as was the ocean and pool. Hector (the manager) was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Definitely recommend the house and the area!

Paradise by the ocean

Beautifully renovated and FULLY equipped. Hector the property manager ensured we were fully settled in. Beds so cozy! The bbq was great for meals and we loved the pool. The ocean views topped off the stay!

The property was beautiful, though it was quite treacherous parking in the carport and getting out of it. Overall, our stay was fantastic. Especially waking up the crashing waves on the sea. And Hector was phenomenal!!

Perfect

What a beautiful home, perfect for families or bigger groups. We had five adults and all were very comfortable. Location was great for us and we loved the neighborhood. Being right on the beach was a huge plus. Hector the property manager was beyond amazing and made the stay that much more enjoyable!! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Property

We had a great time. We loved the beach in front of the house. The snorkeling was pretty good and we found lots of shells and sea glass. Punta Tuna was also really nice. Hector was great to work with and the beds were really comfortable. Also there were plenty of kitchen items and spices. My kids also loved the pool. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect stay

Casa Bellísimo was perfect for us. We were a group of 8 adults. Very comfortable house. Very well kept and equipped. The view from the inside was a treat each morning. And the sound of the ocean while outside as well. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool a plus. Hector, the property manager was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely come back!!!

Beautiful

I can see why it’s called CASA Bellissimo. The whole place is wonderful. Me and my family had a wonderful vacation. The pool and beach is where we spent most of our time. The house comes equipped with a lot of things that were very essential to eliminate a lot of trips to the store. Hector the property manager was very helpful on places to go and things to do. We did a boat trip with Paseo a La Bahia it was great time. Lots of places to eat on the same street. Definitely worth the time and money to visit!! Will recommend to my friends and family. Excellent stay!

Our family had a great experience at Stephanie’s house. We had ample room for 4 adults and 3 children. The back porch and table were perfect for eating meals. The kids loved the pool at all hours of the day. Exiting the back yard and stepping onto the beach was the perfect retreat for me. The beach was a bit rocky, so water shoes are a must, especially for shell and sea glass searching. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. The nearby lighthouse had a quiet and tucked away beach next to it. There are countless areas to explore. Stephanie was a great host, and hector, the property manager, checked in with me daily. Highly recommend

Wonderful Stay

This property was wonderful for our family trip. There were 5 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of space. The beach in the backyard is wonderful. Location was great and lots of restaurants in the area. We got in very late the 1st day but the property manager Hector was great and sent me very helpful videos to know how to get to the house and how to operate lights, fans and tv. Hector did stop by in the middle of our stay to check on us which is so nice and any questions I had I would just text and he would get right back to me. Thanks so much for a great time we definitely will be back!!
