¡Escápese a lo que nuestra familia conoce desde hace 50 años como el lugar más mágico del mundo! El Cocal es una comunidad cerrada de casas de playa escondidas entre las hermosas montañas y el océano caribeño en la costa este de Puerto Rico. Aquí su mente, cuerpo y alma no pueden evitar relajarse y convertirse en uno con la naturaleza.
Villa Mar es una casa nueva con 3 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama litera con cama individual en la parte superior y completa en la parte inferior con una cama nido. 3er dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. Cocina completa, sala de TV, DVD, estación de iPod, juegos, películas, comedor, gran porche con vista al mar, hammac y muebles de exterior, ducha y baño al aire libre, lavadora y secadora, ropa de cama y toallas, estacionamiento para 2 autos. , casa club con cancha de baloncesto, sillas de playa, baloncesto, etc. Cerca de Snorkiling, Restaurantes, Golf, Selva, Viejo San Juan.

The hostess was very responsive. The shower handle was broken upon arrival and she had it repaired promptly. The pool has a gorgeous view and was so relaxing. The house was clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

This is a very beautiful place, we had an amazing time, very clean and quiet. The private beach was so great and so close. It’s about an hour from San Juan and Bosque Yunque.

Picture perfect location!

We loved our stay here. House was very clean and nicely decorated. 3 nice bedrooms, living room and kitchen were a good size. The pool and patio were used every day and evenings too! Amazing view of the ocean from the pool, we loved it! We appreciated that pool/ beach towels were provided. We will be coming back to this home. Highly recommend!

Paradise!!

This was truly paradise for our family. Elizabeth's home is impeccable and truly has EVERYTHING you could need or want. I don't think there was a better place to truly spend quality time together. One of our last nights there we didn't want to be away from the house it was just so serene so we got sandwiches and took in all the views that are just stunning. The people in the area were kind, warm and welcoming. I have never felt more relaxed- and cannot wait to come back. Thank you Elizabeth for sharing your paradise and happy place with our family!

Caribbean Paradise

This is the perfect house for a family to relax and experience a Caribbean Beach and the Caribbean Sea. We feel extremely blessed to have had the opportunity to stay at such a place. The views from the property are spectacular and exactly as advertised. We found the beds comfortable, the pool refreshing, and having AC in the bedrooms to sleep at night was all the more it was needed. Cooking for a family requires proper planning. Plan simple meals that can be prepared on one or two gas burners and a toaster oven.

Beautiful vacation home!

We loved our stay at this house. My kids loved the pool and I loved having the great ocean view while hanging out at the pool. It was very easy to get to the beach. The place was clean and well kept. The air conditioners in the bedrooms worked great. My only complaint was that the mattresses were a little too firm for us. Overall, we loved our stay and hope to go back!

Paradise

Our family of 4 stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was a little tricky to find in the dark but Elizabeth was a huge help when we called her. Its a more rural location but we really liked that. It was quiet and peaceful. We were able to do some.of.our cooking but there are many places nearby to eat and drink. There is a great coffee place with great food and amazing view.The pool was great and the beach is close. We found a lot of cool shells too.Definitely book a stay here. You wont regret it.

My sisters and I all live in different states. This was the perfect oasis to meet each other and make memories. Elizabeth was a great host:owner. Very helpful and accessible! Beautiful!

We absolutely loved this gated community and the home. While there is not air conditioning in the kitchen and living room, we were not bothered by this at all because of the ocean breeze. And we happen to love the heat!The beach was gorgeous, and there is a little bit of rocks off to the left side that blocks waves if you wanted to wait into the water. Everything you need is here, beach, chairs, toys, games, Beach towels, etc. I highly recommend it!

EL Cocal is a very special place for me and my family. My grandparents bought a beach house when El Cocal was created 50 years ago. As a Kid my family used to spend weekends at the Beach House. This was and is my happy and safe place, lots of Great memories!!!!!
My family loved this place so much that my parents retired at the Beach house and I recently built two villas to keep coming every year with my husband and two beautiful boys. I want for them to experience what I experience as a child, tranquility, family time and quality of life.
If you are looking for your happy place this might be the one!!!
