Host was great. The place we had was furnished great. We love the two master bedrooms for our guess and us. Even though construction was going on it was still a great vacation.

We have stayed at Long Beach for over 20 years, they work constantly to keep it clean and fresh looking! The entire staff on the premises are easy and helpful to work with. The registration process was top notch. Will continue to stay there

Perfect in every way!

The property was well managed and in great condition. The location was prime to everything. The unit was beautiful and made our vacation easy and carefree. Pictures are accurate and even better in person. Will book again.

A home away from home!

We chose this place because of the room's look online, of how cozy, clean and spacious along with the balcony facing the ocean...VERY UPDATED FURNITURE AND DECOR! We loved the pool and the gated property as well for safety.My husband and I celebrated our 42nd anniversary this week and this place was perfect for us. The two complementary chairs and umbrella were awesome for the beach. We loved the table/lounge chairs on the patio porch perfect for coffee in the morning and meals.The master bed was very comfortable as well. The only thing I think was missing was a few beach towels would have been nice instead of taking the white bath towels, other than that it was PERFECT! Everything you need for comfort and a home away from home.

Spring Break 3/29-4/5We checked in to myrtle beach on Saturday the 29th and quickly realized we weren't fans of the areas and checked out monday the 31st. Found this beautiful condo available and bill got us bokked and ill the information quickly and we headed 10hr to pcb where we knew would be a good rest of the week. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Place to Retreat & Recharge!

We walked in and the condo was just as the pictures showed and those ocean views said welcome! We were able to check in with no problems, the unit was clean and the floor to ceiling windows for all rooms oceanfront blew us away. Dawn responded immediately when I reached out and it was a perfect spring break retreat for us. We were close to restaurants, shopping and water activities but not too close to be disturbed. I would definitely recommend this condo to those considering a trip to Panama City Beach. If we come back, this is our spot!

Everything it promised to be

This was our first visit to PCB and the unit was exactly as advertised. Gorgeous view/very sizeable balcony which we greatly enjoyed. The bedrooms are almost matching in size and comfort in that they both feel like master suites. Communication was great. We had no problems during our stay but travel delays in leaving and were graciously allowed a later checkout. Would definitely stay again. Unit is well taken care of and there was no visible "this is a rental" to it. Very clean. very renovated feel. Lovely unit, the beach chairs are very very nice perk.

Amazing!

The location was perfect everything we needed was a short distance away. Views were amazing from the rooms and balcony. Extremely clean a ton of room. Pools were also great.

This was a great beach condo. Easy access and very comfy. My husband and I took a long weekend to go to the beach and the Car show. Mr. Pederson was a great host and the condo was perfect! We hope to stay again and bring friends to use the awesome second bedroom suite!

Nice Vacation at Long Beach

Overall, great stay and vacation at Long Beach. A few things I would note to make it even better; please fix the Cable. No TV when relaxing late at night, or early morning with coffee was a miss. We were able to connect to some smart tv functionality, but no “live” tv. The condo was clean, but NOT immaculate. You could tell that there were guests staying the week prior; wet and sandy couches and some items dirty in the kitchen. A must fix is the dryer. It was very loud, we could only turn it on when we were leaving the condo for an extended amount of time.

Great Setup

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was a great setup for two couples with access to the balcony. Lots of windows. Easy access to the pool. It was nice having beach chairs and umbrella for the week. Some minor issues with poolside restrooms being unavailable due to maintenance, washer/dryer in unit needing repair, living room TV not working and difficulty with communications with property management. Other than that, a nice place to stay.

Gorgeous views!

Was a very nicely appointed condo. The views and location were magnificent and the 7th floor was a perfect location. Saw pods of dolphins on several of the mornings we were there. Loved the setup with 2 masters facing the ocean. Bathroom tub/shower combination was a bit dated with large round tubs. Would be nice to have had one walk-in shower in one of the bathrooms. For this time of year only having small heated pools was a disadvantage. Would have been nice to enjoy the larger lagoon pool but I was aware that was not heated. Was great to have use of beach chair service provided by owners and a great perk. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals in condo which we did for several of them. Getting to and from beach to unit was easily accessible and newer elevators were quick. Loved that this section of beach was not overly crowded which was very nice. There are no extra beach items like chairs or toys which would have been nice to have without having to travel with or purchase while there. Bill was great to deal with and communicate with. The only thing was having to mail back pool bracelets. No one seemed to even have them on and we really only used one day since didn’t seem to be a requirement. Location was great and was across the street from Walmart and liquor/spirits store. I did an online grocery order and did a pickup at Walmart making things very convenient. Overall very nice condo and we would choose to stay there again!

60th Birthday Celebration

The unit is absolutely beautiful! Bill communicated with us and ensured we had everything we need. Conveniently located to St Andrews Park and dining. The beach is beautiful. A little chilly this week but only Mother Nature can help that.

Amazing spring break for my family

We loved our condo. It was so clean and modern. Kitchen was very well stocked. Location was amazing. Pools and hot tubs were nice and the beach was beautiful.
