The condo was clean and very nice. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Check in was very easy and the hosts were great! We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet beach

Condo was perfectly set up for our family. 2 master rooms both with incredible views of the ocean. Very well stocked kitchen with cooking utensils ( pots,pans, silverware and serving items). Only thing that was a little discouraging was we didnt find a grill on premises. We decided to stay an extra night because weather wasnt favorable the first 2 days and the owner was very accommodating. Ended with beautiful weather and wonderful memories. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful Stay

Everything was clean and looked just as pictured! The views from the balcony are to die for! Easy parking and access to the apartment. Plenty of utensils & pots for cooking. Plenty of clean white towels. Beds were comfy. The onlh downsides 1. Beds need sheets with deeper pockets. The sheets do not stay on. 2. The TVs are really hard to operate even with the detailed I instructions.

Great location & Great condo setup

Pros= great location, plenty of room, good beach views, not too crowded on the beaches great owner response. Cons= room needs keypad, did not like keeping up with a room key. No water hose at beach access for cleaning beach gear. Some mold present on couch ends and lamp shades.

Overall this condo was great! Very clean and beautiful views from the balcony. The only thing i would suggest to the owner is a new mattress in the room that had 1 king bed. It was very hard and indented in. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Absolutely amazing

I have stayed in too many resorts and condos on so many beaches in different states and this rental was by far absolutely the one with the most STUNNING AND BREATHTAKING TAKING VIEW. Yiu had views from every inch of this unit. The property was very clean the pool was amazing and the beach was so clean and beautiful. I would absolutely return and all I can say is do not think just rent this unit. You will not be disappointed

Perfect Vacation!

We have stayed at Long Beach multiple times in the past so we knew we loved the resort. This was one of the best decorated and well-stocked units we’ve stayed in! It was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels in each bathroom. The appliances all seemed newer and worked well. Bill Pedersen was great to deal with and provided adequate instructions for everything you need to know (wifi access, beach gate codes, parking passes, etc). Heads up, the door of the unit does not have a keypad entry, so you will have to deal with keys during your stay. Bill mailed them with plenty of time to spare before our trip and we had to ship them back at the end of the week. The condo is located on the fifth floor and is close to the lagoon pool. This unit comes with a pair of beach chair rentals for the week, which is a huge value. Parking is easy and plentiful with no street or tunnels to cross to get to the condo. There are several souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance and it’s far enough down Front Beach Rd where we never had any trouble getting out because of traffic. There is a Walmart right down the street making shopping super convenient. Everything about this place is great and highly recommended! I would never hesitate to book again with this owner!

Beautiful condo

Always like staying at Long Beach because of location, easy access to everything, quick elevators, easy parking, great pool. Condo was a very nice condo and had everything we needed. Kitchen has everything you’d need too. Nicely updated . Beds were very comfortable. Mr Pedersen is always quick to respond to any questions/issues. Great view of course. Definitely would rent again. Family had a great time.

Every unit has been clean and perfect. This unit is no exception. In fact, it is the most well stocked in kitchen supplies if you wish to cook and save money on vacation. The beds were comfortable and the entire unit was VERY clean. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone. And I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect family condo!

We loved staying here! The condo was huge! The location to the parking lot, beach, and pools was perfect! When we contacted Bill, he responded immediately and resolved the issue. (Condo above had a water leak which caused water to drip thru ceiling. Issue was resolved by maintenance within 30 minutes) We added sand toys to the extras in the laundry closet so other families could enjoy. Beach chair rental was easy to use and the guys were super nice! Would definitely stay here again!

This unit is very nice with easy access and a great view. It’s very well stocked in the kitchen and Clean!! There was just a few things that was very minor to us - the outside door to the balcony from the master doesn’t lock and unlock very well. - the sliding balcony door didn’t lock at all the mechanism appeared to be rusty. And the dryer doesn’t dry very well, it could have been operator error since I had never used one like it but I did try just about every option it had and still had to run it 2-3 times just for one load to fully dry. I think the vent needs to be snaked and cleaned out I couldn’t reach down in it but could clearly see a large amount of lent and that could also be a reason it didn’t dry well. We done a last minute booking and the property owner was very easy to get in touch with and work with. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be looking to hopefully book another stay in the near future. Thank you

Amazing view!

What a spectacular view of the ocean from this 5th floor condo! Four of us (two couples) recently spent a week at this condo. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and place settings, dishes, glassware, etc. pretty much everything you could need. Everything worked well for our needs. It is a gated condo complex with security at the gates and on the grounds. The complex (4 buildings) was well maintained-there was alway staff working on the grounds keeping things clean and tidy. There is elevator access to the unit, as well as luggage carts - so handy. The beach is amazing! So clean, sand so soft and miles to walk. Never was very crowded in front of the Long Beach complex. The public areas were much busier. The pools are very nice as well, always able to find a lounge chair. While we were there during what was considered spring break, it never felt crowded. Great access to grocery (super Walmart just 2 minutes away). Loved the size of this unit, so much space for the 4 of us to spread out. Great balcony - so much better than the pictures. Wish we could have stayed another week!
