ROYAL PALM SUITE (para 6 personas, 2 ° piso), una casa de lujo de 3 dormitorios de 1,850 pies cuadrados en 3 pisos, 2 reyes y 1 cama tamaño queen, 3 balcones (cada uno con vista al golfo), todas las habitaciones que dan al océano tienen un golfo vista, una cocina con encimeras de granito y una bañera con vista al golfo más un bidé. Última actualización: baño principal y pisos nuevos en sala de estar / cocina y comedor (2018).

Por favor llame para tarifas de vacaciones para esta lista, durante la temporada alta de febrero a abril, alquilamos de sábado a sábado exclusivamente.

Beautiful condo, close to beach. We were in Siesta Key to see the Sand sculptures and location was perfect as we could walk. Downtown area is very cute. Condo was very comfortable for 3 couples and very clean. We didn’t have time to use pool but it looked beautiful. Check in and booking were extremely easy and owner was very accommodating. If we are in the area again, would definitely love to stay again at this lovely condo.

Great location as a short straight walk to public access beach. Fantastic balcony views of ocean from all levels. Tastefully decorated home with a clean community private pool in back. Plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas for use. No complaints, highly recommend.

This ended up being a perfect location for our beach vacation! Close to the beach, provided plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards, and close to trolley stops. We had a great time in this VRBO!

Relaxing stay at Siesta Key

Overall very nice property and great location on Siesta Key Upstairs carpeting and overall decor are a bit dated; no icemaker in fridge and some confusion with light switches and/or not working lights; but otherwise clean and welcoming. We had a great time at the beach!

Nice place and close to beach

We enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and located in a great area. Virginia was easy to work with and quick to answer questions. The only thing that I can complain about is the beach chairs are in desperate need of being replaced. Glad we bought the majority of ours from home or we would not have had enough with the number of tenants staying. And the storage shed is packed full and a wreck. You can’t even get in the shed and the items are just thrown in the shed. Needs to be fixed organized and cleaned out.

PERFECT LOCATION!

Absolutely perfect location from the beach and downtown! Great view, cute pool, lots of beach things to borrow and great size place! We enjoyed ourselves very much and would absolutely come back. There were a few minor issues and some areas that needed more attention to cleaning, but Virgina was quick to respond and offer assistance. I would recommend this place to others for sure! Thanks for letting us stay!

Amazing location, great host

This home is just steps from beautiful Siesta Beach and a short 10-15 minute walk from the village with tons of restaurants and shops. We had some minor questions for the host and she was super responsive and had someone over to fix things right away - fabulous. The first level is gorgeous and we enjoyed meals on the deck each day. The second and third levels (bedrooms/bathrooms) are a bit more dated and as a previous renter noted the HVAC upstairs is noisy/clangs when it runs. Overall a very nice stay and a recommended destination.

Great location

Loved being so close to the beach. The place was very clean. We were a group of five and found that we needed to space out our showers so we would have enough hot water. We were not running the dishwasher and washing machine in the morning when we showered.

Gumbo Limbo Royal Palm Suite

I can't say enough about the Royal Palm Suite! Clean, spacious, close to the beach (2 minute walk!). I can't think of one thing that could have made our 7 day stay any better. Highly recommended!

Great Trip!

Beds were clean and comfortable. Nice layout. Cute decor and super convenient location. Amazing master suite but there is moldly caulk all over the shower. Negatives: bugs in kitchen (look like tiny ants), air smelled very moldy and musty; there was mold on all the ceiling vents. Vents also rattled when AC was on. Dishwasher was really smelly.

Amazing time at the beach!

We loved everything about the Royal Palm Suite the moment we arrived. Very comfortable and spacious with great details throughout. We traveled with our two small children so the proximity to the pool and the beach from the house could not be beat! The rooms were great and we enjoyed the balconies and outdoor deck throughout the trip. If you are traveling with kids, it’s the perfect house less than 5 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to a huge new playground at the beach and a short drive to the village for ice cream! The house is also a short drive to Mote Marine aquarium, Selby Gardens and more so a lot to check out while you’re there. We would definitely rent again and are excited to go back!

I did not stay here personally , family members did. They enjoyed the space and the location. It is a nice setup but too cold to enjoy the decks.

Great place

Four women 60+ stayed two nights, the trolley stop was practically out our door. We did get our exercise walking up the steps outside and inside. One of the best places I have stayed in a long time and hope to rent again.

Great location and accommodations

This property is situated very close to the public Siesta Key beach which is a highlight of Siesta Key. Their public beach facilities are great. The property is also a very short drive (or just under a mile walk) to the stores and restaurants. The on-site pool is shared by others staying in the other condos. We saw others there a few times but quite often you do have the pool to yourself. The condo itself was very nice inside. Perfect for our getaway.

Great SK Getaway

This condo was perfect for a late summer getaway to Siesta Key. We had everything we needed for beach days with the provided chairs, umbrellas, etc. and the lagoon style pool was great as well. The kitchen was spacious and clean, as were the bedrooms. We would definitely recommend this property.
