Norte Enclosure Lodge - Four Season Retiro

NORTE DE RECINTO LODGE es un chalet de cuatro temporada ubicado a sólo cinco minutos del Boyne Highlands y las zonas de esquí de Nubs Nob y los pintorescos pueblos de Harbor Springs y Petoskey.

El norte de Michigan, muy admirado por su excelente esquí, también es conocido como un destino fabuloso verano. Nuestra casa está a pocos minutos de la hermosa playa de arena y dunas del Parque Estatal Petoskey en el lago Michigan.

Estamos cerca de muchos lagos y canales navegables, ideal para la natación y el canotaje; meandros lentos, ideal para practicar el canotaje; y 20 campos de golf. Muchos de nuestros huéspedes visitar el famoso destino turístico de Mackinac Island, situado en el Estrecho de Mackinac cercanas.

El chalet es un acogedor, de tres niveles, rústico lodge. Cuenta con un altillo con dos dormitorios, un dormitorio principal primer piso, y un nivel inferior con salida al exterior con otro dormitorio. Hay dos baños, área de servicios públicos, y una gran sala de rec / media que se acomoda a todo su partido.

Northern Enclosure is a wonderful cabin in the woods. It was immaculately clean, so comfortable and well appointed. The hosts were really nice and easy to reach. We had a lovely stay.

Great Lodging for a Ski Weekend

This was a really great property. You can't beat the location for easy access to Nubs and Boyne Highlands. The kitchen was well stocked and inventoried. There were more than enough beds for our group of 6 adults and 1 toddler. Some members of the group thought their mattresses could stand to be replaced. I slept well on the ground floor queen bed. We liked having common areas on both the ground and basement levels.

Family weekend at the Highlands

This home was perfect for our family. Comfortable and clean it’s just around the block from Teddy Griffin’s. The kitchen is very well equipped for meal prep. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great fall getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at the Northern Enclosure Lodge. It had everything that we needed for a beautiful fall trip to Michigan. Chris and Bill were VERY helpful with suggestions of local places to shop, eat, and sightsee. Loved coming home after days of sightseeing, trail walking, beach walking, shopping, and eating to put on comfy clothes and lighting the fireplace. That was our favorite part of the lodge. Soooo relaxing. We went to Tunnel of Trees, Mushroom Houses in Charleviox - fun, Pond Hill Farm, Mackinac Island, Thorne Swift Nature Preserve, New Beginnings Thrift Shop, Petoskey Brewing, State Road Provisions Restaurant, Great Turtle Brewery & Distillery on the Island. We would suggest this rental for people heading to the Harbor Springs location. Taking our own bedding, and towels was absolutely no problem for us. We appreciated the washer and dryer and used it for a couple of loads of bedding. Thanks for providing that.

This "chalet" is a gem. Great location. Dining nearby. Convenience store around the corner. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Kitchen is well-stocked. Harbor Springs and Petoskey just a short drive away. Everything you could want for a getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying at Northern Enclosure. We came to the area for a book event, and didn't have much time for anything else. The lodge was clean, organized, and super cute!

Sister Trip to Northern Michigan

Bill and Chris, The cottage is perfectly equipped and lacks nothing. l slept great for the first time in forever. We loved The Northern Enclosure and would love to come back there one day, The location was extremely convenient and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. A perfect home away from home!

Good experience

Cute little cabin, not too far from Petoskey. Was perfect for our family of 4 but could comfortably accommodate more! Clean and Chris was responsive and helpful! Bringing our own sheets and towels was a different of an experience for a VRBO but it worked out just fine.

Great location!

We have stayed at this property multiple times. A great location and plenty of room for a few 13-year old boys. Very easy access to Nub's, the boys actually walked... they said 15 minutes. Also, good communication with owners. Would recommend for a snowboarding vacation at Nub's or Highlands.

Nubs Nob Women's Clinic

We had a group of 7 Ski Patrollers from around the Central Division of the National Ski Patrol stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ! We were minutes from the hill and had plenty of room for "apres ski" relaxation.

Great spot for a ski trip

Came for the weekend to ski The Highlands and Nubs Knob and we’re not disappointed. Perfect location, the house had everything we needed. Having the basement was nice for those who needed more privacy. We’ll be back!

We are a family of die-hard Northern Michigan lovers that discovered this wonderful area as Honeymooners and have returned every summer and winter since. We finally were able to purchase our own retreat and we keep finding new places and experiences as well as frequenting old favorites!

We were drawn to this house because of it's great location , the skiing and summer activities, the relaxed atmosphere, and yes, we confess, a love for knotty pine! After many upgrades over the years , I feel that we have established a comfortable atmosphere that not only we enjoy but others will as well when they visit.

Make your own memories in this wonderful area from our comfortable and cozy lodge. Children love the loft and judging from our now 3 or 4 guest memory books, all seem to enjoy their stays.
Guests provide their own bed sheets/pillow cases and towels which helps to keep our rates low and maintains each guest's own standard of quality as well. Blankets and pillows provided.
