Beautiful Townhome on the water

Lovely Lakefront townhome in The Landings at Dobson Ranch with 2 community pools! Plus enjoy all the amenities Dobson Ranch has to offer. 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths! Enjoy the serene waterfront view from your first floor patio, or wake up with that first cup of coffee from the master bedroom balcony. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed and a private bathroom. It also includes your own private coffee station, equipped with a Keurig (coffee k cups included). The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed, is equipped with a tv and plenty of closet space. A second bathroom is just across the hall on the second floor. Half bathroom is located in the entry way of the first floor. The kitchen has been updated with beautiful, functional cabinetry, granite counters, and a quaint farmhouse sink. Sustainable bamboo floors grace the living and dining areas. The beautiful cabinets in the one-car attached garage are sure to meet any of your storage needs. Skip the inconvenience of travel with a pack and play for your little one. A portable crib is stored in the garage and includes easy set up/take down (sheets not included). We look forward to your stay with us!

Amazing stay, close and convenient to everything.

We had a great time staying here while our house was under construction. Beautiful patio seating & water in the back yard. Walking distance to the golf course and Dobson retail plaza. Would definitely stay again. Great townhouse!

Quiet and Convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 1/2 month stay. Very peaceful and quiet setting, especially given how close it is to everything. It was great to be able to walk to the golf course. Jesse was a superb host and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and Convenient

This is a comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath townhome. Kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Television in every bedroom. The location is perfect, close to all the nice Mesa and Chandler restaurants. Priced below other comparable places in Mesa.

Jesse was a great host, great location, very nice townhome

Very nice townhome, quiet area, yet close to everything we wanted to do. Easy access to the 101. Townhome was well stocked, kitchen items such as coffee, paper towels, trash bags etc. Bathrooms all had soap, lotion, Kleenex and plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable. Jesse was very responsive to all the questions we had and treated us very well. Highly recommend this home and area.

Dobson Ranch

Townhouse well equipped, comfortable and quiet. We thought the pool would be closer to unit. We had a little glitch with TV cable system but Jesse responded quickly to fix. All in all, very nice townhouse and great location.

Lovely stay at Dobson Ranch

Enjoyed our first trip to Phoenix/Mesa immensely. Location is convenient and quick to area attractions/events. We enjoyed being able to spend time on the patio and make our own meals. Unit is equipped with all you could need. The only thing we couldn’t find was a cutting board - so we added one :). Look forward to visiting again in the future and would not hesitate to book here again.

A Ducky Vacation...

Jesse's townhouse was comfortable, clean and elegant. She answered all of our questions promptly and completely. The view from the lower and upper patios was of flowing water and frolicking ducks. There was ample parking, big enough for our large truck. The pool area was quiet and the surrounding palm trees were the home to many multi-colored love birds. We would definitely return. We highly recommend this vrbo property.

Awesome place!

The property was just as nice as advertised and Jesse could not have been a nicer host. The place was very tidy and clean with all the amenities we needed during our stay. One of the nicest things was also one of the smallest...Hangers! There were plenty of hangers which is something I've rarely found elsewhere. Beautiful place in a beautiful neighborhood. We'll be back there next year, for sure!!!!! Jeff - Michigan

Comfortable, Convenient & Quiet

Our family of four enjoyed a relaxing week at this well-maintained and updated condo. We were pleased with the cleanliness and all the amenities as described in the listing, plus additional thoughtful touches like plenty of towels and bathroom toiletries. The neighborhood is quiet and clean and we enjoyed the ducks in the canals and the community swimming pool. The location is convenient to all parts of the valley and we found good restaurants nearby. The hosts are friendly, helpful and responsive.

Great stay in Mesa

We really enjoyed our stay in this well provisioned condo. The kitchen supplies were much nicer than what we usually find in a rental. That goes for the bathroom towels as well. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas, both front and back. The ducks and the occasional heron were fun to watch. We found the area quiet, but still close to many amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with Jesse, our property contact.

This townhouse and location “SPARKLES”

The photos of the listing on VRBO was exactly what you got.....a lovely, clean and well stocked townhouse. The view of the water pond from the patio with the very entertaining ducks was an extra plus. Our timing was bad as we arrived in rain and then all of spring training baseball games were cancelled due to the new Coronavirus. Due to uncertainty we cut our six day rental down to two nights and caught the next flight back to O’Hare. We were very sad to leave so soon. We would definitely return.

Beautifully Updated Townhome in Dobson Ranch

This townhome has been nicely updated. Owners provide quality toiletries, linens and other amenities. The location is great for golf and ballgames. Owner responded within minutes to our needs. I would highly recommend this townhome with its tranquil little creek right outside the door.

The Landings is an oasis. Quiet and beautiful. The check in went poorly as the address was incorrect on Home Away. I made a copy. You corrected it later. Everything else was great
