Luxury apartment high floor apartment overlooking the Sea, fully equipped, with beautiful decoration, very comfortable.
Our main bedroom includes 1 king size bed, 1 full bathroom, a flat-screened TV, study area, walk-in closet and direct access to the balcony. Bedroom number 2 features with 1 full with a roll bed flat-TV and full bathroom.
APARTMENTS are equipped with AACC seating area, flat-screen TV with cable channels, a kitchen, a dining area ,free toiletries, wifi, towels and linen.

Family trip

Enjoyed our stay. Location of property was convenient. View from property was nice. As others have shared, be prepared for very long waits for the elevator…or be ready to get in some steps!

DONT STAY HERE

My husband and I stayed here with my 31 yr old daughter for birthday celebration, we travel frequently and use VRBO for most stays, this is not one we will return too. First - the elevators are not all running this is. 43 flight hi rise resort. The average wait for an elevator was 35 mins, usually we had to go up to guarantee a ride and then it top on every floor as there are so many people waiting. So by the time you get to lobby 40 mins hrs passed. Apparently this is not a new issue and many people were complaining.The resort fee of 40 plus tax only allows 2 beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach, if you have a larger party they charge you per chair 15. The chairs were probably very nice when originally bought now they are rusted and stained.Note there is also a 40plus tax parking fee.The unit- the rugs are old and stained, the dishwasher stunk and did not clean dishes well, there were no cleaners available for the toilets, which when you are there for 5 nights would be expected. The living room furniture is also stained. Beds are very uncomfortable, the owner swears they are new so I assume they were very very cheap. The bedside lamp cord was frayed and shorting out causing possible fire hazard. I did reach out to the owner regarding these matters. The views were stunning probably the only good thing. I would look elsewhere.

Very good place

The apartment was nice and comfortable and was in a perfect neighborhood. Beach, exciting restaurants and bars, and Walmart were nearby The only thing that bothered us was the elevators. We waited around 30 minutes on the first day to get down and we used the stairs from the 28th floor on the second daySo a few tips for travelers :Plan to not use elevators between 10 am to 2 pmDont ever enter 7eleven near the hotel Consider that you should also pay for the parking and spa which is about 80 per day

Amazing views

Great location with amazing views. The condo is spacious and clean. The pools on the 1st and 6th floor were well kept and sizable. Plenty of chairs and towels provided. Beach area was well staffed too for chair and umbrella service. Fitness center was large with a good variety of newer machines. Only limitation was the building elevator capacity. The building has 4 elevators which go to all floors and an additional one servicing floors 1-6. One of the main elevators was out of service during our staff. We stayed during holidays so it was very full requiring us to wait extended times for an elevator and the elevators were always at maximum capacity (full) when we rode.

Great stay!

We had the best time. The property has a beautiful view. Close walk to the beach. Enjoyed the complimentary chairs and umbrella. Overall, this was a fabulous VRBO!

Stay was good only one incident.

The stay was good. We only had one incident where someone dropped a rock from the pool terrace on the 6th floor. It hit the windshield on our rental car and cracked it. We had to wait and take half a day to get the rental car exchange but other than that the room was great.

Always a great stay.

Our third time and terrific yet again. The staff is top notch, and the accommodations & amenities are as well. We love the location (beach & intercoastal, plenty to see, do and eat around you, and a sweet drive up and down the coast). A strong recommendation, esp for families.

Great Location

My group's stay at the Hyde was great! The room was super clean and I had no issues checking in. The bellmen and valet were super helpful and made everyone feel welcome. The only "issue" I had was when a chair on the balcony broke underneath me, lol it was hilarious though so no big deal. I would definitely stay again!
