Bewildered es un espacioso ático de dos pisos que ofrece lo mejor de la nueva vida en urbanismo. Ubicada en el tercer y cuarto piso del edificio 25 Central Square en el corazón de Seaside, esta unidad ofrece vistas panorámicas del Golfo que se pueden disfrutar desde la privacidad de su propio balcón o tres áreas comunes.

25 Central Square es un edificio residencial-comercial diseñado por dos de los principales arquitectos de Estados Unidos, Rodolfo Machado y Jorge Silvetti. Recibió el Massachusetts Design Award en 1991 y la Progressive Architecture Citation en 1993.

Desconcertado tiene dos dormitorios y dos baños completos, así como un tocador y capacidad para seis personas. Ubicado junto a la playa y el Golfo de México, también está a solo unos pasos de las icónicas tiendas y restaurantes de Seaside.

El nivel de entrada tiene una cocina de estilo cocina totalmente equipada con refrigerador, lavavajillas, estufa, horno y microondas. Con pasar a través de ventanas a la sala de estar y entrada, la cocina está en el centro de este nivel. El comedor tiene una mesa con seis sillas, aparador y vistas al golfo. La espaciosa sala de estar cuenta con un sofá cama Queen, 3 sillas laterales adicionales, lámpara, sistema estéreo Bose y TV LCD. También servicio de internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad. Fuera de la sala de estar hay un balcón privado con mesa de café y 2 sillas para sentarse y disfrutar de las vistas, brisas y puestas de sol del Golfo. Pequeño armario de lavandería con lavadora / secadora apilables. Cuarto de polvo.

Arriba, hay una habitación de matrimonio con dos mesitas de noche, 2 sillas laterales, armario, lámpara, armarios empotrados y cajones y un baño privado con lavamanos y ducha grande. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales, tocador, sillón y mesitas de noche con lámpara. Vistas del Golfo desde las dos habitaciones sobre los tejados de Seaside. Sala de baño tiene una ducha. Ambas habitaciones comparten un patio privado en la azotea con dos sillas de teca.

Hay un ascensor a la entrada del tercer piso. Una vez dentro del ático, hay escaleras hasta los dormitorios y el patio de la azotea..

Quick trip to Seaside

Wonderful property— right off the square and steps from the beach and restaurants. Our 14 year olds loved the bicycles (free with reservation) and the beach was great!

Family Vacation

Great little apartment for the family. Rooms are large and comfortable. Several patio areas with views of the water. Only complaint is that some of the windows probably need to be replaced as they are foggy and hurt the nice view from the bedrooms. Parking is an issue also, if you find a spot by the building grab it and don’t move.

Homeowner's Collection is exceptionally responsive and leaves detailed instructions for everything and is in regular communication checking in on your stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking to vacation in Seaside.

Convenient but noisy!

Good location for the property, unit was a corner unit on back street which proved to be noisy with early morning delivery trucks, hearing people on the street talking and walking into weee hours. Busy season, curfew for teens but they are out past it every night. Easy to get to everything quickly, in the mix of everything. If your looking for that this place is perfect….if you want quite choose something not off main streets! Management has plenty to choose from, they are great!

We had enough space to comfortably entertain downstairs and then have the upstairs for some privacy to get ready. Everything is new and freshly renovated and the views are spectacular. Downstairs was perfect for me to get hair and makeup done and the 3 bathrooms are critical for when people come visit. The bathrooms are all brand new and people loved the space, as we did! The kitchen has lots of plates and glasses to help entertain, and our guests also loved the outdoor space upstairs. 5 stars!!!! Best rental so far!!!

Fantastic Stay

I enjoyed cooking one evening and the kitchen was completely stocked. The home was beautifully decorated. We had a few questions and Homeowners Collection management quickly answered. The only thing I could say is that the master bedroom lined side lamps were beautiful but we’re little heaters! We couldn’t keep them on at night to read. Very minor and probably great in the winter time but maybe change those out for the summer months?! Absolutely loved this place. 5 minute walk to beach and city center out the front door!

Bewildered No More Penthouse

Our stay at this Seaside property was wonderful.This was our first, but definitely not last to Seaside.It was fabulous that my teenage girls could walk to and from the beach and pools, and just check in every couple of hours and I felt like they were safe in the community. It was so nice being able to walk to shop and eat, without ever having to move the car. The penthouse we stayed in was gorgeous! Everything in it was top of the line and beautiful, with still being cozy and comfortable. The soaker tub was absolutely AMAZING!! The only reason I gave the overall experience rating four stars, is because there were no luggage carts available to bring your stuff in and out for our arrival and departure. Frankly I was shocked that there were not even a few for guest use. For someone with a disability, like myself, multiple trips up and down is quite taxing. However, I am looking forward to our next stay in one of The Homeowner's Collection properties! Next time I will just make sure there is a master suite on the first floor so I can save my knees and energy for walking around the square and shopping:)

Ideal location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Seaside and the experience was unmatched. From the amenities of Bewildered No More to its location (perfection!) to the Seaside community as a whole, we cannot wait for our return next summer! The size and layout of the proper was perfect for our family of 4, it was immaculate, and the customer service from Homeowner's Collection was prompt and helpful. This home is directly above the coffee shop and other great stores, directly across from the amphitheater where there were such fun events for kids, great restaurants and food trucks and directly across the street from the Coleman Pavilion beach access gate. My only recommendation would be to provide ear plugs and/or sound machines to block out some of the noise from the street and alley. Though it generally subsides around 10:30, voices carry to this corner unit. That said, we would absolutely stay in the unit again! 10/10 would recommend.

Property is great

but the management company under performed. Didn't give access to elevator on welcome info. They just continued to blame the holiday for their failures. They were unable and unwilling to solve internet/television issues on Jan 1. A place this nice and expensive should have a basic cable TV package as a back up and not rely totally on Wi-Fi. Despite the management company deficiencies the place is fanstastic. Nice high end finishes and furnishings. The location is also unbeatable.

The unit is newly renovated, modern and clean. However, the bed was very hard. Would rent again!
