Great stay in bear lake

Wide open front yard was great for the kids and dogs. Lot of space to play games. Bonfire setup was awesome. Stay feels away from the noise but close enough to the city. Would definitely come back.

Great house for a family reunion

We had a great time in this house. The view is breathtaking. There was plenty of space for a group of 30. Lots of activities for kids. Kitchen had a lot of storage, beds were comfortable and the location was great.

Beautiful house with just about everything you could expect.

This is a wonderful home with all the amenities you might expect. It is modern and well maintained, has a beautiful view of the lake, and a great big play area outside. We are very likely to book here again for our next family reunion. Highly recommend!

We love The Lakehouse!

This was our second year staying at the Lakehouse. We love it! It is a large, beautiful home that accommodates our family will! We love sitting on the back deck, looking at the like while watching the kids play in the gorgeous yard! We appreciate the two kitchens so we have space for all our food and drinks! The bedrooms are great. I love the hooks that hang in some of the bedrooms so we can hang our swimming suits and towels after playing at the lake. It's wonderful to have the two living rooms with large TVs. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Great place, big, close to the lake, good for kids and adults. Only drawback was way too few coffee cups, and a broken coffee maker. (the owners don't like coffee, but we do) We would certainly go again, and bring our own cups.

Wonderful home, beautiful view, yard is awesome!

We had our family for our annual trip and this was a wonderful home. Two full kitchens, two fridges, two washer/dryers. The driveway for toys is awesome, you can drive around the entire house. My husband loved that, made trailering the boat and toys easy. We would definitely stay here again. It was in a great location, close to garden city but far enough away to avoid all that traffic. Fantastic house!

Family Reunion Well Done

We had a large family reunion planned and this house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Each of our families had an actual bedroom that fit our needs, no one was left sleeping on a couch or futon. There were enough bathrooms so there was never a waiting line. And two kitchens to store all the food we brought, and there was a lot. Also when we had a minor issue, the communication process was easy and they were quick to respond and take care of the problem. Overall, this was a fantastic place and one that I would highly recommend to others and would easily come to back in the future!

Perfect Family Retreat

We invited all of our children and their children, a couple of our siblings, nieces and nephews and had a blast. Two large dining tables accommodated everyone for Thanksgiving dinner with a kitchen that had everything we needed plus a basement kitchen for preparing and cooking all the side dishes. It was also extremely helpful for the families staying there to have the second kitchen and two sets of washer and dryers.. Every bedroom had a bunk or two except the master and that room was very large with a sizable private bathroom with oversized shower and jetted tub. The large yard and play area was well utilized by all ages. My favorite feature were the incredible sunrises and unobstructed view of the beautiful Bear Lake. Five stars all the way!

Beautiful views

The home was more than spacious enough for our family of 20. The kitchen is large and allowed multiple people to participate in food preparation. Wifi was easy to access and was sufficient for our needs. Working WiFi was a plus as cellular reception in many areas of Garden City is spotty but we could always count on a good connection at the house. The view of Bear Lake from the deck is beautiful. The yard is large and a child's paradise for running around and using their imaginations. You should know in advance that the garbage must be hauled about a quarter of a mile down the road to dumpsters. I rate this home a four on the basis of cleanliness and the inconvenience of trash removal. We all agreed we would use this home again as the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

Beautiful Views and Nice Open Lot

Pros: beautiful, spacious home with a breathtaking view of the lake. Lots of beds and rooms were perfect for the size of our family. The house was stocked with a bunch of stuff that made the stay much more comfortable. Seriously, this could have been the perfect, 5-star stay, if it weren’t for the cons. Cons: There were some maintenance issues, including a safety issue (ceiling fan came loose and fell from the ceiling) that wasn’t resolved until after our check out time. The other, less serious maintenance issue wasn’t resolved at all, even though they told us that someone was coming “in the morning.” There were other maintenance issues we identified but didn’t even feel compelled to call because they basically ignored our other issues and we waited on hold for a while (up to 45 mins) each time. All of the cons could easily be resolved if they are taken seriously. But we were disappointed in their lack of care on these, especially regarding the safety issue because we didn’t have anybody go in that room so it limited our ability to enjoy the entire house. Overall: I would recommend, as the home is incredible. But, I hope that the maintenance issues will all be resolved to do this home justice.

Family reunion

We had a large family group so this house was Perfect. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for our crew. And the yard was amazing for all the kids. 2 kitchens were a plus. The reason why we didn’t give it a five star rating was because we felt it was not as clean as it could have been. It was surface clean except but we felt like bathrooms needed to be cleaned better. Build up of dust on windows Sills that were next to beds. And the main fridge/freezer upstairs was not working right. Freezer not freezing and the fridge was not cold Contacted company and they brought us up some ice. Hope they get it fixed. Good thing there was a fridge/freezer down in basement kitchen. The light fixture In smaller bedroom didn’t work so they had no light source. But despite those few things we enjoyed our stay very much. We would go back.

Perfect for our large group!

This house went above and beyond for my family's needs. We had a large group coming from different parts of the state and I was thrilled that there was plenty of parking. The yard was so perfect for our little children to play on the playground and jump on the trampoline. The house itself had plenty of beds and everything we needed to cook our meals. It was very clean and well maintained. And just so you know, the view from the house is amazing. Thanks for the perfect place for our stay!

The Lakehouse

This house was great! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and much space. The outside yard is huge and the grandkids loved all of the fun things to play on. The view of the lake is spectacular! Unfortunately, for many of the days there was much smoke from the California fires. The house is withina short driving distance to the lake on the Utah side or the Idaho side. Just don't go on a Saturday as the beach areas are jam packed with people. Additionally, we had our razor and ATV's and found some really nice riding trails just a few miles down the road which takes yiu into the mountains which was really beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed as was the entire house. All in all, we had a great time. It's a beautiful home. There were only a few minor issues that perhaps can be fixed.

our Family stay at Lakeview Home

We loved everything about our stay in your beautiful home. We like having enough bedrooms for everyone and the large gathering area , the beautiful inside of the home. We loved the outside ,except me needed more tables on the deck. We loved the play area and the large gathering area around the fireplace. We would like to come there next summer.

Beautiful Bear Lake

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the lakehouse. This place is perfect for our large family. The bedrooms are set up for families, plenty of bathrooms for everyone, 2 full kitchens and living rooms. the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need if you love to cook like we do. The yard is amazing for kids. My grandkids love this place and look forward to coming back next year. The lake views are beautiful
