We loved the house! The location was perfect and so quiet! We saw several birds, seals, and even deer in the yard. Being right on the water was so peaceful and the house was very clean.

It was such a gorgeous setting. Lobster fishing boats right in front of us. The kitchen was so well stocked and easy to cook in. We loved the view of the sunsets and one night heard loons. Memories I will enjoy.

Everything about it was perfect! The home, the view, the area. We could've just sat outside and looked at the view all day, every day. It was like being at home. Everything you need is there. From cooking to puzzles. You pass the ferry to Bar Harbor on your way to the house. A beautiful golf course is minutes away. The 5 & 10 has everything you need, even Christmas ornaments. The surrounding area is so beautiful. We really hated to leave. We highly recommend this beautiful home. Wish it was ours.

This property's location is beautiful and quiet. Lots of natural beauty and light and the chance to view wildlife and birds and watch the tides. The property was very clean. We had small issues that were addressed immediately by the host even though it was a holiday. We enjoyed our stay.

Great property right on the water. Fans through the house help cool every room perfectly. We never once felt too warm in the home. Kitchen had everything we needed with options for pods or ground coffee. Bathrooms were a bit tight but plenty adequate for what we needed and how much we were in the house. It’s about 1 hour to Bar Harbor and Acadia, so plan to get up early to drive and start the days early. Beautiful sunsets from the back rocks or a quick drive down to Schoodic Point. Seals in the harbor and deer in the back yard. It was everything we hoped for!

This cottage is rustic and charming. Its location is superb. Large and plentiful windows in the living room and dining area bring the bay into view at all times. Walking out of the porch merely steps will bring you directly onto the shore standing on a long stretch of Maine's characteristic granite rocks. The view is stunning and west-facing which means sun sets square center. Good rooms setup. Not a lot of surface areas on the 2nd floor for the up to 3 people that can potentially sleep there and a very, very small shower/toilet setup. Water pressure is good and gets hot immediately. Very good. Winter Harbor itself is small. Logistically this location is perfect for spending time in the Schoodic peninsula. We drove to Bar Harbor instead of taking the ferry, which is only a few minutes from the cottage. I have a feeling if you are okay with exclusively moving around on the Island Explorer, then taking the ferry will be excellent. The host was very quick to respond to my question. Wonderful stay would recommend.

Regina's Cottage is magical. The location can't be beat: close enough to Bar Harbor and the heart of Acadia on MDI (less than an hour's drive) to be convenient, but far enough away to avoid the **considerable** crowds. And the portion of Acadia on the Schoodic Peninsula is spectacular and much less crowded (and only a five-minute drive away). The town of Winter Harbor is also charming, with a few good restaurants (don't miss the lobster roll, lobster poutine, and homemade wild blueberry pie at The Hotdog Stand), the views from Grindstone Point, and a small but sufficient grocery store for all your basic needs. But the real star here is Regina's Cottage. What a special place! Cozy, comfortable, with everything you could possibly need, and tons of privacy. The views are truly spectacular. We spent the week watching the water and the wildlife, with lobster men and pods of harbor seals active within a hundred feet of shore. In addition to daily visits from the seals (which we were able to watch closely thanks to the powerful binoculars available at the cottage), we also spotted loons, cormorants, herons, gulls, deer, and countless other sea birds we couldn't identify. The house is kept very clean and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to host a dinner party. All the amenities are as described and worked perfectly. The place is an honest-to-God 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat!

This cottage was perfect for a getaway to Winter Harbor for my husband and I. It was quiet and secluded with a beautiful view. The place was well supplied with what we needed. We enjoyed seeing Harbor Seals , deer and many birds.

Beautiful place

Gorgeous private waterfront property — scenic, quiet. Winter harbor has essentials and a few nice places to eat. Taking my morning coffee out back to watch the lobster boats check traps and seals bob around in the harbor was a treat.

We loved our stay at this wonderful cabin by the water. The setting is spectacular and the cabins placement along the shore and in the town of Winter Harbor is perfectly designed to help visitors achieve serenity. Hard to imagine a better way to escape the daily grind of life at home. And The management service by Coastal Posh Management was very responsive and helpful. There is so much quiet beauty for you there.

Together with my family, we have built a booming property management business including but not limited to estate services, private events, vacation rentals, housekeeping services, grounds work, construction projects and much more! We also have an award-winning chef available for private events and a massage therapist available to bring her services to you at your rental!

When I'm not working, I'm balancing being a wife and mother to 3 young boys. We enjoy spending our days at the beach or lake, swimming and searching for treasures, camping, hiking, exploring new places or making memories with our friends. There is so much fun to be had in our great state and we are so happy to have you stay with us at one of our beautiful homes!
