The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom needs updating and better cleaning as there is black mold on the shower head and bathtub faucet. The bathroom window also did not close properly and stood cracked open the entire time. Besides that the beds were very comfortable, the unit was very clean.

comfortable stay, great location, needs some maintenance

Location is good, easy walk to the beach. Property is very well kept, pool area is nice. Condo itself was comfortable but needs some basic maintenance such as ceiling in bedroom, vanity light replaced, tub faucet and shower head replaced.

Comfortable and relaxing

We enjoyed unit number five very much. The bed was comfortable and it had all the amenities that we needed inside. It was nice to relax around the pool and the property was well-maintained. The beach was a short walk away. The condo is clean and well maintenance. We will definitely be staying again.

As expected with a few perks

Smooth upfront communication. Decent amount of space for 2. Surprise smart TV options and cable. Parking was simple. Neighbors and surrounding area was very quiet. The beach is across the street as described. Everything was clean. Zero complaints or problems.

The home could be very nice with some TLC. As it is is very trashy now. The floors were filthy and the furniture was trashy. The bed was comfortable. The only good thing was the location. I would never stay there again nor would I encourage someone to stay there.

Floranada rental

A great spot,close to the beach, lovely grounds,and pool. A few updates would be nice, as in the couch, paint job, curtains. Murphy bed ok but 1 leg was broken. No beach towels, but did have 3 chairs and 2 umbrellas. Laundry was close and convenient, no need for coins Used a card. Electric kettle would be useful. No iron, but did have ironing board and little rack. We lived without it but would be useful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Location and cleanliness is great

We had issues with our room when we first arrived. We ended up not being able to stay in that room because of broken air conditioner. We were not given a room until the next day. Fortunately we realized that we had to stay somewhere else that evening. My money is currently pending reimbursement for the first night. Great communication from the customer service but not good communication from the local team when we needed information. But because the location was great and the room itself was perfect for the three adults I still gave it a 4 and I would return again. Things happen things break and extra rooms are not always available.

Very trash furniture

We had the most uncomfortable staying ever!! Unfortunately. Furniture are all trash!! One of the beds was already broken with kind of scrolls holding weirdly… there were 2 jurassic small Tvs that was not able to Play anything… bathroom needs full renovation disgusting molding on the showers and shower key. The condominium is very nice. Pool and everything around very neat and clean. As I could see another apartments with their door opened they were very nice… i just didn’t have luck with the one i rented!!!! It definitely need at least bathroom full renovation, all new furniture and better tvs! I would not recommend this apartment as it is right now!!

Not in this unit.

The unit we stayed in is the least desirable of all 20 units. Grounds, pool, general maintenance is terrific and a great value for what you get. Our unit hasn’t been remodeled in forever. It had dust hanging from the popcorn ceilings and dirt built up on the edges of the flooring. Would definitely stay here again, just not in this particular unit. They left us two sets of towels and one dish towel for a two week stay for two people. Since the community washers/dryers are coin operated, this was particularly annoying. Different condo owners, different rules for each condo.

Ceiling in bedroom-full of dirt and dust from A/C unitTiny reddish ants on table in bedroom when we got thereTelevision in living room stopped working after electricity was out for a few hours while someone was working on something on property No beach chairsOne of the two washers was broken and reported by several people and never fixed Not once did we see ANYONE in the management office for the 15 days we were there and reported by another guest two weeks prior no one there.All of the above brought to attention to Vacasa except ant issue-for resolution and delayed responses or no responses from property management.On our day of checkout the cable guy came as we were getting into the car to go home!

Nice stay

Worked for our needs. Left a note in property managers office that we had no parking pass. Never did hear from them or get one but it didn’t seem to be a problem. Pool area and grounds were well kept. The wifi kept cutting out and we heard several renters talking about it. All in all it was pretty good.

Great location. Friendly people to interact with

Overall great stay. Many little things wrong inside condo, such as burned out lightbulbs (several) and a beeping smoke detector we needed to disable to stop from beeping. Inside doors did not shut properly.
