Convenientemente ubicado detrás de Ruskin Place Artist Colony y cerca de las tiendas y restaurantes de Central Square, se inspirará en la decoración limpia y nítida de Plum Crazy para abrazar el lujo de la simplicidad. El primer piso incluye dos habitaciones, una habitación king y una queen, ambas con baño privado (una con ducha solamente); así como una alcoba con un conjunto de literas. Arriba, el segundo piso incluye una cocina totalmente equipada, una amplia sala de estar, un comedor, un sofá cama tipo loft y medio baño. También hay un balcón abierto amueblado con acceso al 3er.

Amazing!!!

This is our second year back. This is the first time we stayed in seaside. I will never stay anywhere else again or at any other house for that matter. This house is perfectly located within steps of shopping or going to the beach. It was so nice to be able to let the kids walk around when they wanted or even go to the beach. I can’t wait to come back!

Its location is perfect...close to all of Seaside's shops, parks, restaurants and the beach and a short drive to Publix to stock up on groceries. The house had plenty of space and we enjoyed hanging out upstairs in the kitchen/living space in the evenings.

Excellent location.

The location of the home was excellent! The cleanliness of the home needed some attention. The slipcovers on the couch and chairs were soiled and torn. They need to be replaced. The rug in the kitchen was also torn badly and a trip hazard. They also need to spray for bugs as we found two in the master bedroom downstairs that we were using.

Great Property and Location

Place is up to date, spotless. Everything works. Location is good, not my favorite in Seaside but certainly convenient to Town Center, Ruskin Place. We had 3 adults and one infant but the house could really sleep 6 without issues, it's a good size and good bathrooms. The upstairs deck and roof tower are excellent as well. A few things to be aware of: -> The house is unusually well stocked for a rental in terms of kitchen items, etc, but in a 10 day stay we got enough laundry soap, trash bags, toilet paper etc for a few days at most. You'll need to provide your own. -> Many many kinds of pots, utensils, silverware, etc...but no staples like oil, sugar or anything, It's kind of an odd combination of excellent durable goods and few consumables. Many rentals are opposite. Secondly, reaching the rental company via phone and email was somewhat difficult, likely due to COVID19 and the ongoing crunch. I always got through eventually and on two occasions just walked into the office where I was served promptly. All in all a great 10 days in Seaside I would recommend without reservation (just remember to pack your consumables!)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The shower drain didn't drain and the mattresses needed to be replaced, very uncomfortable, dipped to the middle, not for pleasant sleeping. Would not rent again until mattresses are replaced. Nice roomy living room accommodations.

Everyone from the concierge to the booking people and staff were super helpful. They were also available 24/7 and responded right away to texts whether it was to have a crib, our disposal fixed or questions about the home. They truly made our stay seamless and relaxing. Plum Crazy was the cutest cottage! It's way better in person! Loved the beach-y decor and furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved grilling outdoors. The rooftop deck was amazing with beautiful views and a fun place to have coffee or cocktails. The location seriously couldn't have been better. Quiet but so close to everything (we walked or biked everywhere) Beach access was super close and we liked having showers and restrooms at each access point. The community pool was very nice and baby pool was perfect. We can't wait to return!

Great layout and location

This house was very well located and perfect for the three of us (my wife and I along with out daughter). Would be okay for up to six if the age mix makes sense for the bunk bed set up etc. Listing wasn’t accurate in that it didn’t advertise the available WiFi which was a pleasant surprise to us. Highly recommend and we’d consider staying here again depending on who from our family (kids and spouses etc) comes with my wife and I.
