Bayside Condo en Siesta!

Disfrute de nuestro condominio de planta baja de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. A solo unos pasos de la piscina y las canchas de tenis. O cruce la calle para acceder a la playa privada en la playa n. ° 1 de los EE. UU. Tome las bicicletas al pueblo o la playa. Disfruta de la pesca junto a la bahía en la cubierta de pesca. Al final del día, relájate en el porche cubierto y asa a la parrilla una cena recién capturada en las áreas de parrillas a solo un par de pasos del condominio. Jugar hoyo de maíz en el patio detrás del porche proyectado. Solo diviértete y crea recuerdos.

Nice home in a cute community in Siesta Key

Lovely stay at Gulf and Bay. Great location, right by the pool, short walk to beach. The unit has everything you need for a home away from home beach vacation. Back pack beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler and much more. The interior has a good lay out and is furnished very nicely. Fun beachy feel. We really enjoyed the screened in Lanai. Kitchen well equipped. Wonderful experience with our host JD. He communicated everything we needed and responded quickly by text. We loved it!

Schöne Anlage 300m zum Superstrand

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Viele Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool, Fitness Tennis/Flutlicht, Raquetball/Flutlicht usw. kostenlos. Über die Straße, durch die angeschlossenen Superanlage Gulf & Bay Club zum Topstrand USA Nr.1 Siesta Key ca.300m. Unser Condo war sehr sauber, etwas abgewohnt mit einfachen Möbeln, Betten wirklich toll, die Badezimmer waren groß, uns hat es gut gefallen. Die Organisation und Pflege der Anlage waren sehr gut. Es sind pro Haus 3 Condos, alles sehr ruhig. Entspannung war hier sehr gut möglich. Ehrliche Benotung Anlage 4 Sterne, unser Condo 3+, Strand 5 Sterne.

Excellent location/accomodations!

This property was exceptionally clean, provided everything we needed and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised to see the amount of beach supplies, I had not noticed this being listed on the orig. listing. The lanai was perfect and we used it often. Didn't put much thought into the 'private beach' access, but upon arrival, realized what an incredible benefit this was! Loved our stay.

Spacious and great location

this property had plenty of room for 3-4 adults - and a lovely screened-in porch. JD was very responsive to any text we sent to him. And the location could not be beat! Place would benefit from some newer upholstery and rugs.

Perfect beach vacation home

We had a wonderful visit to Siesta Key in this beautiful property. It is in an excellent location with access to the beach and a short drive to the village. The location near the pool was also a benefit that we enjoyed. The living space itself was very comfortable and well-cared for, with everything we needed and lots of light. The host was very responsive to our questions.

Amazing! We’ll be back again!

We had the best family vacation in siesta key! The location, beach, and pool were the best! The pool and grill were right outside the unit and it made easy to swim every day. The beds were comfortable and everything was fully stocked and clean. We made all of our meals at the house and were able to prepare anything because of the fully stocked kitchen. The private beach access right across the road was the cherry on top! We are so grateful to have found your listing and to have made great memories at your home. Thanks! We’d love to come back the next time we go to siesta key!

AWESOME PLACE TO ENJOY SIESTA KEY

Highly recommend this location when visiting Siesta Key. Our entire family had a great stay - very clean - great location - owner JD very responsive. Would definitely stay again next time going to Siesta.

JD was wonderful with his communication.

Everything went as smooth as can be. The property was in great condition with pool and tennis courts right out your back door. The beach was an easy walk across the street with deed beach to keep the general public off. We couldnt have been more pleased with our selection of a place to stay and the host JD!!! If you are looking in this area you will be happy

Great month

We enjoyed our stay at Gulf and Bay, Bayside. The property is beautiful and quiet and since the buildings are low feels very open. It's feels more like a neighborhood. We really enjoyed fishing and hanging out on the bay. The unit had everything we needed. It was pretty bright and the screened porch looked out at the tennis court and pool area.

Bayside Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location nice, iis next to one of the pools, tennis courts and gas grills. The inside was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The owner returned our calls asap with any of our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely quiet place to stay

We loved our time at this condo. It is right next to the pool, and the pool area is very nice, clean and quiet. There are really nice grills right outside of the unit and the walkway to the road right there. It’s a little over a mile to siesta key Village which is a pleasant walk or you can walk to the other pool and even the little fishing pier that is located on property, which have beautiful sunrises. It’s also an easy walk to the beach about a 5 to 10 minute walk. The unit itself is very cozy, and we loved the two king beds and the lanai looking over the pool. I know they are still updating and remodeling things so it is going to be even more amazing when they are finished. The check in process and the communication with our host was probably some of the best that I’ve ever had. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was great for us and that things were made easy. The only problem that we had, was that the traffic got kind of loud towards the later evening hours, Probably when he people we’re coming back from the Village. Overall we absolutely loved this place, and its location and how clean the property was. We would definitely stay here again and plan too!!

Spacious condo in great location

We were the first to rent this condo from a brand new owner. It is in a great location, just steps from one of 2 community pools. It’s a short walk to the private access beach. The positives for us were new beds, sleeper sofa, linens and kitchen items. The place needs more updating but , once this is finished, I’m confident that the condo will be even better. The owner is very responsive to calls and text.
