A stylish home near the beach

Sea Breeze Vacation Rentals were excellent to work with, provided a beautiful condo which was super clean and nicely decorated. It was a great location, close to the beach. Hope to use their services again when planning another trip.

Fantastic Time!

We had a fantastic time during on stay. The unit was so nice and stocked very well with anything we would need. My family and I had not rented through SeaBreeze Vacations before but definitely will in the future. From reserving the room to checking out everything was handled so smoothly. We had an amazing time on the island and hope to be back next year!

Great condo

We have stayed other places on Holmes Beach, but this was our favorite. The condo is quite large and in a great location very close to the beach and publix. The unit is updated, clean, and comfortable. We will stay here again next year.

This property is awesome! The location is steps away from the beautiful beach (just across a small street). The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated. The only downside is the front load wash machine is excessively moldy and we were unable to use it.

Tropical Sunset 2

This property is a very short walk to the beach. It is very clean and laid out well. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Close to grocery store, restaurants and convenience stores.

Excellent Communication!

The communication was excellent...from my initial inquires through check out, which was greatly appreciated! The few questions we had were resolved immediately and our feedback was appreciated. The property was beautiful! We especially appreciated the Ninja for smoothies, great kitchen set up for cooking, the beds/pillows were very comfy. We also appreciated the beach wagon, tent and chairs...so convenient! We had a perfect week of memories! Thank you!

Nice beach week

We absolutely loved the location! The beach is right out your door and only a few minute walk. Publix is right behind unit and plenty of stuff to do I'm the area. Check in was easy and the condo is beautiful and clean. Everything we could need was provided. They also have beach chairs, sand toys to use while there. There is a grill as well. The pool was a bonus! Would definitely come back!

AMI Gem! Wonderfully updated large Condo that is warm and welcoming! Beds were comfortable, excellent closet & dresser space, fully stocked kitchen – w/Keurig, lanai area with very large wraparound windows, bathroom essentials and beach towels for use. Covered parking, private pool, grill area and rooftop sitting area access. The location can't be beat, just steps from the sugar sand beach on the Gulf with access to the units; wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and toys for our stay!

Property is great and location is outstanding. SeaBreeze Vacations not as great. We were on AMI during a hurricane and communication about who was responsible for outside pool furniture was lacking. While we were told it was the associations responsibility and not ours or theirs, someone need to communicate with that association as nothing was done and all the renters had to pitch in and do it. Also, be sure to bring your own toiletries. While most everything you need is supplied, there was no soap or shampoo in the showers. Again, I put that on SeaBreeze. All things considered, we’d rent this place again with the hopes that SeaBreeze Vacations does a little better job going forward! Enjoy AMI - it’s beautiful!

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you felt the communication was not clear. When you responded to us regarding preparing for the storm, we explained were asking all guests to bring in all personal items and Beach Equipment they may have left out as the Hurricane was approaching. SeaBreeze Vacation did not ask you to move any of the pool chairs or roof chairs. The condo association prepares the common areas as they see fit. These items are out of our control. We supply a “starter set” that is better than most this set of supplies is intended to get guests started after a long traveling day. We provide three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two rolls of Kitchen towels, a starter pack of dishwasher tablets, liquid soap by each sink, and a small shampoo/body wash in each bathroom. This is detailed within the Check-In Instructions you received it states that we provide a “starter” set of supplies to get guests started after a long traveling day. We hope to welcome you back in the future, if you have any concerns during your next stay we are here to answer any questions or concerns and address these while you are here.

Great Stay!

We were originally booked at another condo with another company. Three weeks before our trip we were notified that our condo wouldn't be available because it was still undergoing repairs from the hurricane damage. The company unfortunately didn't have any options that we were happy with. We spent an afternoon looking and came across this condo that was less than 100 steps from the other condo. We called and had the new place booked within the hour. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The unit was great. Recently renovated but still with that old Florida beach vibe. The unit was spotless and you're provided with everything you could need for a week. Plenty of towels, bath products, kitchen cleaner and a four pack of laundry pods. The unit has an enclosed porch with views of the gulf. We opened the windows every morning and took in the gulf breezes and the view of the water. There is a storage unit and there are beach chairs, an umbrella for use which was great as we didn't have to rent them. There was also covered parking (plus) and a very nice private pool. If we had any issues they were very few. We stayed in the lower unit and the tenants in the unit above did have some heavy feet. Also, the A/C unit was very loud when it started but it's kind of to be expected as it's not a big place. After a few days you forget about it. We would recommend this unit for sure because of the location and the fact that it's super nice. We lucked out.

Tropical Sunset was amazing!

We loved this condo! Never have we felt so salt home quickly before in a rental but it was absolutely perfect! The large windows and screened in patio is were I spent most of my time! Also it was nice having a designated parking spot and short walk to the beach!

This location was amazing. The easy access to the pool, beach chairs/toys that are available on-site to use, and the very short walk to the beach made this stay fabulous for my family. We would visit the beach in the morning for a walk, during the day to swim and at night for the sunsets. We did venture to the roof for a sunset and it was nice when kids were tired but we just preferred to take the short walk to the beach at night. It is a little bit more of a walk to the Free Trolley stop but it's really not far. The home was accommodating and it was nice to have a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms/showers and 2 bedrooms. Our microwave stopped working suddenly and they had an extra microwave to use delivered within hours after I reported it. Otherwise this is a trip to remember and we hope to be back. Thank you!

First time to Anna Maria and we fell in love. The property is only steps to the beach, and they provide everything you need! It was so quiet and had all the things to feel like home.

We had a lovely time at Tropical Sunset. The apartment was easy to find with the lights outside, even though we arrived at 9pm. Check-in was really easy. The apartment was big and had everything we needed, a well equipped kitchen and extras like jigsaw puzzles for the children. The beach is beautiful and about 30 seconds from the apartment. There are all the beach things you could need, chairs, umbrellas, body boards etc and a trolley to carry them. Pool was lovely and warm! We loved it and would stay again.

A great week in this condo

This was a nice condo with plenty of room for our family of five. Very close to the beach. It was nice to have a quiet spot on the beach that wasn't too crowded. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and the pool area was nice. We had a great week!
