Casa cómoda, grande y céntrica cerca de las playas locales y la vida nocturna. El Viejo San Juan está a 30 minutos y el aeropuerto está a 30-45 minutos dependiendo de la hora. Excelente ubicación cerca de restaurantes en la Avenida Boulevard. Visitas recomendadas; Cano’s Pizza (¡famosos calzones!), Lemy Bakery (delicioso pan mmmm) y El Kampestre (¡excelente mofongo!), entre otros... A minutos del centro comercial Río Hondo y Plaza del Sol, supermercados y farmacias.

The property was very clean and spacious. The location was great due to the fact that it is near many restaurants, supermarkets and San Juan is only 20 minutes away. I would stay here again.

I've stayed here before and it's always a great experience. The place is super convenient for grabbing a bite to eat or doing some shopping. Plus, all the action happens just a short away. You really can't beat the location for convenience. Definitely a top pick for a getaway!

Beautiful Upstairs Apartment

Really appreciated that the owners lived downstairs so it was convenient when we needed help with the TV or to borrow a toaster! Very nice place & so convenient to reach the beaches & delicious PR food. Definitely will be booking this one again!!

Clean, comfortable apartment in Levittown.

This immaculate property and exceptional host were a wonderful way to be introduced to Puerto Rico. The host answered all questions that we had and had the property very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. We were in the mood for fish and found a restaurant called The Catch nearby which was exceptional!

The property is near many local attractions and the beach. It is fully stocked with anything you might need for a stay. Property is extremely clean, organized and the host was quick to respond anytime anything was needed or to answer any questions. We felt safe and secure with all the security measurements the host has installed. Will recommend and will use any time we return on a trip to Puerto Rico.

Great Local Retreat

This house is amazing!!! Everything you need and more for your stay in puerto rico. And the location is perfect for local foods and away from the san juan madness. Walking distance to all your needs and wants in PR. The host is qujck to answer all your questions and needs. And best of all you get an off street parking spot at your front door. I will definatly be staying here again in the near future.

Levittown jem

This house was absolutely wonderful. Nice open family room with good size bedrooms. Most importantly it was immaculately clean. Seriously it was spotless. Michelle takes great care of the place and has detailed instructions which lets you know it is a great property that is maintained with great care. We were visiting PR to enjoy the beaches. There were several gorgeous ones within 30 minutes and not too far from the ones in the Arecibo area. Overall 5 star location!

Great stay!

We had a lovely time staying here. Michelle, the property owner, is incredibly responsive and helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed! The location is not a very tourist-y area, but we actually really enjoyed being away from all the tourists for most of the trip. There are several restaurants and a beach within a mile, and we took a few day trips to San Juan and the rainforest. The house also felt very safe as there is a secure locked gate at the front of the house, and the doors have deadbolts. I would highly recommend this house for someone visiting Puerto Rico but not wanting to stay right near the resorts and thousands of other tourists. Thanks Michelle!

Everything was as pleasant as the host had posted.with the occasional drive by of loud music but thats pretty much everywhere in P.R anyways only a few inconvenience of power outages our last few days so no AC over night wen it was wxtreyhoty as hell luckyily we had fans to use provided by the host..would recommend to anyone to use the property as we enjoyed our stay there..thank you

Before arrival the guest was advised that due to recent storm, electricity outrage could be a possibility. He was offered a full refund twice and he insisted in coming. Instead he keep asking questions that where is app and instructions. He did not follow our house rules. And the house was left very dirty and with bad odor. They are by far the worst guests we had. That’s probably why is even though is supposedly has come before to PR does not stay in the same place. Not recommended to any host.

Overall great place to vacation!

Really friendly host, Michelle really made sure we were situated with every thing we needed. Even small details like her supplying us with a blender she went out of her way to buy-just because I shared with her that I make smoothies in the morning. The place was super clean, the neighborhood was decent and super close to everything-including Old San Juan and El Yunque. You’ll love the hammock outside in the upstairs patio. Great place to relax!
