Tranquilo y cómodo con 2 camas king size, 1 baño, y todo lo que necesitará para unas vacaciones inolvidables se encuentra a 5 minutos. En el norte de Nápoles tenemos dos hermosas playas, el distrito comercial de Mercato, excelentes restaurantes y deportes acuáticos en las cercanías.
La cocina cuenta con horno nuevo, refrigerador nuevo, horno de microondas y vinotecas. Estacione su automóvil debajo de una cochera cubierta, el camino de entrada acomodará hasta tres automóviles más.

Best vacation with Blocks to the Beach

We recently stayed at Dave's home for 3 weeks. He was an excellent host that offered friendly and quick communication. We've stayed at multiple VRBO homes but this was the first time we have actually met the host. He offered and we accepted what he referred to as the 50 cent tour which came in handy as all TV systems are a little bit different to work with. The home had everything we needed and more to make us feel welcome and enjoy our vacation. Dave was very generous with offering his parking pass for Collier county parking lots which was very useful and saved us money when visiting local parks. The beds were very comfortable as was the bedding and linens. We were also very lucky to have a nice new propane Bbq to use. A lot of homes we go to don't have one at all or they are pretty tired. The neighborhood is safe and we were able to ride our bikes to the beach within 10 minutes. We have booked time there again next year. Thanks Dave for sharing your home.

Excellent stay

David is an exceptional host. The house had every single item possibly needed by a guest. It was clean, a lot of extra linens and towels, everything for a day at the beach. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the Vanderbilt beach and a park. Whole Foods and Trader’s Joe are within a five minute drive. We are looking forward to come back next year. Thank you David.

Perfection!

Great location, house was very clean and comfortable. David was awesome and he took us on a shell excursion which was absolutely the best ever. House was close to everything including several beaches. This house had everything and more we needed. Best VRBO we have ever rented! Can’t wait to come back!

Nice time in N. Naples

Appropriately engaged and accessible owners. Location is convenient for sand and shopping. Place is comfortable and clean - modest yet contained everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, beaches, extra towels, washer/dryer, etc. Beach pass saved us a ton of money for parking. We'd certainly return again!

Fantastic time ... perfect for a small, beach-oriented family

The house was the perfect size for me, my daughter, and her two friends. Comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed. Grocery was a 2-minute drive (either Publix or Walmart). Restaurants and, most importantly, the beach were minutes away. And Dave was on-point. Communication beforehand, during and at the end of the trip made things easy. Great time and certainly hope to return soon!

Great Location

We so enjoyed our week at this Naples location. Close to everything, beaches, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. David and his wife made us feel right at home. Comfortable home, close to Delnore-Wiggins Beach.

Nice getaway

The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We were close to the beach and shopping. I’m always leery of beds (mattresses) when I travel and they were very comfortable. A true asset. David, the owner, was very helpful. He came over and showed us how to turn on the tv. Overall, we had a great time.

Defiantly would stay here again

From the very beginning way before we arrived David had excellent communication. Once we got there he was easily accessible to any questions we had. Always immediately got back to me. Honestly I picked his place based on the reviews he had. His place is clean , well stocked with everything we needed. We like to cook and we had everything needed. The location is truly the best. He has bikes available and all the things needed for a great day at the beach. It’s so close to the beach & really great places to eat. The bonus is if you want to go fishing or just go on his boat and sight see that’s available to !! We will defiantly return !! Thanks for everything David it was a pleasure meeting you and staying at your home.

Naples Hideaway

A great little place close to everything you might need or want. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and stores. The house is equipped with everything you need for easy living or beach adventures. The owner could not be nicer and is readily available to make sure your stay is perfect.

I had a really good time during my stay. The house was clean, well equipped and conveniently located to the beach and any kind of restaraunts that you can think of. Also, the owner was very helpful and even took me out on a fishing charter.

Fun and sun near the beach

It was great to have our own place to unwind and relax in Naples. Literally only 5 minutes to the beach. Very close to shopping and dining. David was a great host that took care of everything we needed. The extras like beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and bikes were very much appreciated.

Winter Getaway

We had a great experience renting David’s house. It was clean, private and quiet. It’s located near everything you could need, restaurants, shopping and beaches. We also went fishing with him and had a great time. Would definitely stay there again. It was perfect! Suzanne and John- CT
