Newer, 2 story home with 2 owner suites. Two living areas each with entertainment. Each bedroom has at least a 50" T.V. Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen with hopefully everything you need but the food. Extra full size refrigerator/freezer in the garage to accommodate large groups. Cable TV and internet throughout. Tastefully decorated in a beach theme. Enjoy the new patio with outdoor dining and seating. Our home was built by one of the best indoor air quality builders for your comfort. Plenty of parking and a quiet neighborhood. NEW LVP flooring in the common areas.

Gorgeous home on a very quiet street but with easy access to all areas that you’d want to visit and be when on vacation. Truly impressed by the vacation rental and highly recommend it to others. Hope to stay here again.

We had an amazing vacation and this home was perfect for us! Absolutely stunning with plenty of space and bedrooms. This home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well equipped and in the garage is everything you need for a day at the beach. Love the location too. Easy drive to Ocean City and Rehoboth. Easy check-in, owners are very responsive and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place!

This house was a great place to stay! Very nice and comfy atmosphere. A great place to relax after a long day at the beach! My family and I would definitely rent this house again!

Enjoyed our time at the house

House was great lots of room if your party is a little larger then ours. Close to everything we had few days of rain but still made the best of it.

Family vacation

Went with 2 of my children and their families for our annual trip to the beach. Nice neighborhood with a quiet "looped"street that was great for young kids to ride bikes/ take stroller. Owner was very attentive with notifications/ info/reminders. Really appreciated that there were beach umbrellas and chairs for use, and plenty of beach towels. Bethany seems a lot more crowded, so get to the beach early (not hard when you have young children up early ;)

Great Property Near Bethany Beach!

This house was awesome! It was very large with great space for the several families that went on our trip. The living areas are wonderful for everyone to spread out and relax and it was extremely clean and well equipped. It was a very short drive to Bethany Beach and also a couple minutes away from major grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful visit to Bethany Beach! This house was beautiful and perfect for our group! The host, Tom was very helpful and responsive when I had questions or needed help with something. Definitely check out this house if you are staying in the Bethany Beach area!

Wonderful place in a quiet location

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The location was quiet and convenient, and the owner was exceptional. The property was clean, stylish and comfortable, and the owner put in the effort to make sure we felt at home. We have been coming to the Delaware beaches every year for over ten years now, and this was among the very best properties we have rented.

It was everything we could have wanted and more. Room to park our boat and 4 vehicles. Owner was a phone call away if we had questions. We definitely will stay there again if vacationing or softball brings us here. A-Plus

Beautiful home

The place was amazing. Thomas’s home had provided us with everything we needed. He had pots and pan, he had some food in his pantry, he had games and beach supplies. I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful home. Thank you for a great vacation😁

Absolutely wonderful

We had such an amazing time at this rental! It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is super close to several stores. The beach is a short drive away, and is basically a straight drive there. The house is spacious and easily accommodated 10 people. I highly recommend this rental!

Spacious retreat

Great house! This house was on a quiet street and had enough parking and space for our family. We had 5 cars and had multiple family members with kiddos and we had plenty of comfortable space. The upstairs loft was a great dual purpose area for daytime hanging out and an extra sleep area. House was well stocked with kitchen needs, sheets plus bath AND beach towels. Short drive to Bethany. Really was a great house for our family summer vacation. Multiple outdoor spaces as well to sit and read a book or hang out.

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway in Bethany Beach!

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this beautiful beach house in Bethany Beach, Delaware, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The house itself was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated — exactly like the pictures, if not better. It had that perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, from a fully stocked kitchen (even a blender and crab mallets!) to beach chairs, umbrellas, and even board games for cozy evenings.Location-wise, it doesn’t get any better. Just a short drive to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked far enough away to enjoy peaceful mornings. The neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, and we felt safe and relaxed the entire time.The outdoor grill were great bonuses, and the private parking made things so convenient. The owners were incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed.This beach house truly felt like a home away from home. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or just looking for a serene escape, this is the spot. We’re already talking about coming back next summer!Don’t hesitate — book it if it’s available. Excellent vacation home in Oceanview DE

The house and location were exactly as advertised and excellent for a mixed group of older, middle aged, and young people such as our group. Close enough to Bethany Beach for middle aged and older to do some boardwalk and beach visits without much travel or hassle, and also close enough to Ocean City for the younger of the group to enjoy a more activity filled boardwalk adventure. The house is on a side street with virtually no traffic which was excellent for walking the babies in strollers. It is also close to Assateague Island and a nice running/hiking area at Fresh Pond. The house is well stocked with cookware, linen, nice towels, etc. with a couple of fairly large grocery stores nearby for food (we like to cook ourselves). All in all, perfect for what we needed. Thanks Tom.

Beautiful spacious home less then 10mins away from the Beach

This home is in a quiet well kept neighborhood. The house is meticulously clean and extremely comfortable. It's great for families with young kids. They have TV's in every room which makes it easy to break away from family time and watch your favorite shows. You can get to the beach in minutes with ease (driving or riding a bike). The bed rooms large with most comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. They have a huge propane grill for those who love to BBQ. They could use a designated outdoor dining space and an outdoor shower. But, other then that, this home is perfect for beach getaway.

Crystal's LU Road Trip

My first impression of the property was the pictures didn't do it justice. The home is absolutely beautiful. The ladies in the group were sooooo please with the number of bedrooms. It was a surprise for them because I never told them about what the house looked like. The cleanliness, space and the overall property is amazing. The host, Mr Mullaney is the most pleasant and sincere host I have ever came in contact with. It was loaded with everything but the food. I recommand this property to anyone who is looking for space, beauty and cleanliness. Thank you Mr. Mullaney for sharing you beautiful beach home with Ladies Unlimited.

Wonderful family home with all the amenities!

The home was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, bath towels, beach towels, and sand toys. The mattresses were very comfortable and the room darkening curtains helped us sleep until we were ready to get up. The beach decor was perfect throughout the house. The up-to-date technology and security system were impressive and made us feel safe. The owner was easy to get a hold of and immediately responded to any questions or concerns about the property. In the backyard, there was a grill, lounge chairs, and a table with umbrella. We set up the hammock and yard games and had a cookout one night. The only supplies that we needed and didn't have were a pizza cutter, muffin pan, and measuring cup. There were two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom so if you need more, you have to bring it. Would highly recommend this home for a family get together or getaway. Lots of great memories!

Great family vacation

Great vacation! Beautiful, clean house well-supplied with everything you could want or need. Comfy beds, plenty of play/entertainment places, well-stocked kitchen, and open warm layout for large family meals. Process was easy from beginning to end.

All new and tastefully decorated. You'll feel like you're at home and ready to enjoy a relaxing and fun time away. Added touches like luxury bedding and sheets. Each bathroom has small Soaps, Body wash, Shampoo, and conditioner upon arrival. Two pair of wireless headphones so others aren't disturbed in the loft area. Games and cards are provided for your enjoyment. The garage has games for the yard as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, beach blanket, and sand toys, with boogie boards.

Just minutes to the beach and restaurants and once in the development you won't believe how quiet it is with plenty of parking. We've tried to think of everything for a wonderful beach getaway. We do a very limited number of rentals per year. This is our vacation home which we set up for that. It's not a rental home and we think you'll feel that when staying here.
