I am so in love with this house! This was our second stay and I can't wait to go back! The house itself is absolutely adorable.The whole back of the house is full of windows and doors that let you enjoy the incredible water views from every angle! You have got to catch the sunrise when you stay, it's so beautiful! We really enjoy the screened in porch. So nice to sit out there and read or watch the boats and birds go by. We only left the house for dinners and to get some groceries. Skippers was a great place to eat by the water and Christophers grocery store had everything you could need. All of these places are just minutes from the house. This place is one vacation where you just feel so relaxed and lifes worries just roll away while you're there!

The house layout is adorable and was well equipped in terms of towels, linens and cooking items. We especially enjoyed the amazing views and very comfortable beds. The host was communicative and gratiously made some last minute modifications to our stay.

The design of this beautiful home takes full advantage of the glorious Chesapeake view, with windows across the entire bay-front. Contemporary, roomy design; fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, with minimal stair-climbing once you're indoors. We didn't want to leave!

This rental is perfect in many ways. My mom, sister and I stayed and didn't want to leave. The views were beautiful and the house was adorable. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Chesapeake Sunrise!

We enjoyed the property. Convenient location and beautiful views of the Chesapeake. Cute decor. Especially enjoyed the deck and screened porch. The beach was smaller than expected but enough for 3 chairs. There were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed (burnt out light bulbs, sliding door locks, etc.) But overall clean and ample space for 3-5 people. Would have been nice if there were extra towels, trash bags, and a welcome packet for guests. Breathtaking sunrises and delightful bay breezes! Close to local restaurants and shops. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Perfect getaway spot!

Great place with a great view

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house had enough room for us to enjoy a nice Christmas Day and dinner together. And the view of the Chesapeake Bay is beautiful.

24 hour Water Views

This was the 2nd stay for me and my girlfriends and this time we had beautiful, warm weather the entire time. We loved the screened in porch on our 1st stay when we had rain during our entire visit. This 2nd stay with beautiful weather allowed us to spend the day on the beach bayside. It was perfect!

The house was nice and we loved how close we were to the water. Deck and screened porch were lovely. We were disappointed there was no pier as it is advertised on the site. Also we had no hot water in the second bathroom. Did speak with host but no one came to fix it. Over alk we had a very nice time.

Wonderful private and relaxing getaway

The view cannot be beat! The neighborhood is so quiet and private. The deck is amazing to sit and relax under the big tree for shade, and enjoy the amazing view. The beach is a little bit different than shown in the picture, but it was still wonderful to sit for hours and enjoy the sounds of the water.

This house works perfectly for my kids and for parents! We all had a wonderful time. Ilda is always great at communicating. This was our second time renting this house and we hope to come back.

Nice get away

Nice house on the water. Plenty of space for our family. Kayaks were nice. Not too much closeby in the town, but that is fine if youd like a quiet, relaxing stay.

Great Spot by the Bay

Water was just warming up, so we were spared jellies & the kiddo could wade into the water and collect shells. Great spot to get away from DC for a few days!

Great vacation getaway

Beautiful property on the water. Interior was comfortable and pleasant. Was easy to child-proof for our 10-month-old. Kids loved the little beach in the back yard! We also enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the water.

A jewel on the Chesapeake Bay!

We had a fantastic stay! The lovely cottage was quiet, peaceful, clean and safe – and the bay views are to die for!! The host assured that we had all the important amenities plus extras of everything (towels, sheets, toiletries, etc.). The kitchen was fully equipped too! Everything was exactly as described. We spent Saturday morning sitting out watching the gorgeous sunrise and listening to the bay sounds. Although Sunday’s weather was cloudy and rainy, the peaceful atmosphere cannot be beat! We came in from out of state and were able to reconnect with local family – it was a fantastic time. Lots of nearby restaurants with delicious food – Skipper’s seafood can’t be beat; we also had sandwiches at the South County Café – delicious! Although we didn’t have time, locals rave about their breakfast too! I would WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend this gem of a place! I am hoping we can come back again when the weather will allow for kayaking!

Family getaway

The property is very nice and it’s quite. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay with family. Property is clean. We enjoyed the view of the bay and watched boats and sail boats as well as enjoyed the outside, the sun room and the fireplace with our babies. Checkin is easy. We have no complaints about the property and look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future.

Perfect cottage

Cottage was exactly as described but somehow pictures don't do it justice. Perfect location for our family to have a relaxing vacation, but close enough to be able to easily visit locations such as Washington DC. House had everything we needed, and more. Thank you for sharing your property with us

Amazing View!

Very relaxing stay! Our family enjoyed spending the week together! Absolutely beautiful views of the bay! We enjoyed watching Osprey every morning with a cup of coffee! Big grass yard to play games and perfect little beach to access the water!
